The woman at the counter is very lovely and nice. The store is always stocked and clean. I travel 2 1/2 hours just to come here and its worth it Everytime!! Fish and Goat meat is very fresh!

Carolina International Market is by far the best African market you can find in the North Carolina for these reasons: 1. The store is spacious, CLEAN, and super well organized 2. They carry authentic African/ West African products available at very reasonable prices, I mean, from fresh meat, fresh fish, those lovely leaves from back home to frozen food, 3. The customer service and atmosphere are exquisite from being greeted as soon as you step in the store, to assisting you when you need help picking between brands or just helping you find what you are looking for, and not to forget the African music in the background!! 4. If you are picky, the staff is patient and works with you in getting your meat cut per your liking. The staff also help load heavy items in your car. Will definitely recommend giving it a try and see for yourself

The right place to buy African foods.They are honest and friendly. Recently, my wife did not collect a bag of vegetables she bought my mistake.She later called the shop and they confirmed that they saw the bag and has put it in the fridge; she can come anytime or send someone to pick it up.

Ok store, a little hard to get to but it was just ok when I got there. I thought there would be more variety of food but it was not much. They had most of the same things in other African/international stores but I prefer the stores closer to me in Morrisville and Durham
