Easily my favorite grocery shopping store in brier creek. Never dirty, always moving lines so you almost never wait in line, and stock is almost always filled or at least signed off and changed with other stock similar. Staff has been friendly when I needed them, and the bakery has sold good selections

Love the shopping here I can do. Great having the beer den, getting a beer, AND being able to go shop around the store with it. Other grocery stores make customers sit and drink. Nice selection of produce, always fresh. Great staff. The lunch plates with chicken are amazing.

Very clean. Very well organized. Loved the self check out. There were associates available if I needed assistance. I see myself coming back whenever Im in the area.

I’m not sure if these are just isolated incidents but…Three weeks ago I was traveling in North Carolina and went to Lowes foods to buy lottery tickets. It was 745 at night and I was told by the employees they could not sell lottery tickets past 7 PM.Fast forward to today, I met another Lowes foods trying to buy lottery tickets, I enter the store and see a sign, Customer Service Closed.My only suggestion is, if your doors are open and have all of your services available!

I really appreciate the consistency and professionalism from the Meat & Seafood department. If I have question regarding preparation of a certain product, Larry has always been very dependable with his wealth of knowledge. The customer service in this department sets this store apart from local competitors.

The best muffins ever. Pistachio muffin is the best. Dont take my word for it try it yourself. For those of you like me that do not like nuts these green muffins will surprise you.

Everyone masks up, protective barrier at cashier, and store never feels over crowded. Employees do a wonderful job of being distanced and cleaning surfaces frequently! Great grocery store too with produce selection. Always fresh stuff.

My family truly loves their fried chicken so I had to get some for Sunday dinner. However, I always cook my own sides and yesterday I prepared green beans with red potatoes, onions and garlic! Served it all up with fresh slices of garden ripe tomatoes and iced tea. Lowes Food is also my go to for k-cup coffees (great sales)

The black lady in the deli yesterday morning(5/22/21) doesn’t know how to cut deli meat. I asked her to cut the deli meats thicker. She cut them very thin that they were unedible. (Had to throw them out) Also she took 25 minutes to cut my meats! 4 other people got helped in the mean time by other workers! I told her to stop in middle of it! This is not the first time I had a terrible experience at this Lowe’s Foods. The managers need to watch who they hire! I or my family will NOT be returning to this location!

They have extremely high prices, a poor selection compared to other stores. I recently made the mistake of going there on Monday and i was overcharged for several of my items, but unfortunately didnt realize it until i was home; i called the store to ask for a partial credit card refund and the respresentative was very conbative and uncooperative. In the beginning of the pandemic i liked shopping here since they seemed deserted compared to other stores, but obviously they are when their prices are so much higher than the competetion and they employ inempt and hostile employees! Good riddance, all i wanted was my $10 refund when i was overcharged but the jokes on you Lowes; i have a large family to feed and ill never spend money in any of your stores again, let me guess please pretend like you care Lowes and ask me to call or email you; lol no thanks!

They have beer on tap and a great meat selection.

First time in here on vaca and staff super friendly and the selections are great. Sushi made fresh and the fried chicken was good also.

They layout is very nice and I like the bar that is inside. Although my husband and I no longer shop here due to the past few times we bought freshly wrapped meat that was bad. The staff is nice and very welcoming to returning items. Although, it’s an inconvenience to have to return meat constantly. We will shop for other items there but not fresh meat.

Its a grocery store, with a bar, nuff saidOh!! It also has the Salted Country Crook Plant Butter.

I was only there for their fresh made guacamole AND there was none... However the meat department was AMAZING 👏

I didn’t have a great experience here at all. I deliver for Instacart and Shipt. When checking out I was told I could only shop for one at a time. I spent 15 minutes with an employee that refused to check me out because of this, making me late on both orders. This is a store policy that isn’t posted nor is it communicated within the staff because the manager had no clue as to what policy she was referring to when he finally arrived to the front. Might I add that the employee had the worst neck roll and attitude problem while trying to transmit said policy. I now turn down all orders for that Lowe’s. We are all trying to earn a buck out here, and we could accomplish that minus the attitude.

Great location for a Lowes Foods in the Brier Creek area. Lowes Foods was clean and well maintained. This location always has a well kept and generous flower and boutique section. They always seem to have special flowers for all the holidays and their card section to compliment the occasion was always well stocked. Needs flowers and a card? Know that Lowes Foods can help with that! Fully recommended.

I always love going to Lowes food, I enjoy the hot bar that they have and just the overall ease of finding what I need. And the DEN is awesome.

I can only give it 3 stars bc of the prices! Its an excellent store, well staffed...excels in cleanliness & order, but I cant overlook $3.99 for a single Haas Avocado! $9.99 for a bottle of B6 vitamins! I will never shop there again due to the prices. The cheapest fresh salsa was $3.99 (On 10/02/2020.) Decent pricing in the dairy dept., surprisingly (on sale items!) I never thought I would find a store more expensive than Teeter, but...there it is.

Really nice location, friendly staff, great soda selection! They have a great plant selection too, every plant I have got has been super healthy. Ive gotten 2 orchids from here now, the blooms lasted so long!One tip though- you guys! Stop watering the tropical plants so much. My recent purchase was a succulent, it took 2 weeks for the soil to dry out just 2 inches. Thats all :)

Lowest food is one of my favorite grocery stores then Harris teeter next. Their prices are little high verses before. I think they may have Harris teeter beat when it comes to high prices. Regardless of that I still prefer to shop there. Very clean and fresh goods 🙂

The staffs are very friendly, they greet customers and ask if they find what they want. The store is very clean and neat. The bake goods section has great selection and their bread is just delicious!The most special thing that I have not seen anywhere else is their clip your own spice section where they have a mini raise bed planted with some selection of fresh herbs that you can clip what you need and pay by weight.

Not the biggest grocery store, or selections, but what they have is good. The fresh produce, fruit and veggies are quality stuff. Really fresh here!

I just moved to Brier Creek and this is my local super market. It has everything I would need from a supermarket with some added bonuses so I give a 5 star review. Very convenient, price is reasonable, food is fresh and their are many departments for everything. Love it.

I need to start by saying that I have been shopping at Lowe’s in brier creek for a years. It is not the most convenient so it is not my “regular” store. I often choose to go out of my way because of the choices and friendly service. That changed yesterday!!! I had bought groceries, got home, unpacked only to find the fresh strawberries were molded! I don’t get upset over things like this so I took them back knowing they would be replaced without difficulty. Boy..was I wrong! First let me say I should have examined more carefully....but I was in a hurry and had my grandson was with me....regardless....I was met with a bit of hostility and attitude ...the customer service lady was very unfriendly and questioned me in an accusatory tone...suggesting I had not purchased them that day. I asked for a replacement AND 1 for free for having to drive 20 minutes for replacement, which I thought was fair. They obviously didn’t. They called for the manager and the first thing that came out of her mouth was I don’t have anything on my floor that looks like that”. She just called me a liar! I had my receipt, but she backed down a bit when I said “sounds like you are calling me a liar”insisted that Brian the produce manager would not let this happen. Did she call me a liar again....I think so! Who in the world would drive 20 minutes to get a free pack of strawberries?!? After the insults and stern looks from the manager and the customer service rep it was made right. Bryan personally brought me 2 new packs of strawberries...without a word or even a glance. That’s just rude! I will NEVER return to this store. I understand these are rough times but kindness cost nothing! I will shop at Food Lion that is 3 minutes from me or at Harris Teeter which is right down the street from you guys. FYI. The avacados are in bad shape as well.

DO NOT shop at this store, its not safe!I was buying a couple of things earlier today, and they hardly enforce their own rule to wear a mask. Many of the customers had their faces exposed, I was dodging left and right to distance myself as much as possible. As soon as I come around the corner, an employee with blonde hair was getting ready to sneeze on me. NO mask or anything, I just turn the corner and there he is. He lowered his head and sneezed into his shirt, but who knows if that fully stopped the spread of germs? And who knows how long hes been showing up to work without a mask and sneezing everywhere?Do these people not know that were in a pandemic? I have been EXTREMELY careful the last couple of months, and suddenly thats all screw up because of one irresponsible kid? I live with seniors; if I get sick in the next couple of weeks, or God forbid, THEY get sick, Ill know who to blame.

This store is beautiful, clean, and had a variety of foods, and plant-based choices like Beyond meat products. I was pleasantly surprised with fresh herbs that you can cut and bag yourself, bakery with yummy cakes made to order. We ordered a princess cake online and it was prepared beautifully and personalized. Free cookie for kids, and other goodies available. They have a great variety of foods for different tastes such as vegan, vegetarian, healthy meats and fresh fruits and veggies. The store has an appealing, homey, and friendly family atmosphere. The kids enjoy the kiddie carts to shop along with us.

I wanted to check it out when I learned this food store was stated by the brother of the Lowes home goods stores. Its a nice grocery with a homier feel and a good variety of home style items.

Lowes Food services many of the housing communities in the Brier Creek area.I have always had a nice experience when shopping here. The staff and management are courteous, friendly and helpful. It is a well stocked supermarket. It is well kept and clean. The prices are reasonable and the food is fresh. All in all it is a great place to shop.

Surprisingly the cashier and bagger we had werent friendly. Didnt greet us. Very dry and cold which is very unusual for Lowes. The young people who work there are very articulate, professional and friendly.

Very clean place. I would have given it more stars but a man from the meat department kept asking me and my niece if we were okay and needed any help. We said no twice but he kept on asking. I felt some type of way but I like the store and how nice and clean it was.

Very nice Cashier that I see on a daily basis and I need to get her name. Very nice and polite. I eat at the salad bar on a daily me and my patient. My patient loves soup. It is never any soup. Salad bar needs a little attention. But very clean store

This is one of my favorite grocery stores. Clean, well stocked, friendly associates, and a killer produce section. Plus on Wednesday you can drink 1/2 price wine and stroll around the store!

I love Lowe’s Foods. The vibe is like your neighborhood organic market. Plenty of organic options and great produce. My favorite part is the pot of herbs they have near their produce. You can clip the herbs directly from the garden and fill a small ziploc bag for only 99 cents per bag!

I hate writing bad reviews but On 4/18/20 i went to self checkout the employee who was standing at the self out is the Rudest employee. She talked behind my back bad stuff about me (I heard her)this is the 2nd time! she should not work with customer service or with customers. I will NOT be returning. I rather go to Food Lion up the road and get better customer service. I will tell all my family and friends to not to go here!Overall, This Lowe’s has amazing stock of food!

I would say its a pretty decent Lowes food location now I will say that it does seem to have a smaller selection of fresh fish and meats than Ive become accustomed to at the Knightdale Blvd location but other than that everything else was the normal Lowes food experience. 4 stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

They have a bar. (2 drink limit) but you can walk around the store with it. The prices are good and the quality is great. I also like the bottled water that has fruit /veggies added. ( Cucumber mint is my favorite). The salad bar is excellent the sushi lover in me loves the $4.99 Wednesday. I got cupcakes for a work meeting and the were excellent.

There customer service within this Lowes is extremely rude. I will be calling there corporate office.
