I dont normally like to write bad reviews or reviews in general because everyone is human and has bad days, but there are a lot more responsive and better companies in the Raleigh Area for your Audio Video needs. We were working with a salesman from Neuwave and we got the back and forth for 2 months as we tried to get a proposal from them for the work we needed done. When I had finally had enough I called the office to speak to a Sales Manager. I was told one would call me back. Instead I got a call from another Salesman. I called again and again was told a Sales Manger would call me back. I never received a call. A lot of money is going into the projector project that we are working on and I have to say that their customer service is very poor or they just dont care because we are a smaller project than they usually work with. Their lack of response to an issue shows volumes. I was very disappointed and hence this review. We have since had a company come out and they immediately got us a proposal. They brought 3 people out with them every time they came including their Sales Manger. Your experience may be different than mine, but I am writing this review solely on my experience and the fact that I never got a call from a Sales Manager when I called the company specifically asking to speak to one. Their company wasted 2 months of our time. It is a shame.

We called Stephen Reville of Neuwave on recommendation from a former audio-video competitor!Stephen came to our home, diagnosed the problems and set up technical services. What’s great is that he was not a salesman - he was an efficient, cost-effective problem solver.We now have an upgraded home entertainment system at a fraction of the cost we anticipated.Katy the service manager was so kind and attentive.And Neuwave’s service technician, Damian, was courteous, amiable, prompt and thorough. He talked his way through his work and made sure our questions were answered.More than satisfied. Delighted.

We are a regular 10 year customer with multiple services and audio, video, internet, security, Control4 and technology installations. Never had anything but great service and wonderful installs. Thank you for the great work - highly recommend. Ive used them for simple and large projects, they will be there for you year after year.

I submitted a request for a quote via their web site and 3 weeks later have not received a response. I assume that perhaps my job was not large enough that they are not interested I guess. I needed low voltage Ethernet cabling ran and a quote for a security system which the web site says that they do. Obviously not where they want to spend their time!Update: 7/19/19 Within 24 hours of posting this review someone called me and has been extremely helpful. He will be coming out to walk through our needs and provide a quote for the work. It fell between the cracks and they are demonstrating to me that they get customer service!

We contacted Andy, the owner of Neuwave to do a theater room in our home, with TV, surround sound, the whole package. I told Andy I wanted this room to look and sound like a real movie theater as much as possible within my budget and took his recommendations. Their installation was top notch, the installer was friendly and very meticulous about doing a clean job, vacuuming as he went and making sure my home was clean when he left. They programmed and calibrated everything and gave us a demo before the installers left. This theater room is phenomenal! We were not disappointed, the sound and picture is incredible. My wife and I couldnt be happier with this room. Along with this, their support and knowledge in this area is excellent. They do back the products they sell as well. Highly recommend Neuwave!!!

We are very pleased with the service and products we received from Neuwave Systems. Andy created a detailed proposal for our new construction home that fit our budget. His staff is extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgable about the products. Their communication and installation was very timely as we preferred all systems to be installed prior to our move date. I would highly recommend this company!

We recently had Neuwave Systems come out and turn our newest conference room into a theater style media room complete with a big screen and projector system. The quality is great and very clear, and our clients love seeing our presentation on a HD system.We had the installation done during a work day and the technicians that Neuwave sent out were very professional, quick and we hardly knew they were in there working.I highly recommend Neuwave Systems to anyone looking for a custom audio/video solution for their home or office. They will not disappoint!

Neuwave did the initial security, sound, and data wiring in our new house. We have had them come out to add to the security and add in a TV over the fireplace. You would never know it wasnt in the original plan. They have always been prompt and professional. Andy has offered to come by our house to check quality too. Just a super company with very knowledgeable team.

They are responsive when I call them, knowledgeable, informative and give the pros and cons available. I would highly recommend them.

We have partnered with many A/V firms over the past 15 years with our audio and digital signage business. We have found that Neuwave can make even the most difficult customer happy. They can find solutions to wiring spaces that others seem to give up on. When we have Neuwave complete projects at our facility or for a client we know we will NOT have to call them back.

EASY to work with! I had a bad experience with a previous Control4 dealer here in Raleigh so I searched out another rep. to handle my programming and Control4 and AV up-fit needs. Neuwave is a blessing compared to the other guy. They came in and evaluated my needs and listened to my requests. Their scheduler, Jeremy, is easy to work with and both Mark and Andy really seem to know all the ins and out of what they sell. Very professional company overall and Im very pleased with their products.

I had a good experience with Neuwave. I needed to add some ethernet wiring to my home and they were able to come out and review my options with me. I am familiar with cabling in walls so this stuff was not new to me. Just be aware of costs as they can spiral out of control. Cant be helped as someone has to do the work. I would cross-shop pricing as the price of cabling to each location was somewhat high (at least to me since I know what the cables and jacks cost). Even so, the crew that came out was great, efficient, and professional. I would recommend them.

When we built our house in NC, we used Neuwave for our in-home speaker system. They installed ceiling speakers in six rooms including surround sound in two. We could not be happier with their work. Everything was done to specifications and after six years all speakers continue to work flawlessly. The central hub was done expertly in a closet. You could not do better than to use Neuwave for your home systems. Also, did I mention how the cost was so reasonable?

I have worked with Mark Masters for years and a real estate broker I like working with companies like Neuwave because they are on time and do a great job for my clients. I would use them again.

We had neuwave come in and install speakers in all pre-wired areas as they are our builders preferred contractor and we love our builder who is established, local and came with a lot of tried and true expertise. i wanted something better than the typical rotary volume control knobs and security system and agreed to meet at the neuwave office to check out what they had to offer above standard builder grade... well from there things escalated quickly as we went from simple speakers to many, many, many extras, which included a whole house control system, control4. costly but it has the capability to run tvs, lightening, monitoring, comfort settings, etc. from touchscreens in the home to an app on your phone.first, i dont get how these guys can set up such a complex system, but they do. im not going to say the transition from their sales division to tech and operations was an easy or quick one, but after about a year in our home they took responsibility for any communication and technical issues and in specific jeremy, who heads operations there, fixed any and all issues, when at times there was a lot to fix, and did so with the promise it would be right. also tech luke is amazing. together they never once blamed us, charged us more, or failed to drill down and make sure the system finally ran wholly. the end product is we get ease-of-use and advanced home control functionality, which in my opinion was worth the high cost and at times stress of getting it right. neuwave came through when it mattered, and i highly recommend them!

So I’m not one to leave a review very often but I’ve had a great experience and I have to let people know. The guys at Neuwave really their stuff. I did a large renovation at my house and my GC recommended Andy and his team. I had them install 2 new OLED tv’s, fit them with Sonos playbars, network my house and office so all the tv’s are directly connected to the internet. They mounted a tv above my family room fireplace and in the bonus room. They also did work in my office. They programmed remotes and set up all the Sonos speakers. I recently had an issue when I installed a new Xbox OneX and they came right out. They sent the right guy (Luke) and he knew exactly what was going on. He installed a new HDMI cord, an updated switch and reprogrammed my remote quickly and with a great attitude. These guys are a pleasure to work with and I’ll certainly use them again. I highly recommend them.

I have used NeuWave Systems personally as well as recommended them to all of my clients with an AudioVisual/Low Voltage need. Personally, they provided great value with products that met my needs and budget, and were scaleable for upgrade or replacement over time. All of my clients that have used Neuwave have been happy with their sales and service, as they understand that home theater equipment is not just upfront or advertised equipment cost, but professional installation and ongoing service.

The work was done well but the customer service was seriously lacking.
