Came here not thinking of buying anything. And walked out with $30 worth of ATLA things. Only one person in the store when I came, but they were really nice! They also have really nice things I dont see in any other stores. Im not sure how often they change their stock, but I think its worth going in for a look.

Lots of hard to find stuff from kpop music stars. One of the few decent entertainment stores left in the mall.

It had the wrestling dvds I was looking for. Would have liked a larger selection than a dozen or so but it is what it is.

Nice store, some cool novelty stuff, but overall pretty overpriced. We like to look around in there and on occasion have bought a few things but most stuff is not worth the price.

Love their gag gifts and selection of oddities youre not likely to find elsewhere!

4-5 of the employees were up at the front register talking and laughing about a video that the main cashier had pulled up on her phone. I was in the middle of being checked out as the cashier had scanned 2 of my 4 items when she stops and grabs her phone and goes to show another employee her phone. She returns to the register after about 30 seconds laughing loudly and finishes my transaction. I almost lost it!! I guess everyone makes mistakes but this was horrible customer service.

Wasnt impressed with the prices or size selection in of shirts. Was mostly filled with medium and small shirts.

FYE is always a great store to visit if youre a movie, anime, and or music fan. Tons of memorabilia and collectibles to see and buy. The location I visited was at Triangle Town Center in Raleigh NC. Unfortunately the mall itself is failing and many stores are closing. This is partially due to covid but I believe it struggled prior. There are still many great stores to visit inside FYE being one of them so do not let that deter you from going to the mall. You still get a great experience and there are still plenty of places to visit.

Great, good selection of just about everything. Did have trouble finding someone that worked there. But the check out process was fast.

They won’t honor their posted sale prices. They tried to charge me $10 for a $17.88 speaker that was supposed to be 75% off that price. I know math can be tough, but I know 6th graders that can figure out that is $4.50.

The store had many stuff I wanted to buy they have all the items I need but Im giving it 3 stars bc the staff accused me for stealing even tho I just walked in the store I like the store just not the staff.

Nice to have a store I grew up going to still around, did some good Christmas shopping, great movie related gifts btw!

It doesnt got much to see there but most stuff there are too expensive. but buy less than more youll save money at least.

Great place for your entertainment needs theyve got some stuff in there thats generally hard to find. They also have buy and sell so you can sell old dvds and cds and such.(Disclaimer) Only issue I have is the store in the mall is always at least 80 degrees in there. Idk why they keep it so hot in there but they do.

I havent been to FYE in a long time. It has definitely changed, but very thankful its still at Triangle Town Center. It has always been my favorite place to buy CDs and DVDs. 4 stars because selection of new items is not what it used to be.

I enjoy browsing around this store. Sometimes you can find some nostalgic stuff from the 80s and 90s and so forth. Some prices on things seem to be a little pricey but overall definitely somewhere to check out. Employees are also very nice.

Great place

FYE is the best place to fine china made drinks or candy. The is music, t-shirts, movies, games and more in this shop. There has never been a bad experience here when I am there and all the employees are never rude or mean even when a group of yeens come into the store at ones. They have great deals everyday.

Went to FYE to see if they had any after Christmas sales and they didnt. Some things are just priced way to high.

Awesome place to shop. They have a Heavy Metal section. About time someone did. Very good selection of music. If you want an album they dont currently have, theyll burn it for you in about 5 minutes complete with songlists and album cover in a jewel case.

Very big selection. I dont know the guys name, but he was very helpful in finding some headphones! He had a great recommendation.. I will be back! (Hopefully not for headphones)

Great place to find fun collectibles and music. Occassionally you will come across just the album or movie you are looking for at an amazing price. Staff is great too. They are helpful but dont hover.

Very poor management, needs to work on talking to the community he finds in “hes store” type of man to wake up in the morning itching to get back at the universe anyway possible. The co-workers there always seem timid. Definitely not the FYE “vibe” .

Kind-of-neat little store of the sort that you dont see that often anymore...sort of a throw back in a weird way. Used CDs, DVDs, and a plethora of licensed stuff sold to make ends meet because the decline of music and movie sales required them to also become a sort of PG Spencers as well to make ends meet. Itll surprise you, though with the occasional good deal of you look well enough.

My daughters favorite store. We spend alot of time and money in here!!! Staff is very nice and helpful

I will never go in this store again after my horrible experience with the cashier Joey. I was patiently waiting in line behind a customer just to ask a question and as soon as I got ready to step to the register someone ran to the line stepped in front of me and proceeded to be checked out...I was in a good mood so I let it go...when he was done I walked directly to the register when Joey turned away from me and asked someone else that was not in line if they needed help. He then left the register and went to help them. I asked him did he not see me standing at his register I was told I did not make it known that I was there. Well excuse me for thinking you have eyes when I clearly walked right up to you...He decided to argue with me when I asked for a number I could call...This was my last time ever going to their store

Love FYE. This is a great place for the music lover who still enjoys an actual CD. They also have tshirts posters and movies. You can find movie collectibles like dolls and action figures. They also have unique and fun candy.

I realize that the majority of music nowadays is streamed and purchased online or maybe Im just a little set in my ways but I found the CDs lacking. There just wasnt a huge selection as I was expecting especially if youre looking for Gospel/Christian music.

Great shop with friendly staff. They have a large selection of CDs, shirts, DVDs, and even some vinyl. Have almost no problems with this shop. (Only reason that it didnt get 5 stars is because of staff incompetence. While the workers were friendly, both times I went the employees were clueless as to how to special order.) Its a great shop, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in physical media of any kind!

This is a Very Cool Store and Hang out Spot,There was another Store Similar to this one that was out back in The 1990s That I liked even Better, Suncoast Motion Picture Co. I wish this Place was Still Around Today!It has Everything you Want and Need in Entertainment, Movies and Music.

Yea I have had nothing but trouble with this store. I pretty much dont go in unless I have to. Today was the last straw. A guy named Francisco seemed completely uninterested in speaking or helping me at all. He actually seemed annoyed with me because I was asking him a few questions. Ultimately was no help.

Staff helped but one girl was on the phone with both ear buds in and the gentleman who was at the register was ringing me up with his phone in his hand looking at it inbetween touching the computer.

God its so good to be in this store again. They got rid of the one at the Cross Creek Mall in Fayetteville, so me and my buddy had to drive up to Raleigh just to see this place.
