After her on-site visit at our house, Kati had the living room designed in a 3D rendering along with physical swatches and samples of what she was proposing. Ultimately, Kati put together a living room that was smart, elegant, and rich. The true custom look we wanted. Shes not just an employee at a furniture store, shes truly educated in the field of design and knows what works with what. This has enhanced our house 1000fold!I highly recommend Kati at the North Hills store. We were so happy with her recommendations that weve returned for her to design a dinning set for our open floor plan. She brought in elements from the living room that will be very complimentary to one another without stealing the spotlight.Cant wait for that to arrive. Once it does, Ill be sure to upload pictures. After all, a picture is worth a thousand words. So exciting!And, I should also mention the furniture. We were amazed with the craftsmanship of the work. The two chairs have very specific patters and the fabric was sewn in a way that they match 100%. Totally worth the cost as this is custom furniture that you cant get at your typical furniture or big box stores. Worth the investment!

Our experience at North Hills Ethan Allen just could not have been better. We worked with Jennifer Alexander and she used our house plans to lay our out rooms and help with our sofa selections. We purchased three and her size and shape recommendations were perfect. Very good quality items. The selection is very good. They update there selection often. I have purchased multiple items from the store. Delivery is usually prompt. The special order items sometimes take several weeks to receive. For the most part this Ethan Allen is overall good.

We have been working with Sally Preslar at Ethan Allen since 2016. She has helped us decorate our new home. We started with some empty rooms and step by step completed a look that we love. Adding pieces that are beautiful in their own right and that can easily go in different places has allowed us to transition several rooms as we have grown with two babies and our older children. The quality is perfect and Sally has such an eye for what will work in the space, recommending just the right amount of furniture. We get a lot of compliments on our home and always recommend Sally and Ethan Allen. We consider Sally a family friend. Ethan Allen Shelton Sofa premium nailheads rusted in less than 2 years in perfectly kept home. Ethan Allen refused to fix or replace. The sofa is hardly used and looks like brand new still, with the exception of the rust.

Poor business model for delivering bedroom furniture. Waited two full weeks for the delivery of a mattress and box spring for a king size bedroom set. Why deliver an entire bedroom set w/out the most important part? THE MATTRESS AND BOX SPRING. If I would have know that it would have taken so long, I would have order the mattress and box spring from a separate vendor!

It has been frustrating waiting so long for a single couch to be delivered to my home in Fayetteville. After over four months of waiting I called today to check on the status only for Greg to mention that my couch has been there, but they were waiting until they have other items to deliver to Fayetteville to even call me. Greg could not even assure me that the couch could be delivered within the next month. If I understood what an inconvenience it is for out of town customers to use Ethan Allen, then I would have shopped elsewhere. Covid is really not a great excuse for poor customer service. We recently redecorated our guest bedroom with the help of Jennifer Alexander. She was very helpful in picking out furniture suited to the smaller scale of that bedroom. When it came to lamps, she tweaked my selections to bring out the metal bed frame and its gorgeous. We were so happy with Jennifers assistance that we had her help us shortly after with selecting a comfy reading chair for our living room. She helped us not only with the right fit for how the chair feels but with working it into our existing design.

Ethan Allen is known for quality furniture that also happens to be stunning so when I moved from California and was building a new home I knew this is where I would want to purchase my furniture. Normally I would go shopping with my trusted girls in tote but since I didn’t know anyone here I had to depend on myself. When I arrived at Ethan Allen-Raleigh I was instantly greeted with a smiling face and pleasant demeanor. Before I started shopping Gregg Love sat me down and asked me several questions just so he can get to know me and get a sense of my style. We instantly connected and there was absolutely no pressure to buy, in fact he suggested that I take all the information and think about it and return in a couple of days. I live a bit out of the area so when I was ready to purchase it just so happened that Gregg was not working but to my surprise he came in on his day off just to show me a few samples and get everything narrowed down. When I had everything I needed I returned when I had more time and Gregg pulled all my designs, fabrics, and everything together to ensure I was completely happy with my selections but the Love did not stop there, to my surprise Gregg sent me a thoughtful package of some fabric samples that I could use while shopping for other pieces. Having been in Interior Design in a formal life I have done a lot of shopping for furniture and this is truly one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our Ethan Allen experience! We were struggling to make our vision come to fruition. Our designer, Jennifer Alexander, did a great job of bringing our vision to life. She was an absolute joy to work with. She took the time to suggest alternatives and we never felt rushed or pressured. The entire purchasing process was a breeze. We look forward to working with Jennifer again in the future!

Im a designer from out of State. I went in just to look around and was greeted by a sweet gentleman. The store is beautifully done and the designers were very welcoming as well. Its nice to be able to look around by myself especially since I know the product. Highly recommended

Until I met Greg Clark at North Hills Ethan Allen, I was stuck in style and palate indecision. Following our introductory meeting Greg fashioned floor plan options that reflected everything we had discussed and captured all of the design elements that I was looking for. I am so enthused about my future home with its open space concept and how Greg integrated the furniture keeping my personality in mind. He is a master designer!

I went into the store a few weeks ago and Christian Harang helped me. She was beyond helpful and went above and beyond every step of the way. It was my first Ethan Allen purchase and she made me want to shop there all the time. She kept me up to date via email through every step. Searched and went to other locations to get pieces I wanted and even came out to my house to deliver!! Absolutely amazing customer service. Thank you for making it such a great experience!!

Gregg Love was amazing to work with. He incorporated our existing furniture pieces in his design recommendations. We love our new Ethan Allen furniture and are looking forward to continuing to work with Gregg for future purchases.

Sherry Massey was our sales person at the North Hills, NC store. She was fantastic and went above and beyond in customer service. She even came to our home for the delivery and made sure it went well and helped arrange the furniture to the best design for each room. We will definitely go to her for any future Ethan Allen needs. If we could give more than 5 stars, it would be the case for our experience with her for our furniture.

We were looking to replace our living room furniture and Rebecca Holt provided invaluable assistance to us in picking out the right items and features. She was highly professional and competent and a pleasure to work with. We plan to go back to Ethan Allen again soon for other items for our new home and would like to work with Rebecca again!

We had a wonderful experience recently at this store with Christian. She was very knowledgable about Ethan Allens products. She was not pushy in any way and worked with our budget. Christian also followed up on several questions regarding accessories. We purchased a sofa and it arrived about 2 weeks early. The whole buying process was simple and enjoyable.

Brenda helped us find the perfect sofa. She was incredibly sweet and helped us customize it to fit our style. She was wonderful about following up with us as well. The sofa is beautiful and comfy. Now we just need to keep the pups off it

I was recently in your North Hills store & Sherry Massey assisted me. She was extremely helpful with her creative ideas about furniture selections, and layout. She taught me a lot about the construction and quality of furniture,& what to look for while shopping. She was very in tune with my decorating style. I don’t normally go to reviews but had such a great experience I felt the need to share. I will be back when my project is ready to move forward. I will definitely ask for her again.

I purchased a new bedroom set. It was delivered about the time estimated. I had a few minor issues with it: (1) bed had 10 1/2 inches clearance underneath in the store, only 9 1/2 inches in my home. This was significant because my cats spend a lot of time there and had trouble getting under there. (2) installers split some of the wood by screwing in screws too tight on the bed. (3) paint job on the dresser was uneven and left what looked like smudges on one drawer. (4) platform bed was advertised as not needing a bookey board, but needed one (as I was informed by the installers). So I had to go out and buy one that was unplanned. (5) installers did not wear booties and got dirt all over my new rug. Overall I am happy with the furniture, but it was VERY expensive. Not sure that I would buy it again if I had a do-over.

Had a great experience browsing through the North Hills Ethan Allen. Staff were very helpful and friendly without being too pushy about making a sale, and the furniture selection was well laid out and appeared to be high-quality. A good stop for traditional furniture in the area.

We had a great experience. I had searched most everywhere for a bed, but was not excited about one until I came here. The quality was exceptional and the customer service above and beyond. Brenda came out to our house and helped us select the right fabric and we had delivery on the bed a month early. The delivery and set up was professional and clean. We 100% will be doing business with Ethan Allen and specifically Brenda again.

I love how my dining room turned out thanks to the help of Ethan Allen designers. I had a general idea of what I wanted and they really pulled it together for me. It’s stunning!

Rebecca was friendly, but not pushy. She quickly understood what we were looking for and patiently escorted us around the store to show us various options. Incredibly, she offered to come to our home on New Years Eve day (two days after we were in the store) to take measurements and provide design advice. She was prepared with information about several options. We felt she accepted where we were in our decision-making process, and we completed the paperwork for our initial order on the spot. Rebecca clearly knows Ethan Allen merchandise and treats clients as unique individuals.

Our experience with both service and quality of product has been nothing short of abysmal. After having spent over $50K with this store, they are arrogant and never offer to satisfy any concerns over quality and other issues. Their goods are totally hit and miss, with terrible consistency based on where the product and/or material is sourced -- however, they are very consistent when it comes to premium prices, not providing customer service, or making anything right for the customer. There are so many other manufacturers and stores for similar items -- it makes no sense to risk doing business with a company who does not value or take care of their customers.

Based on the quality and durability of two rooms of furniture that a friend purchased from Ethan Allen, my husband and I decided to shop at Ethan Allen when we needed to replace furniture in our family room. We had a consultant come to our house to help us with decisions as to which purchases and fabrics would work best, and we are very pleased with our experience. As a result, we purchased two Emma chairs and an area rug and pillows from Ethan Allen. If they had sold a slip-covered love seat at the time, we would have purchased it there as well, but they didnt. Our consultant suggested the red-checked rug. I never would have considered that, but everyone who comes into our home is very complimentary of that choice. Even though not our first goal, we were very delighted to find the look we wanted, but in a color scheme that none of our closest friends used. We have been very pleased with the workmanship and durability of everything as well. In fact, our last purchase was made over seven years ago, and because weve enjoyed the quality of the furniture so much, now that we are in a position to purchase more pieces, we are looking to Ethan Allen again. The chairs and rug and pillows have been lived on daily and with no special treatment, and both of the Emma chairs, the Karazin rug, and the pillows look just as new as they did the day they were delivered -- except where our dog tore a place in one of the arms. Thankfully, we are able to cover that with the arm covers. :) I highly recommend Ethan Allen. I was truly shocked at the other reveiws. Both my friend and I have enjoyed our purchases for years.

Recently I had the most delightful customer care experience with Aya Mousilhy, Design Consultant at Ethan Allen store, North Hills location. She came to our home and assisted us with sofa styles, fabric, color and selection. Not only was she an expert in design and experience but also exceptional in client relationships. She was personable and service oriented making me feel as if I had known her a lifetime. In today’s busy environment an exceptional experience such as this will ensure my continued business here.The quality of Ethan Allen furniture is superb! We have been purchasing with them for 40+ years and continue to find their quality unmatchable!I also had a very positive client interaction with Neal Blevins, Design Project Manager. I would highly recommend this store for your furniture needs with such a pleasant shopping experience.Thank you Aya and Neal for your assistance. I will be returning soon.

Poor quality, and even worse response to concerns & complaints. Be very careful if ordering custom upholstery. Barely six months old vs. a one year warranty on fabric, and our matching seat cushions are worn through. After sending out an independent (paid by Ethan Allen) evaluator it was determined that this was normal wear and tear and not the result of workmanship or material defect. i.e. not covered. Purchase at your own risk. The warranty isnt worth the paper its printed on.
