Its a mall. Standard for what youd expired from a mall. Busy, easy to navigate, lots of food court selections. Lots of stores, not too many vacancies. Good place to spend SOME free time.

Store is closed right now (Mar 30 2021)...wish they could communicate when it would reopen. Also, G Maps and the mall website both show the store as OPEN. I repeat, today, it is CLOSED. Please update all info on main sites that customers would check to see if its open or not or at least say the date on the phone system so customers can be sure when its closed or not.

Nothing that major in problems, but had an annoying customer service experience recently- Went to pick up an online order, the sales rep went to fetch it, and they like to open the plastic shipping bag for some reason. He asked if I wanted a bag to carry my purchase out, of course I accepted, and I looked to make sure everything was in there. The original bag wasn’t in there, so I asked if I could have that, and he said “you don’t need that”, I said “just in case”, and he once again replied “ok but you don’t need that”. I’ve bought from online plenty of times before and those bags are for the free returns. This bag is a gift and I’d like to attach the original bag just in case, but since they ripped the bag in the middle, and not at the top where it’s perforated, it’s more of a hassle. The sales reps should ask if we want out online orders opened, and if so, rip it at the top.

Disappointing and now is just a fashion shop with little or very sparse selection for mountaineering or hill walking.

What a great place to get outdoor wear. The prices seem a little high, but you are getting top quality and durable stuff. Will shop here for all my outdoor needs. What made it even more impressive, Beth the manager, was so kind and helpful.

As soon as I entered the store I noticed how clean organized it was. The employees were so helpful. They helped me find exactly what I needed for my daughter. In and out shopping experience. Exactly how I like it!

Friendly staff on have to answer questions and talk through options. Great products. Definitely worth it to head to the store and see and touch what you are buying, not just look at a picture online.

I have always liked Northface since high school. They are one of my preferred brands for winter clothing. Shopping at the Northface store was wonderful and stress free. Assistance was there if needed. Ill be making more purchases in the future!

Went to this location to get a gift for my oldest daughter. The majority of the staff was awesome. While walking around i was greeted by Beth. This was great because we were bypassed by another rep. Beth gave a great experience. She was a wealth of information. We will be returning to this location mainly because of Beth.

The staff are very helpful and experienced, I talk to one of the staff called Divad who was and still doing all those great trails and mountains climbing.. He could tell us everything about all the tools and clothes needed for such a trip. This is exactly what you need to have in such a store.

I’ve bought two North Face products that didn’t hold up as I expected. The first is a tent that started leaking after a few years and the second is a pair of “high quality” workout shorts that came apart in less than a year. It appears I paid more for the name than for quality. I won’t be buying the products in the future.

Its expensive, and really for no other reason than youre paying to have the North Face logo on your jacket. There are other outerwear stores where you can find similar or even better jackets for a lower price.

I love this place but a little to pricey. But at least all clothes have a lifetime warranty.

I really apreciate how nice RJ was to help me find my size and look up some items not available in store! The store was clean and organized, but people who work there matter the most. RJ provided a very through customer interaction. It would be appreciated if the store offered student discounts like most retailers do.

Went this past weekend, I did not catch the name of the girl that helped us but I was a long hair blond, tall with over sized glasses who was just rude as can be, seriously do not ask her for help bc she aint no help. The cashier on the other hand was very nice, helpful, and friendly.

I went in there today looking to get myself a fleece for my birthday. I was completely ignored by ALL of the staff. I was not greeted, I was not helped with anything, and I couldnt get anyones attention. I called the corporate office right there in the store. I told them all of this and they dont seem to care either. I hate to be like this but I feel like I was stereotyped and thats why I didnt get helped like the elderly white couple that walked in 5 mins after me.

Sales girl tooo pushy...dont want to allow Customer to look around l...followed me around store even after I told her I didnt need any help and wanted to look around for a coat without assistance....almost didnt make a purchase..aside from that the coat selection is excellent...if you need a light jacket, vest, medium or heavy full coat this store has it and in all the latest colors!
