I talked to 3 different companies about my TV, Stereo, and Internet needs as well as integrating them throughout our home in a seamless manner. Synergy was highly recommended and we selected them. I could not be happier,...they did a terrific job. Great advice on my needs, I was not oversold on technology, the quality of the install was great and they were price competitive. Most important it worked as advertised and the ease of use was beyond simple. You cant go wrong with Synergy.

My husband and I are not only personal customers of Synergy, but also work with them often with our Residential Customers of our company, Sparkman Construction. We recently hired Synergy Integrated Systems to help run whole-house A/V wiring for a new construction home.  I work in tech and have done similar work (though on a smaller scale) in a previous home, so I wanted to participate in the install and source some materials on my own.  Synergy was always responsive, accommodating, and very flexible in allowing me to take on some jobs myself.  The crew was courteous and efficient at both the rough-in stage and at the end of the job when we connected all the components and finished up. They were also kind enough to offer their expert opinions and help on some of the work I did myself.  Weve been thrilled that all of the wiring and equipment is working just as planned and sounds amazing. In hindsight, I probably should have just hired out ALL of the work rather than DIY some of it - the cost was extremely reasonable and they actually came in under budget when all was said and done.  It was a very satisfying experience all around and I would not hesitate to hire these guys again for future projects.

We originally hired the people from Synergy to set up our internet / music / tv systems in our home. The technicians came in while the house was under construction, then followed up with a second visit. We were so impressed with their work that we then hired the team to work in our garage and business locations. The team at Synergy is efficient, timely, extremely educated in this field, and willing to help out at any time. I cant express how happy I am with the work synergy did for me. They were very professional, very efficient, and the finished job is very clean with ethernet jack plates where needed. They relocated my router and strengthened my wifi signal throughout our house.They were able to retrofit my 3 story house for ethernet wire so I could connect my TVs and computers directly to my router, all hidden wires, exactly as I wanted. AT&T did such a sloppy job when installing our fiber service and router and Synergy cleaned it all up. Im calling them tomorrow to come hang a new TV and hide all the wiring. Synergy does fantastic work. Im recommending them to all of my family and friends!

After having experience with audiovisual installations in other homes, building a final destination I understood the process and felt like I knew more of what I expected. Synergy listened to my needs and followed through with the proper hardware/software without insisting purchases outside of their domain be included in their invoice. Subcontractors working around Synergy commented that the work completed by Synergy (i.e. wiring) was the best they had seen and more like commercial grade. I have an older complicated multi component Crestron entertainment center installed by a vendor who has since closed for business. It was constantly problematic and until I found Synergy (recommended by a Geek Squad worker) I was about to replace the entire expensive unit. Enter Aaron Vedder and his staff from Synergy and the problem is resolved. They are extremely pleasant to deal with. Knowledgeable, timely, inexpensive and are my go to resource for everything audio-visual now.

Aaron, Michelle, and the Synergy crew are a terrific group. They sourced and installed all the components for our media room, including in-wall surrounds, sound bar, HD antenna, receiver, etc., and ran all the wires behind the sheetrock and into the media closet. They also took the time to ensure the HD antenna signal was available to all the TVs in the house. After the installation, Aaron came by to better calibrate the speakers in the media room to ensure we have the best audio experience. On another occasion, when we had fiber internet installed, we contracted Synergy to ensure the single inbound connection at the hub was properly routed to all TV ports throughout the house. They did an equally great job. Overall, we find that Synergy is highly competent, quick, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them!

It was time to upgrade our home theater room, our old HD projector died as soon as it heard us talking bad about it. I really wanted the brand spanking new Epson LS10000 laser projector. Its a big one, so I knew Id need the full install.I had heard about Synergy Integrated Systems and I contacted them to see if they could help. Well, did they ever! They got me probably the first Epson unit sold here in NC, and got it within a day or two of the release date.They did a ceiling install, which was complicated by throw distance and room architecture. The install came out perfectly. I needed the projector flush, and I mean FLUSH against the ceiling because the back row is up a couple steps so the ceiling gets low. They took the bracket that Epson supplied, and improvised parts on their own to make the projector actually be sitting on the ceiling upside down, a perfect flush mount. And did it through a false ceiling to boot.They did all the usual things too that youd expect. I was very impressed with them, from a price point of view, a people point of view, and for technical skills. I would definitely use them again.
