I held my Sweet 16 Birthday Party, DiversifyHer podcast photoshoot, and future vision board events in this chic, sophisticated and elegant event space. I am still getting rave reviews about the venue. BalloonZ is an amazing event space that offers full service packages. Planning any event can be stressful, but Tonya made it so much easier with her guidance, organizational skills, suggestions, responsiveness and positive attitude. She truly helped bring my vision into fruition!  Once I arrived the day of my events, I was able to just relax and enjoy the experience and Tonya ensured everything went smoothly. I would recommend BalloonZ to anyone who is searching for a venue for A special event.

Tonya is super talented. Not only is the shop inviting, but there is space in the back for gatherings of all sizes. BalloonZ has an excellent selection of balloons, sizes, and garland styles. Ive had the opportunity to work with Tonya as a customer and partner on several events.

I’m giving a 3 because their shop looked nice and looked like they had a lot to offer for balloon arrangements but their website is falsely advertising. I was looking to order two number balloons for my husbands birthday and when I called the store, a representative told me I would need to purchase in store if I wanted them blown up. I drive to the store which is 35 min away for them to tell me they only do balloon bouquets. It is unfortunate because I wanted to give this business a try but false advertising and a lack of transparency with your customers is NOT worth my money!

Balloon garlands, bouquets, photo shoots, celebrations and more! This place is amazing! So glad that I was able to experience the best party ever!! The decor was so vibrant and its so spacious so it made it easy to follow the social distancing rules! I also ways will look forward to coming back here!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I can’t really rate then since they never bothered to have the decency to return my calls or email. I contacted them about creating something for my spouses’s 60th because I wanted something great and I figured whatever it cost would be better than my trying doing it myself. But then no one seemed to care enough to actually contact me about what I was looking for. Now I’m faced with having to come up with a plan B. Buyer beware.

Tonya of The BalloonZ Shop was amazing to work with! She was very professional and her work is phenomenal! She was super easy to contact and communicate with. The budget for the event I was throwing was pretty strict. I relayed my number to Tonya, told her to “do her thing” with the number I provided and she assured me that she would make it her mission to wow my guests. I’m gonna give a detailed review so be prepared to read! So before the event, everything was done professionally! It was smooth and timely! Every question was answered without hesitation! The venue: It’s all white so you can pretty much have any color or theme! With it being white, your budget can be low and your event will still give you an elegant feel. Need a sink, it’s there. Need a ladder for your decor, it’s there. The location is perfect! Right beside it is another black owned business (sweet frog). Customer service: The owner absolutely made sure her customers were happy without a doubt! For that, I’d give 20 stars! The owner eased my worries as soon as I got there. Overall: Hands down the only venue I’d use for an event in Raleigh, NC from here on out! Dont just write the review! Push this venue to your friends and family!

My daughter just had her 4th birthday party at The BalloonZ Shop, and it was a total hit! Initially I was worried about not having enough entertainment for the kids, but Tonya came up with some great activities for them. It was so nice not having to worry about the set-up, decorations, favors, etc... Tonya does it all, and in such a beautiful way! I would highly recommend this event space for birthdays and showers. You won’t be disappointed!

I had the opportunity to work side by side with BalloonZ and was impressed by their professionalism, competence and good vibes. Such nice people to deal with and their decoration is modern and beautiful. Totally recommend

I called BalloonZ Shop to ask if they could fill a surprise gender reveal box with helium inflated balloons. They told me that they could. There service seemed good, but the quality of the balloons and the lack of attention was very disappointing. When we opened our box, the balloons were either not filled with helium, or had deflated. So much for that. We wanted the box to be filled with about 7-8 balloons. We did get that amount, but the balloons were not even inflated completely. Ive included the picture of the set of balloons that we got. We paid $20 for 7 tiny balloons. I bought a helium balloon at the same time from Party City, and have left a photo of their balloon compared to what I received at BalloonZ. The Party City balloon had plenty of helium. I choose BalloonZ because of their high rating, and I hate to leave a bad review, but they left me so disappointed.

We were throwing my best friend a surprise party during Hurricane Florence and I desperately started calling places for balloons! I found BalloonZ and struck gold! They were closed and still opened up shop to make sure we had what we needed to create a beautiful party. I cannot wait until the retail location opens!!!

I booked BalloonZ’s event space for a girl empowerment photoshoot and I couldn’t have chosen a better venue. Tonya (The owner) responded to my email checking availability almost immediately and all subsequent correspondence was handled in the same fashion. I told her my plan and she literally helped me bring it to life. I also ordered a few balloons to enhance the shoot and she delivered in a major way The event was 4 days ago and the larger balloons are still standing. I throughly enjoyed every moment of my experience and will definitely book again.

A true one stop shop and hidden gem in North Raleigh. Stop in and see theses two ladies for a custom Balloon Bouquet and a Flower arrangement that would make any woman smile and definitely keep you out the dog house. While you’re there, Also check out there HUGE one of a kind all White venue space, which I believe is the only true all white space in the Raleigh/Durham and surrounding areas. The Balloonz staff is very customer service oriented and have many add on’s that will truly make your experience and event one of a kind. Just to name a few, custom up lighting that really transforms that all white space, Hedge walls, pestidals in almost every size, and shape, photo-both, and two elegant built in photo backdrops. BalloonZ is the perfect compliment to any party or event! I was throwing together a birthday surprise for my girlfriend and BalloonZ was there every step of the way. She was very professional and informative when it came to selecting the correct balloons for the event. Her price was affordable and didn’t break our bank! She consistently stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Unfortunately, we had to change the venue at the last minute which means we had to change the decoration ideas. Even at the last minute, she was able to make adjustments and accommodate me with the correct balloon choice. I would strongly recommend her for any event you have in mind!
