Picked up primer and paint. Picked out a custom paint that looked so good

I initially had a decent experience upon time of purchasing my paint here yet would not recommend or personally go here again. Had extra unsealed hardener that I called on returning to the store and they said bring it up and no problem as long as not opened. I drove all the way there and then the women who came outside stated they have a 30 day return policy. This was after the fact I just called a few days earlier and explained the extra hardener needing to be returned and they stated as long as not opened it was no problem. Neither my printed receipt or the phone conversation with the representative said / says anything about a 30 day policy. It clearly says no returns on a custom mixed paint, which is totally understandable. So, after my long drive, and speaking the women, she then went inside and spoke to someone and came back out, to then say they cant take it back due to they would not be able to tell if opened. Talk about excuse after excuse, since these cans have a factory seal and anti tamper type device, I showed her it was very easy to see if the can was or was not open. Long story short, dont believe what they say on phone and then drive all the way there for further let down.Be up front on the phone and dont waste your customers time and expense driving all the way to the store for a return you are not going to accept anyway.

Wont let you in 7/9/21 because still in fear of covid still helped me though

I tried to buy paint and supplies but they will not open the store to let anyone in. COVID-19 on steroids! Good luck on staying in business.

This business is garbage since Oscar left. Lazy slow service has cost me time and money. Well no longer do business here

For car paint, this place have the best prices and excellent service

This store cant mix paint accurately. I had them mix a PPG color and the paint did not match the paint chip in the PPG book. I brought it back immediately with the paint chip and they refuse to tint or eye match the paint chip. I have done business with them for several years now and spend about 10,000 per year on supplies They also will not refund my money. They told me they would rather lose my business of 10,000 per year then make this paint match.Is this the store you want to do business with, not me .I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company and I will get my money back. And I will never buy another thing from them again. I know that NCS has bought single source so I will be buying everything from Finish Masters.

Help has been hit and miss here. I keep getting the person that knows less than me do...other than that, they have what i needed to paint my car.

I have no paint experience at all,,, they took there time and explained everything to me.. sold me what i needed,, will be returning if i do this again!!!!
