My Dr calls in a prescription, they inform me its out of stock should be in by 4:30. Next day i check the app their is a delay out of stock. Check the next day same thing. Finially i call on friday then i was informed that my dr never called it in. I called my dr office they told me they had called it in 3 days ago. By the time i get off work on Friday evening the pharmacy is closed. Cam home checked my phone messages, got a recording telling me the prescription was out of stock. It should be available in “a couple of days” i needed this 5 days ago for the intense inflammation im having. Due to their incompetence my condition will become very serious.
Was not made aware in advance that they didnt have the vaccine available the day I went there for my scheduled appointment for a second dose. It also took a long time to get anyones attention.
This is the worst experience! I was asked to wait for 15-20mins for them to get my prescription ready. They said they would call me when that was ready. I was waiting in the store. However, after more than 30mins. No one called me, and I received an email notifying me the prescription was ready. I asked them about this, that guy was rude and told me to go back to the line and wait again. So I waited for another 15 mins! That is the worst experience.
This has to be the slowest Walgreens ever. I thought maybe the first time it was just a coincidence. Now 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th time (currently in the drive through going on 20 minutes) I do not recommend this Walgreens to anyone.
Worse walgreens pharmacy Ive ever been to. Claimed to lose my prescription and then after they found it claimed their system was down so they didnt have to fill it. Go to any other Walgreens pharmacy, not this one
I have not had a good experience since Rite Aid switched to Walgreens. I have experienced low quality service and lack of attention to detail. I just called them six times to automatically fill a prescription, was transfered every time just to be hung up on three times and then disconnected three times. I am going to Person Street Pharmacy.
Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. I hate this place.
The staff does their best but this location is chronically understaffed and often out of stock of many items. Much easier to go to Harris Teeter or Target nearby.
I arrived at the window behind two cars to pick up my prescription. I waited 45 mins in line. I pressed the button after the clerk and I made eye contact and she continued as if she didn’t see me ans I waited an additional 20 which made the 45 mins. Not only that she had an attitude ans I kept my pleasant attitude. I will be switching pharmacies after this experience. In the 11 years I’ve dealt with Walgreens I’ve never experienced anything like this. This was the worse experience and I will not be coming back!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I have a coupon for my prescription that the pharmacist denied having on file. When it was found and I was paying he deleted my entire prescription and refused to give me the prescription he was already holding. They said they will request a new prescription from my doctor but it’s now been 3 days and I’m still out of my medication. They’ve had absolutely zero remorse or ownership of their mistakes throughout all of this. I’m now transferring to another pharmacy.
Person I called at the store to schedule a COVID vaccine was very rude. WELL, we cant do that on the phone, SIR, then hung up. up until this point my experiences have been positive.
Getting things filled here is a hassle. I’ve taken my prescriptions to Raleigh Pharmacy up the road. It’s speedy and I appreciate that the pharmacist actually knows who I am.
One of the most terrible customer service experiences in recent memory in this pharmacy. The most rude staff I have encountered anywhere, beyond belief. Avoid - I will not be going back.
Allow me to share with you my experience from last Thursday before you end up in a position where youre counting on these so called medical professionalsMy prescription was sent in to the Cameron village store at around 6pm and was told the system had a delay when I arrived at around 6:30 to pick it up. I was then told to call back and see if it had been filled. When I called at 7:30 I was told by a feminine male employee that it was not ready. I checked with the automated system only a few minutes later and they said it was ready for pick up at that location. So I showed up at 7:53 (I was told they close at 8 earlier when I had arrived) and they audaciously closed up the pharmacy right in front of me completely ignoring me when its the fault of the walgreens system that the perscription delayed. The male was running past the window, as if to avoid being seen, to complete his closing duties, so that they could be in their cars at 8:00. The female came to the window at 7:57 to close down the computer directly in front of the window deliberately ignoring me sitting in the drive through and the multiple times I pressed the call button previously to that. The medication I need is pain relief for my 10/10 pain exploded wrist I broke yesterday and am now awaiting surgery. I was in additional pain and suffering as a result of the negligent cold hearted service I received in a serious time of vulnerability and need from an establishment my family and I have served faithfully my whole life. Every prescription Ive ever gotten was from a walgreens pharmacy.Because its a narcotic medication I had no way of getting it transferred to a new location at that time. I suffered the entire night in 10/10 pain just to show up in the morning and the pharmacy is closed. They were closed until 10:30 this morning. It took 30 seconds. 30 SECONDS TO HAND MY PRESCRIPTION THIS MORNING @10:32. The simple fact that they felt entitled to ignore me in a time of extreme vulnerability and need and that I was treated the worst Ive ever been from a medical establishment. Even McDonalds doesnt close early in peoples faces. Does McDonalds have more corporate integrity than walgreens? When Walgreens say theyre open 8-8 do they really mean 10:30-7:50? I have to believe that a pharmaceutical distribution establishment needs to be held to held to a higher standard than what was exemplified by these so-called medical professionals
Customer service was amazing as always when I visit this location. My issue is walking into a store that clearly says mask required but see patrons at checkout without a mask being server. Or delivery persons with masks under their chin. I work in healthcare. I dont care if you think the legitamacy of masks is relevant or not. We have been instructed as citizens to protect those around us, we must wear masks. So get a plan in place and follow through.
Staff is unfriendly and they seem extremely understaffed. They sent a drug I need to function on a daily basis to the wrong physician and I was out of it for three days causing me to miss work.
The manager, Jason, is really nice, extremely helpful, and overall efficient.
I;m pushing 84 and dont see well and take a handful of pills daily so Im the perfect specimen to stumble into the pharmacy at this store. They are terrific and each visit makes me appreciate them even more. Cant say enough good things about the great service and assistance they provide.
So, me and my husband havent used the pharmacy yet, but I can say the store is very clean, with everything well stocked, items easy to find, I did notice no one at checkout around 1am and we had to flag down a sweet old lady working there to checkout. Other then that very decent experience and would be back. 🙂🙂
I have auto-refills set on my prescriptions. Every single month since it changed from Rite Aid, they dont have it on time and I only find out when I show up to receive it. There is no communication letting me know that they dont have a VERY common drug in stock. This is what happens every single time. This particular refill; was supposed to be done and picked up on Tuesday... its Friday and its still saying theyre working on it. I have even called and asked them to see if another pharmacy has it (the Walgreens on Wade Ave.) for them to simply tell me no. Now Im completely out. Not once have they called or had a text come through saying its delayed. I am constantly calling to figure it out. Its a mess. Do not use this pharmacy.
Almost always takes 30 minutes to get my prescriptions and every other time I have something filled, something goes wrong. Its the most unorganized pharmacy I’ve ever gone to.
The store is fine, the pharmacy is struggling.I was hoping theyd get it together after the transition from Rite Aid but that hasnt been the case. The phone system has been down for three months. Well get notifications through the website that our prescriptions are ready, when we show up at the store the prescriptions arent ready or even available within 24 hours. Only two out of our past ten prescriptions has been picked up in a single trip.
What was once the best pharmacy and convenience store in town (while it was Rite Aid) has quickly become the worst, most confusing store in town. Huge sections of the product lines that made it stand out are no longer carried. Entire sections of health, wellness, beauty, cosmetic lines have been discontinued, replaced with large empty spaces and bargain brand product lines. Where once the store layout made perfect sense, now (months after the changeover) even the staff are still confused on where things are located within the store because things were so haphazardly rearranged. What an absolute disappointment.
The pharmacy is absolutely terrible. I have never gone to pick up a prescription and had a smooth transaction. They don’t refill when they say they will, they neglect to inform you that they don’t have a prescription in stock until you show up to pick it up, and just generally don’t seem to have any sense of pride or ownership in the services they provide. I will not be back.Unfortunately, because they’re one of the only chain drugstores in proximity to downtown, this isn’t likely to change.I encourage people to look in to smaller, community pharmacies. These businesses depend on their customers to stay afloat and would never abide by the service offered at the Cameron village Walgreens.
They really don’t even deserve one star. This was such a great pharmacy before they changed to a Walgreens. The pharmacy, everyone is so rude and not to mention seem to have no urgency. Not to mention, the wait is always ridiculous. I have been going to that pharmacy for almost four years and it is sad to see such a great location go to waste. I’ll find somewhere else.
I had to go in person to request a routine refill, because no one would pick up the phone, was told my Rx had to be ordered and would be ready the next afternoon. Next afternoon, I came and waited too long only to find out Rx would be ready the next day, again. So far Ive gone twice to pick up my Rx, but the wait was so long I had to leave. Seems like Walgreens doesnt have enough staff or they are inexplicably slow in serving their customers. On the upside, it is fun to take your blood pressure and watch it rise in real time as you wait...and wait...and wait...
Absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service this pharmacy provides. I waited in the drive-thru line for a prescription pick-up at least 5 minutes before its closing time. As soon as I pulled in, they declined to provide me service because it had just turned 9PM. I asked if they can give me my medicine because I waited in line before 9PM and they still refused. Not one ounce of remorse. Thank goodness my medication was not the difference between life or death. Does this pharmacy even care about its customers???
Wow. You would think this pharmacy would get the hint after everyone’s negative reviews. It’s 8:30pm and I’ve been waiting in the pharmacy drive through since 8:05 with only one car in front of me. Get it together! This is a great location, but there is simply no excuse for this poor of service. This happens every time I have to pick up a Rx.
Only been two times. The first time was late night and the second was midday. The first associate was an older lady Marg, who surprisingly had such a bubbly personality for working such a late night shift. The second associate, Yulia, crapped on my opinion about the customer service at this place. I walked in before getting cigarettes and complimented the young ladies hair cut, she said do you need help... I wasnt sure if she heard me correctly so I said it again. I like your haircut. She repeated, do you need help? At this point Im in my head like is it so hard to take a compliment, especially when youre getting paid for it? I proceeded to try to purchase the cigarettes from her and she continued to have an attitude.
I have to concur with the other reviewers who give a poor rating to the pharmacy. They are never sufficiently staffed. 20-30 minutes in line, with only one person on pharmacy register, is typical. Drive through is same. Lots of confusion with my RXs, multiple notes in system about what I need (requires a special order) and it is consistently inaccurate. The folks working there are nice enough, but under staffing and management is a huge problem. On the plus side, the drug store side is very nice. Well laid out, nice staff. Shame the pharmacy cant make the observation and follow suit. Its too bad because inevitably, Ill change pharmacies and the drug store side will lose the business from things I pick up at same time. Come on guys- get it together.
**IMPORTANT PHARM IS NOT 24/7**, The store part is 24hrs.**The pharmacy is not 24hrs, FYI! M-F 8a to 9p, Saturday 9a-9p & Sunday 10a-6p**
As a former Rite Aid pharmacy employee, I know from experience how pharmacies should run. This location consistently runs out of my medication prior to its scheduled refill even though I have courtesy refills. I routinely have to wait 20-30 minutes to pick up prescriptions, and half the time they have to fill it when I come in even if they promise to fill it earlier. This is the worst run pharmacy I have ever encountered. I will be moving my medications elsewhere after years of coming here.
One star is generous. Store is ok, pharmacy is not. Don’t stock or consistently out of stock of common drugs, horrible customer service from the pharmacists and overpriced. Do yourself a favor and go to Glenwood South Pharmacy where prices are competitive and service is superb.
Pharmacy is not 24 hours....If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve used Walgreens as my pharmacy for 10+ years and this is by far the WORST Walgreens ever! If there ate 2 cars in line at the drive-thru, forget it, you’ll be waiting for 25 minutes for TWO cars....Just to drop off your prescription. Going in doesn’t help either! They are always short staffed. My last visit (today), I was asked to show my ID for dropping off a prescription, I told the woman I’ve only been asked that when it’s time to pick it up, her response was, “Is that a problem?”...i said no but yes it is, because 1. It’s already taking forever, and 2. It’s not necessary, she then disappeared for another minute or so once I put my ID in the bin. It makes no sense and is very disappointing that there cannot be a decent Walgreens in downtown Raleigh. I may finally have to make the switch to a new pharmacy. I’ve been told CVS in dt Raleigh is wonderful
Apparently they move downstairs? I was there late and got attention and service immediately. the place is on the lower level of the building. they are what you would expect from a rite aid, I would have no problem returning here.
The store is new and nice, and we’ve been happy with the pharmacy until earlier this year. Since Walgreens took over, 4 times they have not had a medication, not received it when they say they will, and/or did not let me know of the problem leaving me to scramble. An employee said there isn’t currently a pharmacy manager working at the store. I will go else where until they get management sorted out.
Jus dropping a FedEx package. Unfriendly staff and not wearing mask properly.
This place is seriously the worst. It takes them like 5 days to fill my prescription. They are slower than slow. My prescription is never ready when I go to pick it up either. Don’t even think of doing the drive through. It’ll take 30 minutes at best. These people need more staff. The only reason I come here is that it’s walking distance from my place. Horrible.
Currently waiting in a humongous drive through line for a prescription I called in earlier. The parking lot is full so I imagine it’s just as packed inside. This place needs new management pronto.
I have been going to this pharmacy for over a decade (in the old location and the new), and since Walgreens took over it has been a total disaster. Their phone system simply does not work, prescriptions take forever to fill, and their excuse is that they are constantly understaffed. I have plenty of empathy for the folks there, but the management is a disaster. I dropped off a prescription I really needed immediately at a little after 6, and while the medication is in stock, I was not able to get it before store closing.
I always have an issue with picking up my prescription
Wish I could give 0 stars. This is the best location with the worst service on earth...its a shame. Everyone that works there looks miserable and put off to help customers. Its certainly a management issue as the pharmacy is never properly staffed and I have to wait for at least a half hour every time I go. Wont be doing back anymore.
I have gone here for over 4 years and have put up with their sub par quality because of the convenience of location. However, today is the last straw, I have waited over 30+ minutes in line just to be seen. It took me less time to get in and out of my doctors office. I’m not sure if it has to do with this Walgreens migration, but it truly is awful.
I have been getting my prescriptions here for years. The staff is as friendly and helpful as can be expected. I have never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for service. Thanks!
Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Yes it is convenient, but the staff are completely incompetent and the place is always packed. Picking up a simple routine prescription should not take an hour!
Possibly the worst customer service Ive ever experienced at a pharmacy.
No one answers the phone and they’re sloppy in their work.
Well organized, bright and clean. Overhead signs helped me find what I was looking for. Entrance to tiny parking lot is a little confusing.
Incredibly slow. They just have too many people coming to this location to fill prescriptions. Go somewhere else if you can.
Waited but staff were very helpful.
The only good thing about this Rite Aid is Jasper. I’ve been waiting in the pharmacy drive thru for literally eons. Thought I’d give it another chance after two years and guess what? Awful then, awful now. Actually worse. It is 100% worth driving a slightly longer distance to the Whitaker Mills Rite Aid in Five Points - the pharmacy is super speedy (DeLois is the jam!) and they have the best clearance section.
THE absolute WORST pharmacy Ive ever had to deal with. If my insurance would let me go back to Walgreens, I would do it in a heartbeat. This place is awful. They literally lost my physical prescription, had no record of me (even though Ive had numerous prescriptions filled here), overcharged me for my prescriptions, NEVER call or text to let me know my scripts are ready even though those are the preferences Ive chosen, NEVER have my orders ready on time and are invariably running behind, out of sorts, disorganized and unprofessional. If there was a zero star option, I would choose it. The line is ridiculously long- doesnt matter if youre inside or in the drive-thru and it takes a hundred years to help each person. Everything inside is WAY overpriced and they are always understaffed. I HATE this place with the fury of a thousand suns. Ive never had a smooth, easy experience where SOMETHING wasnt wrong. Always check and make sure your prescription coverage allows you to use your preferred pharmacy.
I used them for years with no real problems. Pharmacist was rude and dismissive and wait wasnt ideal, but not bad. But now I have been trying at different times the past few days and no one would pick up the phone. If this were a severe medication issue I feel bad for anyone who couldnt reach them. In this day and age there are pharmacies around every corner and definitely better out there.
Received a text from this location that was intended for someone else named Henry. Trying to call to clear it up but Ive been on hold for 30 minutes. Who ever Henry is, he should probably switch stores.
Terrible pharmacy efficiency. Employees ignore you at the counter and walk away when they see you coming towards the counter. Perscriptions typically take over an hour to fill. The drive thru line is typically 5 cars deep and takes 30 mins
I’m not returning to this pharmacy. I have never waited less than 20 minutes to get a prescription filled, whether I’m in the drive thru or inside at the counter. I’ve had to leave the line several times because waiting so long has threatened to make me late for other things.Perhaps the most frustrating thing is that there is absolutely NO sense of urgency among any of the staff despite the obvious impatience of the customers and the numerous negative reviews. I’ve had plenty of experience with pharmacies with far fewer staff that can efficiently manage customers and fill prescriptions in less than 10 minutes. I’m not sure where the incompentency and/or complacency lies within this organization, but they clearly need to get it together.
This is Linda Burton using Michaels computer. I am so tired of putting up with this store. We will searching for a new pharmacy. I agree with a reviewer down below. Called in a prescription at 5:00 a.m. for later pick-up that day, they said itd be ready by 11 a.m. that day, got there after work because I forgot, arriving around 5:20 p.m. and low and behold it wasnt ready. Thats happened many times. Tonight 6/15/18, I called in my husbands anxiety (alprazolam) medication, spoke to the a lady that had been there for some time, she put me on hold to talk with someone about it, got left on hold for about 4-5 minutes and then a guy answered making me think he knew nothing by saying, may I help you. Had to spill my guts all over again when he couldve just said she gave me the info you were asking about and this is what I can do (he was the NEW pharmacist C. Henderson). Come to find out, little boy pharmacists is brand spanking new and said it was their policy that I have my husbands id with me or he pick it up. Ive always presented MY id but never his. The little boy just couldnt understand his own desire to throw his weight around just lost him 4 family members meds - and we got a lot of prescriptions. He was an idiot. And his idea of an apology is Im sorry, I apologize that you felt..... NO DEAR, an apology is Im sorry I did that. Little boy in a big pharmacists jacket trying to throw is weight around. Not with this family, not any more.
Pharmacy is awful!!!! Every other time I need a script they dont have it and I moved to this one because the rite aid I went to before was worse.
This place has really gone down hill. I dont know why theyve changed so many of their employees. Like others have said if not for their location no one would go here. I came in to get a prescription that I needed ASAP an hour before close. I was told they were doing catchup and it would be tomorrow before I get my prescription. This has never happened anywhere else. Wont be back
The pharmacy is a disgraced to the word pharmacy. The employees are rude and incompetent. Walgreens needs to step it up. There hasnt been one time that Ive been there that I havent had a problem with their staff or wait time. If they say come back in a half hour and I do only to get some bs explanation that the script hasnt been released when I physically handed them the script.
New modern spacious floor layout. Pleasant to shop and staff were nice.
Pharmacy is terrible. The only way service could be slower is if they started unfilling prescriptions. Employees act like you’re a huge inconvenience. Have been 3 times to get a flu shot only to be told to “come back later because our pharmacist isn’t licensed in North Carolina.” Uh, what?
1) Need more pharmacists on staff. 2) Need customer service training for most of current staff (In few months I used it, one person smiled).Multiple prescriptions took a week plus for filling because this pharmacy never sent out proper paperwork to doctors offices & insurance companies. Never call or notify you when prescriptions are ready, and dont stick to their own time estimates on prescription readiness. Phone call to check on prescriptions is long/tedious process, and half the time no one picks up after multiple attempts. Instructions are given, but when a customer follows them and there is still issue the pharmacy brushes it off. Consistently unpleasant experience, and even though its the closest pharmacy to my house I can no longer stand to use it.
This is one of the worst pharmacies in Raleigh. They have filled the wrong prescription on more than one occasion, which is bad. But the worst part is the incompetence and genuine mistreatment of customers when customers need to re-visit and attempt to correct Walgreenss errors. Avoid at all costs.
I would strongly recommend a different pharmacy, especially for infant or childrens prescriptions. They often do not have medications in stock, are not accurate when they say it will be ready, and a worker told me one of them was actually over-the-counter, and when refused to buy it unless they showed me the written prescription from the doctor, then realized it was the WRONG CONCENTRATION for my infant. That kind of error can seriously endanger a person, and I will never go back.
They do not even answer their phones! Love to have them in charge of my meds! A Joke!
I used to really like this Rite Aid. In the last few months the service has declined in the pharmacy. You can order a prescription refill at 9:00AM and then try to pick-it-up after work, and it STILL isnt ready. If you have a question, dont bother trying to call, because they dont answer the phone. Today, I had to call the general number and then ask for the store managers help to get somebody to answer the phone in the pharmacy. They seem totally under-staffed and overwhelmed. Really disappointing how bad its gotten.
The pharmacy department of this store is absolutely the worst. Slow, long lines, order is incomplete etc. There is always something going wrong at this place
Even if you have called your prescription in ahead of time dont expect to stop by real quick. Make sure to set aside a few hours out of your day because thats about how long it takes them to do anything here. Absolutely awful.
[Updated December 2016] New store location has opened on the redone backside of the building. Everything is new. This is now a happy place to go!
The location with the old facade was managed far better. Since they renovated, it seems they cut half the staff and now struggle to perform basic tasks. Things just get worse at a progressive rate. This week it took five phone calls and showing my face twice to get a single prescription filled. The excuses are preposterous and the remaining employees are rude. I feel for them being so obviously stressed...but its a business and should be run more efficiently. Cutting costs by shrinking payroll to pay for new flooring and signage hurt the store more than helped...but I guess Chick-fil-A really needed that real estate to expand their parking lot. So it goes.
I have tried to call the pharmacy 4 times today and the phone line has kept me on hold for over 45 min each time. Ridiculous.
Best not to patronize this Rite Aid if you are in any kind of hurry. Quite frankly, theyd be long gone if it werent for their prime location and de facto monopoly in this area. Staff is cordial enough, but painfully slow. It always takes the same amount of time to get out of that place, whether there are 2 or 20 other customers ...That Rite Aid is entirely too large. They serve a diverse group of patrons, but there are aisles and aisles of completely useless stuff. Store performance is based on revenue per square foot, so this location is chronically understaffed - especially in higher-cost positions like pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.Bleah!
Specific to the pharmacy: its absolutely unacceptable that theyre this understaffed/mismanaged, because I usually have to wait 20+ mins to get a prescription filled. Not fun waiting that long when you are there with flu symptoms, etc.
Store closed. Crunch Fitness Select has filled this space
Reallyy slow pharmacy. Avoid at all costs.
If I could give 0 stars i would. this place is HORRIBLE.
Pharmacy/PharmacistS....I really thought it was me uo until I read the reviews. This past week at this location was HORRIBLE! How the fuc& did any of these people get to work there. I asked a simole question which clearly wasnt answer by the person I asked because I could tell she wasnt new, she lacked the knowledge on what to say or do when people want to know the proper way to give thier children medicine. She almost forgot to mix it which would habe went badly for my kid. She passed it off to the guy in charge who looked at me like i was new to pharmacy prescription. He could barley answer my questions with a confused look on his face as to why i needed to know exactly how to do it. Who the guxj rrads off the box directly. Answer it using the degree you have. Then once it wss mixed the assistant or whom ever was so dumb becuase he gave me a top for the bottle which didnt fit the syringe nor meds bottle. He also gave me a smaller syringe which still didnt help for the last question i asked the guy in charge. Smh i will NEVER go back to that so called pharmacy ever again. Id rather drive further out to people that know what they are doing & know what they are talking about when someone wants answers tp the questions they ask.
Waited to drop off a script for 40!!! Minutes today. Only 3 people in front of me.
Fast service, pleasant pharmacist. No problems.
I live in Cameron Village, and I shop here regularly because the staff is friendly, the store clean, and I do like my Plenti awards. 😀
Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Ever. They are slow and incompetent.
The store clerks are slow but the pharmacists and staff are very nice.
Always. ALWAYS. A long wait, staff is friendly but wait times when there are no others is insane.
I hate this pharmacy. They mess everything up that you could possibly mess up. Changing to somewhere else even though this is closest to my house.
Pharmacy staff are very disorganized and unhelpful. Dont use the drive though, the people inside clearly get priority.
Employees unable to fill prescriptions or use Western Union. 8 people in line in front of me all left without their medication. Terrible.
Pharmacy was above-average when Rite Aid was Rite Aid. Now that Rite Aid is Walgreens sort of, Pharmacy has been consistently understaffed.
They have to hire more people here! It takes forever to fill prescriptions.
Love these guys and gals
The worst pharmacy experience ever! Called my prescription in at 10:30 AM, was first told it would be ready at 12:15. I changed time to 6:15, got there at 7:15 (giving them extra time) & was told there would be a 15-20 min. wait. After 35 min. I asked about it & was told it had been ready, that they called my name on the loudspeaker, which they did not. This was for Ibuprofin, not a narcotic - a trained monkey could have counted the pills in less time. Poor excuse for a pharmacy. I only wish I had more prescriptions to transfer from this Rite Aid store.
Disappointing pharmacy. Slow service and felt that I was inconveniencing the staff. Won’t be back.
Its closed for renovations but they still have signs all around saying open 24 hours a day.
No staff at checkout, 8 minutes to check out.
Slow service.
Very slow
No problems
Doesnt exist anymore
Its always open
Worst Rite Aid Ever
