Great selection when it comes to wanting colors that pop but not losing quality in hair. The staff is always nice and supportive. I always like trying something new when i get my hair done but get close to flaking out when it comes to the wire. The girls upfront are honest and theyll let you know what works and what doesnt! Thanks to them, I havent taken home a color I havent loved!

Tried to post price tags and sorry some are not perfectly clear, but viewable So, I was traveling and needed a pit stop to cool down my failing RV, so I choose Food Lion via Google maps. Pls, LIKE my post if it helps, thanks. Google says no one is liking, viewing and no likes. Now I like everyones posts.....Anyway.. I looked over and noticed a beauty store. I thought I might as well take a look because I had a bit of time on my hands. I checked the reviews first. Boy people think they are being watched....lol....why you wanted to grab something....lol....Anyway, I walked in and right away, I was asked if I needed help, some might be offended, but I was not. Its a good size store and I have never been here before. I learned that Noria had showed me around. I liked her huge lashes, and she had good information and showed patience with me. I told her I checked the reviews and not too many pictures or prices, people need prices. She was surprised and said thats up to the owner. I saw the owner who nodded and was quite watching me be helped as she stocked or whatever she was doing. So, I said I would take pictures and it helps me out with my reviews. I wanted 1 thing and they did not have EXACTLY what I wanted. So, I rechecked because I wanted something. I pointed to something and Trisha help and boy was she knowledgable about beauty products. I did not want to try something new and make a quick decision, so I said I would think about it. Plus, I had reservations for a hotel. Weather was way too hot for my cats. Bought a braided cap, awesome. Never saw one before and thought I would try it in the future, I have many states to travel thru and no time right now.. I also bought regular lashes and the charcoal mask that you peel. Used it today and it kinda hurts a bit taking it off, but no gross maggets ...cant spell it....lol....you see in the commercials, all that white stuff. I flick the channel until its over when its on tv....Like who has skin like that anyway. Ok, so my skin looked pretty good, I really could not see any pores. It is messy but worth it for 4.99 a med to small tube. Ok, well that it...ok kiss brand lashes 3.99 or 4.99. I dont like when prices are not posted, I could have bought more. They have mega brush and combs, lashes, jewelry, relaxers, everything and not that expensive. Plus, they were nice to me. 5 stars. Thank you ladies, once again. Oh and the woman Lynia who posted and said she is an employee in the review below, ..she no longer works there.

First time going to this location and I gotta say the staff here is SO lovely! Was feeling down so I stopped by to do some retail therapy and they definitely brought my mood up. Will be returning. (:

First of all, when you walk in, they’re fake friendly. I went down a aisle and was looking at the style on the mannequin and heard a woman saying “You good?” I didn’t know who she was talking too, so I ignored it. Then I heard it again “You good?” So I looked down the aisle and noticed she was talking to me (Who speaks like that in customer service) so I told her what I was looking for and she showed me where it was (they didn’t have a big selection of hair- Model Model isn’t the only brand that sells hair ya know). Then another guy came around the corner saying “what you need?” HUH.I just left out. Nobody likes to shop and feel like their business isn’t wanted. The workers need to learn how to speak to people and they need to expand their selection.

The people are friendly. The ladies who work here are knowledgeable.

Never returning to this location and ALL OTHER locations for principle. unfortunantly Google requires you to give them one star in order to post.I walked in this store to purchase beads for hair twists/braids for my daughter. I was planning on buying a few packs + hair conditioning. The store clerks watched my every move; watched me as I searched the aisles, tandom-watched me as I changed aisles, and watched me WALK OUT OF THE DOOR WITHOUT PURCHASING ANYTHING BECAUSE I MAKE MORE MONEY THAN ALL OF THEM AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO WATCH ME LIKE I NEED TO STEAL $2.99 HAIR PRODUCTS!!!!I went to Unique beauty supply instead (5416 Rock Quarry Rd) and found a wider variety of hair beads for a better price per package than ibeauty.Never again will I shop at ibeauty.
