I got a good vibe from Duke Collision when I showed up for the first time and I saw they were working on cop cars. I asked and the city of Raleigh does get their cop cars worked on at Duke Collision. Anyway, after my car had some major roof damage and my insurance company totaled the car because of the cost, I struggled to find any place to repair it. Everywhere I went said it would cost between $6,000 to $9,000 and they would have to replace the roof and A-frame of the car. Then I go to Duke Collision and they tell me they wont need to replace anything, and it would only cost $3000. ($2,997, to be precise). I thought it was a bit too good to be true but I went along with it. They surprised me, however, when they offered a free courtesy car to drive while they repair mine. Again, a rental free of charge! I took it.I picked my car up today, and it looks like the day i got it! Brand new! It took them half the time they estimated it would, The price did NOT change; they stuck true to their quote, and they even gave the car a free interior cleaning, despite not needing to work on the interior! Overall I am very satisfied with Duke and will be recommending their services to my friends and family, and will go to Duke again if I need anything repaired.

This is the second time I have used Duke Collision. I was so pleased with the first experience that I did not hesitate to return. The staff was very courtesy and professional. The body work took only 4 days. It was returned cleaned and the price remain accurate and the same. I hope do not need to return again but if I run in to any additional issues in the future I 100% will be returning to Duke Collision. Thank you for taking great care of my vehicle.

Great experience at Duke Collision. Julian was so helpful during the entire process and worked with the other persons insurance on my behalf. My repair was completed in the time quoted.

First, they did a great job fixing the dent in my car. I had minor damage on the driver-side fender, and they told me it would take a week to get it fixed, but it almost took them three weeks. I had to call them many times to see my vehicle repair status, but no one answered. Maybe 1 out Of 10 calls. Also, some lady picked up and hung up on me. At that point, I was already disappointed. So after the third week, I went to pick up my vehicle and drove it home. When I got home, I noticed something smelled like rubber. I ignored it, but a few days later, something was smoking under the hood, so I popped the hood, and I saw a foot-long rubber sealer lying on my catalytic converter. It was so hot that it almost caused a fire. I looked around under the hood to see if mine fell off, but the rubber piece wasnt mine. And the rubber seems very old and not original to my vehicle. At this point, I am 99% certain that someone purposely put it there. I gave it one star Because of the work they did. Do I recommend it? NOOOO. All I want to say is that if youre planning on taking your vehicle there, make sure you Triple-check everything. I dont want anyone to go through what Ive been through.

I got my bumper repaired here and it only took minutes. The staff was very friendly and extremely efficient. Great quality at a great price and extremely nice and proffessional staff.

My low tire pressure light was on and they filled my tire without me asking. Little things go a long way. I only spent less than $200 but they still made me feel like they appreciated my business instead of a headache.

Duke Collision was able to fix my cars bumper and side panels from a fender bender as well as repair my proximity sensors to the front bumper in a very timely fashion. They were very attentive to my needs and kept me informed all throughout the process.

I was involved in a parking lot hit and run and I needed a new bumper installed and I also had some paint damage. Leith Toyota sent me to Duke Collision because I needed it done quickly and affordable. Julian was kind and understanding of my frustration and was able to provide a quick estimate including the bumper and could do in 2 hours. When I picked up my car the bumper looked perfect and they even worked on the scratches and they were almost invisible. Thank you to all the shop guys!

Duke Collision worked on my other car for minor work. When I had accident, I was happy when my insurance company said I could take it to shop of my choice. Duke Collision did a through post accident inspection and pointed out areas of likely unseen damage. They worked with my insurance on cost and kept me informed via text on repair process. It took a little longer than estimated due to delay in parts, but it looks great.

If you value your life, do not take your vehicle to Duke Collision. I had an accident in September that everyone thought would be totaled. The car was not totaled and I proceeded to drive it for 3 more months including two back and fourth trips out of state that alone were 1,000 miles. In December, I took it to a body shop for some checks and received a call 2 weeks later that the car was totaled due to 0 structural integrity. The technician at the new body shop took the front off of another car to show me what it should look like and then showed me mine. Parts were not welded back together, edges were not filed down and could have torn anything. They got the invoice from Geico, who was charged for things they absolutely did not do. The technician told me my front end could have fallen off at any time and if that had happened on the highway I very well could be dead. This is the fear people have of body shops; them draining insurance carriers of their money to put the driver’s life in danger. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have from reputable sources that this is the way the owner does business and is common. I thought my car was fine until someone looked at it. Do not trust repairs you have gotten done here.

We originally had our car dealers body shop and were amazed at how it went from $1700 to over $3000 at that point insurance for saying they were going to total it Through a recommendation we have a towed to Dukes body shop spoke to Julian. We were absolutely amazed. Not only that they come in $1000 under that. The vehicle looks like it was never hit at all between the paint and the fit of the new body panel. I highly recommend them

Took my wifes car here because there was water leaking in during heavy rains. When the owner listed the things theyd have to do to take care of the problem, all I could think was This is gonna be expensive! But, the estimate was less than half what I expected it would be. The car was ready in 2 days (and one of those days involved them getting all the parts!) Everything works fine, were expecting some heavy rain this weekend and they told us that if we had any problems afterwards, just bring it back and theyll take care of it. If I ever need body work on my car, Im going to push my insurance company to send my car to Duke Collision. Great people, great work!

Excellent experience with this shop on 2 separate occasions! They do quality work at very reasonable prices. They provide information what repairs are needed but without the pressure of unnecessary work. The repair work I asked was done really well, although there seemed to be a minor issue with the car AC. But they fixed it the very next day without additional charges - and even provided me with a loaner car for the day. They are a great, friendly family business and I highly recommend them.

Stopped by reference a pellet gun wound to my side door. Edwin spoke with his paint guy and 15 minutes later, sanded-primed-painted....thank you. They called it a courtesy as a referral from Leith Toyota. Just saying.....wow. Much appreciation Duke Collision.

I just had the rear quarter panel on my car repaired after a parking lot accident. The panel had a severe body-line dent and other distortions. I really didnt think it was possible to reshape it to like-new, but they did it! The panel looks perfect. The paint looks perfect. They had to blend it into the rest of the body. They really did a masterful job.

I got my pink Jeep repaired there after an accident and it was extremely difficult to find a place who’d touch my car w/ the unique paint job. This place knew right off the bat that’s could handle the problems and actually pointed out faulty work I got from Maaco a while back. Everything went smooth and they actually provided me with a free complimentary car until I was fixed up. My Jeep was back to beautiful after a week in.

I took my vehicle in for repairs following its being hit while parked off the strength of my brothers referral, who had had work done there on two separate occasions. Adelina, the office manager & service coordinator, got my vehicle in immediately upon my bringing it in, got me squared away with my rental vehicle, and sent me on my way. The work was completed in eight days much to my satisfaction, but I discovered an issue that once I coordinated with the shop & the insurance company, was handled in a matter of hours. I was so satisfied that I even returned a couple weeks later to have the oinstriping on the vehicle redone privately, and they once again did an awesome job!!! Duke Collision is absolutely top-notch!!!

I was given a recommendation to Duke Collision by Hector who works at Leigh Toyota in their parts department. My 07 Tacoma was having the clear coat peel and from driving off road had lots of scratches and a few chipped areas that were starting to rust. With 168k miles on the truck, I am looking to still get another 5 years out of it but didn’t want it to continue to degrade in appearance and wanted the rust gone. Matt was professional and courteous from the outset and gave me several options on what could be done. The prices were reasonable (if you are looking for a $500 overall repaint of your vehicle this isn’t that type of business) and he included a refinish of my foggy headlamps. I got a loaner vehicle for free, which was an excellent service (the loaners are wrapped with the company’s logo which is fair to give them free advertisement, but wasn’t my favorite thing). They finished all that needed to be done to my truck in 5 days and I was very satisfied with the results. The new paint blended very well with areas that didn’t need painting and the other full painted areas look great. I was told their painting has a lifetime warranty so that also gives me peace of mind. My experience was great with these guys for painting needs, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Good communication, scheduled quickly, had the car done ahead of time and the car looks good as new again. Noticed brake light didnt work afterwards, took it back thinking it hadnt been reconnected properly, turns out just a burned out bulb, which they diagnosed/replaced for free. Highly recommend.

I took my 2008 Eclipse to Duke Collision to have a broken door latch repaired. Since I had it there I also inquired about some dents and scratches on the bumper and rear quarter panel. I took my 2001 corvette to a different place in the beginning, the paint was terrible for the price. I took it to Duke Collision and they completely gave my car a new look for 2/3 of the price i paid before.

I was involved in a colision in my 2004 hyundai accent. It was towed to Abra auto body for repairs. Abra estimated 2300 for the repairs and then refused to fix it because they said it was a total loss. I called duke colision. They towed it from abra for free and quoted me 1750!! They had it fixed in 5 days! New paint and everything. They even cleaned and vacuumed the inside. I highly recommend this place!
