This place is pretty decent for a small family owned black owned beauty supply. The prices are a little high and the product is a little limited. BUT I would rather shop here than go to a place where I get followed around like they are waiting for you to steal something. The staff is always super friendly. My only critique would be make better use of available space, so that its more organized and easier to move around the store.

I usually come to this store all the time and it’s a great experience the people are very nice, however i had somewhere to be this morning but needed to stop by and pick something up .. the hours says 9am-8pm i was there from 9:16-9:40 and they still weren’t open . Other than that they are a great store

I find the hair items are limited and priced a little high. However, the staff is friendly, the location is convenient.

I went to exchange an un-used/un-open hair dryer as the receipt states “All sales are final but we’ll be glad to EXCHANGE unuse/re-sellable items...”. This is horrible customer service and I will no longer give this hair store any more of my business!!! I drove from Fayetteville to return this blow dryer with original receipt in hand being as though this is where I purchased it. This was a complete waste of my time, energy and gas.

They are very unprofessional. They are suppose to be open @9 and its 9:15. This happens to often.

I stopped in to get a few items. I got home and one item had a crack in the makeup mirror I took it back they refused to exchange it!!! She said they wouldn’t be able to resale it. So that being said make sure you check ALL your items in boxes!!!! Poor customer service!!!

Horrible place....the owner was rude and condescending. She was unprofessional yelling at people working. This place is small and crowded with stuff to trip over very unsafe and dirty. As she was quick to try to humiliate and demean people she encountered.

Didnt have too much of hair to pick from but the customer service was good.

Called about a specific Brand and color because I live far. The lady said she had it in Stock I drive all the way there they dont even have the brand at all. Very unprofessional first and last time there.
