I always have wonderful experiences here. Food is always fresh and staff is extremely nice and helpful. This is my go to supermarket. The fresh daily made foods are so good. Fresh produce will cut you fresh fruits, cakes are amazing, sushi is made everyday fresh. This is a must go to supermarket thanks lowes for putting ultra customers first!

We do most of our grocery shopping here because they are close and offer curb side delivery. They have messed up our order a couple times, but everyone makes mistakes.

I have had some issues in the past but today by far has made it to where I wont go back. I will drive an additional 10 minutes instead of right across the street to get the customer service/respect I deserve and for much lower prices. This place is a joke! Adrianna should not be a front end manager if that is what she is! Shes rude and disrespectful on top of definitely not there for the customer!

Really dont grocery shop here much but I do go there 3 to 4 times a week for the hot food and its always fresh and good.

Normally, my fiancé and I love shopping at Lowes, but lately weve encountered numerous issues with the freshness of the products. Many perishable items well past their sell by/use by dates. Weve seen this with raw chicken thighs, cottage cheese, and just yesterday with shredded asiago cheese. We generally check items before we by them, but this time we didnt. The asiago cheese has an unopened best by date of August 11th, 2021. We bought it yesterday, August 29th. Thats ridiculous.

Always a pleasure to go to and walked in at 7:30 in the morning to get a last second cake for my office and the staff was there and helped me tremendously with the inscription and getting the right flavor. I needed something gluten free and they had a single cupcake for that! Such a great selection and a cheerful place to be!

Horrible experience!! The staff is extremely incompent and inexperienced with how their own store procedures works. Due to their incompetence, I waited almost an hour for them to rectify an issue I had with my order. I will never shop at this location again!! Such a huge disappointment. No management on Site to rectify my issues. They had to call one at home. So I question why wasnt an experienced member of management on the job especially during a holiday. Just chaotic and unprofessional

The store is nice. Large variety of items youll need. I like the deli serves hot food for dinner plate. Their generic dairy products taste really good. What I dislike is items can be hard to find if theyre not fronted up such as Frozen foods aisle looked like the aftermath of a cat. 3 hurricane. Also, last week I went there for a package of chopped me and saw how their meats were all dark looking and they try to sell spoiled meat. For the prices being high in general I feel its unacceptable and quite disrespectful to be selling spoiled brown meat to consumers especially not rotated.

We love the deli, bakery, and great selection of different foods and wines. However, every time I shop there, some customers don’t wear masks. Just last week 3 different people shopping and no mask. I mentioned it to an associate but the person said they try to enforce but it doesn’t work. So I’m a little leary about returning too soon.

The selection is fine, but checking out will take at least twice as long as it did to shop. The employees are unfriendly, slow, and clearly do not want to be there. They need to take lessons from the Dollar Tree employees next door!

I work across the street from a Lowes. But, I drive 15 minutes away just to go to this particular Lowes. They take more care in the way they present their food and their store. it is always a treat to walk in and see the ready-made food that they have, as it is always, always fresh clean and neat looking. It looks like food you would see in a food magazine. The quesadillas are out of this world. Night and day compared to other Lowes Ive been to.the store is always nice and clean. The staff are always friendly. I gladly drive out of my way to go there

Convenient location. For some reason this location feels smaller than the other surrounding stores. It also feels as if it has less product options. On a plus side, the Beer Den is pretty nice with tables. You can sample a few of the on tap beers there or order a glass of beer. The meat department has a great selection of ready for oven dinners.

I am constantly blown away by the wonderful staff here. Their level of friendliness and helpfulness has not decreased even in a pandemic. I hope Lowes cares for its employees as well as the employees treat the customers!

This store is great. I called multiple grocery stores in the Wake Forest area this morning looking for a particular item. They all ran me through the phone tree pick-a-number routine. At one of them (which I called twice over an hours time) I got to the preferred department to only sit on hold indefinitely. At another, I waited a couple minutes to have an employee come on the phone in a rushed tone asking what I needed, but he couldnt hear me talking and hung up after saying hello? twice. I figured Ill branch out further and called this Lowes on Louisburg. A HUMAN LADY ANSWERED THE PHONE! She was pleasant and routed me directly to the desired department. A gentleman answered the phone and assured me they had the item in stock. I drove there. They walked me to the cooler holding the item. Just an overall solid experience. Ive been here a few times and their staff always present themselves in a good mood and are quite helpful. Good management. Good people.

I really like this place. The self checkout is quick and easy to use and they normally have events which are fun for the family. The only reason its not 5/5 is because weve come in to do events sometimes and it seems like they have forgotten about their giant calendar in the front of the store.Besides that its your standard store, the staff is friendly and Ive never not been able to find what Im looking for (unless they are just out)

This Lowe’s is on point with a ton of unique fresh food selections. I love the bar and being able to grab a beer before I shop. The sausage factory is fun for the kids. I can always stop in unprepared and leave with a good meal plan.

This grocery store is very nice, well stocked and clean. The selections in every department is really complete. Its very nice to walk around the store and shop for what you are looking for. I always enjoy when I am nearby to go to this grocery store.

Disappointed!!!My husband and I have been customers of this Lowes for a long time. When the pandemic hit, I used the pickup service. Their fee is more than twice as much as their competitors.August 22nd was our last time to shop at ANY Lowes. Through their online feedback system, I let them know about the putrid grapes their associate gave me, the bait-and-switch they used to inflate the prices of other products, and my desire to be refunded the cost of the fee for the rest of 2020.So what happened? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!I was finally contacted. BUT Lowes foods has taken no action.UPDATE: RESPONSE TO OWNERI have submitted several responses to the wecare email address. If you read them, you will see the specifics.

Lowes Foods is an awesome grocery experience, they have an extensive inventory of high quality food products, a great deli, bakery, meat and seafood selection, specialty fresh pet goods, a bar/beer area, great produce, and a nice florist area. My only problem is my money funds are very limited and I have found their pricing of items is in conflict with the money I have budgeted. If my money/budget was not so limited I would shop there always, now I go there as a treat to myself once every couple of months. Also the stores employees are very courteous and helpful.

It’s a good grocery store. One of the things that I really like about Lowe’s foods is that all the stores are just about set up the same. It’s always clean and pretty easy to find stuff. The parking lot is not really THAT crowded but if it is it’s usually on the weekend because there’s other stores beside it.Big parking lot, and Lowe’s to-go is there too.

I love Lowes Food...especially at this location. All the employees are friendly and super helpful, especially at the fresh cooked food and deli counter. I am new to the Veganism and they were all helpful in helping me make already prepared food choices to fit my lifestyle. I would for sure recommend Lowes Foods for their food prepared food items due to taste and employee courtesy, attention and helpfulness. NOTE***They are pricey. But I am a big fan of you get what you pay for. I choise them over the bargain stores any day.

Attitudes by employees at any business is number one for me. Lowes doesnt disappoint! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Except once, at 6:30am on a Sunday morning. No one was happy. Ha! My go to grocery store. Meat department has been the most helpful.

Solid local grocery store. Deli section is particularly good with custom sausages, single and couple meals ready to heat. Nice wine selection. Quality of the house brands varies, but when they get it right its a family favorite.

Great variety, fresh vegetables, excellent customer service. And the store is always clean. Totally my go to for grocery shopping.

Such a pleasant place. ALL employees were especially friendly & helpful. I was browsing in bakery and 2 Very helpful employees asked Id I needed help. The deli clerk sliced my ham exactly the way I ask & gave me kind smile when delivering service. Then the check out clerk was also very friendly & helpful as tried to remember my old Lowes phone #. Great looking food, ready-to-eat as well as grocery selection. But PLEASE install seating somewhere in the store!! For the folks who want to eat their ready-to-eat meal and for older folks who need to sit and rest a few minutes.

Beer den is INCREDIBLY too loud in the evening, this is a grocery store not a sit-in bar. remove the stools and let people simply TASTE TEST local beers, as it was originally.

Enjoy shopping here. On many of the items that food lion also carries, your prices are higher. But your selection is better. Also, you could really use more of the smaller shopping carts. Ive seen customers walking the store looking for one because they dont want to use a big one. From my past experience in marketing, I realize that you want the customer to use a large cart as it could be an incentive to buy more. But speaking for those of us know what size cart we will need before we go in, more smaller carts will be greatly appreciated. Sincerely. Fred Hight.

Since the remodel, this store has upped their grocery game. Now you can get fresh meats, salads, and sandwiches at the deli. There is a pick and prep area where you pick the fruits and vegetables and they do all the peeling and chopping for you. Produce is always fresh with a great variety.There is a bakery and a Sausage Works that will custom make any kind of sausage you like as well as producing some home style favorites. There is a small sushi station that always seems to be running on empty, and it is tasty with Sushi Wednesday specials for $5 all day.I am not a drinker, but I hear they have some unique and worldly beers in the Beer Den.These are the real highlights; otherwise, youll find a well stocked grocery store with the right mix of local, unique, high end, low end, and generic options. I mainly visit the store for the fresh options like the deli, sushi, and produce and supplement my big box trips with items intermittently.The store is clean, and the staff is professional and kind. Parking is plentiful and the area is up and coming with a good selection of restaurants nearby. Its an awesome anchor location with potential to grow the community.

Great exciting store! It was my first visit ever to a Lowes food. I was told they were out of Lowes cards so I couldnt sign up. With all of todays technology, why couldnt they sign me up via their app or using my phone number? Disappointed.

The updated bakery, deli, and meat departments are a nice addition after their renovation. The prices are a little higher here than at other local grocery stores but the shopping experience is also much more pleasant. We use Lowes Foods to Go often and have found it to be a huge time saver!
