Online vs in-store. I had to go to 2 separate stores cause online said they had what I wanted for my kids. So my one stop shop turned into 2. Note to self call 1st because some things online are only available online even though it says in store. Customer Service was great though.

I waited for 25 minutes for curbside pickup only to be told that I should come inside because they are busy and the chances of them forgetting would be less if I went inside. I get that they are busy, but curbside pickup shouldnt be offered if they dont have the staff for it. I always do pickup because I have 2 toddlers. It usually takes more time to get them in and out of the car than to pickup my items. Needless to say Im not happy with the experience.

This party city has everything you need for for any type of party. The staff was super helpful in finding the items we were looking for. Kelly, the manager that was on duty, took care of everyone with a big smile on her face. We waited patiently for Kelly to fill our order (pun I tended), and had great conversation with others waiting to get their order filled as well. It was a breath of freshness to be around people that were laughing and smiling. Thank you Kelly for your hardwork and dedication to your job and your employees. We will be back for more cool stuff to party with.

Store looks great after re-staging, inventory selection plentiful, staffing terrible. Stood in line with 6 other customers and only one cashier. Meanwhile 5 other employees were basically standing around chatting. After purchasing balloons I then went to the helium station and same result. Great store but needs better management and employees to be more attentive to customers to get them in and out of the store efficiently. This store lacks customer service and effective management.

I love party city and I come here every week because Im an event planner so I always buy a lot. Every time I come I get treated very well but yesterday when I entered the store, there were 4 young ladies playing loud music and goofing around. When it was time to get checked out there were 3 ladies talking at 1 register. They charged me 10 dollars extra for something I didn’t ask for (gas for balloons) and when I told them I wanted a refund, one of them raised her voice at me. They eventually gave me my money back and I left the store without purchasing anything. As I left the store they were mumbling things pointing at me. And it was just a very bad experience. This is not a good look for party city. Please keep your employees under control.

The store is OK. A bit old and outdated, but well stocked. They even had helium during the helium shortage. Overall a good experience, though the location inside and out is a little rundown. Helpful staff.

They have a good location and extensive inventory. That’s the positive. When I asked an employee as product related question she replied “I don’t know.” When I started to ask a follow up question, she cut me off and repeated, “I said I don’t know.” Not let me find out, ask a manager for you... there must be zero training for these employees.

Great location near hotels and away from busy downtown. The merchandise we bought was very cheaply manufactured, but after picking through the entire rack, we found one that was acceptable.

I didnt end up buying anything here but wanted to compliment the staff on their organization. Despite my visit less than 2 weeks before Halloween during a busy time of day, the store was very clean and put together. It was pretty impressive considering the crowd. Only taking 1 star away because they didnt have what I was looking for, and they were understaffed, so there wasnt really anyone to ask.

What a wonderful store. Plenty of staff for check out, free balloon filling (helium) and very clean. Some of the shelves were a bit bare, but they have Baby Shark stuff which was what we were looking for our grandsons 1st birthday!

The store seems to have a very good selection of items however their pricing seems to be a little on the high side compared to other locations they never offer any coupons or price reductions seems like you can find stuff cheaper other places and less you really just need everything to match. If you’re having an event and want everything one color I would go here otherwise you can find stuff much cheaper at other stores in the area.

I walked in a some huge man is just sta6with his back to me. I am looking around looking for an associate to help me. I walk past him and ask. Do you work here. He doesnt speak he just nodding. I ask for Milwaukee Bucks party ( what I just saw on line saying in store. He said no Milwaukee stuff, I saw that he wasnt going to walk to me so I asked can you just POINT AND I WILL LOOK FOR MYSELF. I called before no one answered the phone. So I drove 10 minutes for horrible service and nothing even close to what I am looking for.

They always have everything we need. We purchased a tank of helium for balloons. Awesome.

Out of party favors. But it is last minute. Love this store however. Great unique balloons and party ideas.

I was able to find the costume we wanted easily thanks to the organized system they had on the wall, and within like 2 minutes someone asked if we needed help and got the costume for us. We were in and out in 10 minutes and got exactly what we needed.

Shopping for items for an anniversary celebration for a group. Found most things we were looking for & what we found was great! Found some really neat 25¢ party favors! Wish we could have found a few more smaller things in our theme.

Had everything I needed for my baby shower for my baby boy and did not have to go around town to get what I needed. Will definitely be back to this location in the future for more party planning items.

I go in there tonight because I had my own ballon that needed helium and the guy tells me 8 dollars just for. helium and I didnt even buy the ballon from them, outrageous!! The staff and manager seemed like they were 16 years old and need some serious customer service skills.

Its your typical party city, a decent selection of party wares, pinata stuffers and cheap costumes. Usually have decent holiday sections. Its hit and miss with the customer service, Ive had above and beyond help and Ive been completely ignored here too. Still a great place to grab party supply essentials.

All i wanted was white 5 or 6 balloons. They had every color but white. Come to thinknofcit they di not have pink either. Employees standing around talking. Stock the shelves please.

This store is terrible. Customer service sucks. The employees and the manager need to fix their attitudes. We were not welcomed, greeted, nor helped the entire time. At the register I told the manager I had the change, i Handed him $100 bill and I reached to get my change. He ignored me and continued processing the payment. Then he proceeded to say “sorry I can’t do anything about it” and rolled his eyes. It was simple math all he needed to do was hand me $1.

This store has some wonderful employees. They were kind and incredible helpful

I visited the store and I found all the stuffs that I was looking for, I liked the halloween section . I definitely recomend this store.

They dont have a good supply some things I needed they had to pull up what store had it. A lot of items were open. I think all stores should offer wheelchair if not the elderly scooter

I went into the store to purchase lion King decoration for my son first birthday spending $178. As I was leaving I accidentally left my purse in the cart due to my husband whos in the military having a broken ankle, unloading the cart and unloading my baby. I left around 545 so when I got home I realize I didnt have it and ran back up to the store. When I got there it was about 6:07 they were close because it was Sunday. When I called at 930 am and spoke with Corey they had just opened and advised me that they had it. So I left work to pick it up to find everything else was in place BUT someone had stole $80 out my wallet that was for my childcare. When I approached them about Corey did look into it and spoke with manager name RICH who said found it. I was advised RICH would give me a call but at no point( a week later)has he called me. So I went to the store and filled a police report and ask for the cameras to be reviewed in the office where my purse was at. The police Stated my purse was NOT in the camera view. Such a coincidence my purse was not in camera view. As a manager why would you leave my purse unmonitored, supervised or locked away for MY ( a customer protection ). I am extremely upset that after spending almost $200 in this store someone who take from me. No courtesy, generosity, empathy has been shown. Ive never had a store steal from me. This is so disappointing but I will ve following up with corporate

Staff was borderline rude and lazy. When a question was asked was just told no and then stared at. No suggestion of what could be substituted or anything. Left a very disappointed 5 year old and they didnt seem to care a bit. Just went back to leaning on the counter waiting for the store to close. If you dislike your job that much get a different one!

The staff was restocking and organizing but every isle that I walk down someone acknowledged me. Thats what I call great customer service.

I will never shop here again...went to pick up stuff for my daughter birthday party. Got in line to check out was told to move to another line. Employee then walked past us and proceeded to leave the register area. Had two employees standing at the balloon area flirting and didnt think to offer help with service but said my baby was cute. Then I ask if they could help us check out. Instead of doing it themselves they called over the intercom for help the employee that walked away came back after walking around the entire store and began to ring us up. She did not say a single word didnt offer any help was the worst service I have ever had. Never again.

If you cant find something suitable for your party needs here, youll need to make it yourself. Just be careful of the price. Some items are not clearly marked. I got just a bit of a shock.

SO disappointed by Party City! We went there thinking they were the one-stop shop for party supplies but apparently if you’re looking for FEMALE superhero decor you’re completely out of luck. They had 3 full walls of character party decor with Disney, Marvel, DC Comics, and Nick Jr and NOT A SINGLE female superhero to be found with the exception of Black Widow and only because she happened to be tucked into an Avengers decoration. In this day and age I would expect a company like Party City to represent equality and be mindful in offering the female characters as well. I get maybe not offering all of them, after all they want to make the most money and they will make space for top sellers. But not even Wonder Woman?! Shame on you, Party City.

For a small space they have a great selection, prices are decent, and the staff was friendly. Found everything we needed relatively quickly.

I called ahead to ask if they had what I needed. They did and they told me exactly where to find it. This was great since I was in a hurry.

Definitely one of their smaller stores and the aisles are super narrow so its tight for people to pass each other even without carts. Also not a huge selection of certain items.

First time here and not impressed. Yes, there are tons of supplies to choose from but there were only a couple of aisles marked clearly and no assistance offered. None of the employees looked happy to be there and none welcomed me nor other patrons. One employee all but pushed me aside with a ladder she wanted to set up in the area I was browsing instead of coming back when I finished. I left right after that.

Dont go here! Dont use them for anything!!! They are crooks! Ive used them several times and never once had a good experience. They took my money and never gave me balloons! The people are blatantly rude and refuse to help. Ill never use them again.
