It has been awhile since I needed to visit Indian of Racine, 75 miles from my home. I needed tires, brakes and some minor recall service. Andy got me in on schedule and back on the road quickly. We enjoyed the bar/restaurant upstairs while waiting as well as talking with most of the staff about all things Indian or dealer related. It was nice to see these good folks going strong after just a few years in business.

First class all the way. Mario and his team were very friendly and knowledgeable. Great prices on their bikes and I received a generous offer on my Harley trade. The history of their building and how they were able to salvage many materials from a crumbling building next door to get their building to its current form are very much worth asking about. Didnt get a chance to try The Nash due to Covid-19 but I will absolutely be back once things return to some sort of normalcy. Just a great atmosphere. Couldnt recommend them any higher. 10 🌟 minimum.

Traveled 1400 miles to pick up my bike one way. Was told my bike would be ready to go. Mechanic said they rode the bike after the person who traded the bike in rode it in. Was given the story that the bike would not start because it was sitting in the cold shop. Loaded it and headed it home. Got home the bike would not start. Took it to the shop and found out that the fuel pump was out! Then the wiring was messed up. Bike could not have been riden due to these problems. Yes the manager worked with me but i am at my last straw with them. Original pegs were removed even though only one was bent as well. Sent me new pegs not buell pegs..I would not recommend anyone buying a bike that is used from this shop! I got it in May and just barely getting to ride it. Lied to a lot. DO NOT TRUST THEM! This is the oil they said they changed!!

I decided to visit Indian of Racine last summer after seeing their Facebook site showing the awesome looking venue with attached bar and restaurant, so thought it might make a great destination ride. Sad to report that I disliked it and wont be going back. To their credit, the dealership itself was nice and the staff was friendly, but that was the only thing positive about my experience. I went there on a day when they were hosting an event with free food, beer, and a live band in their parking lot. The first thing that struck me was the obvious presence of several local Motorcycle Clubs/gangs (not your typical friendly riding groups) wearing their territorial colors on premises in the parking lot and in the restaurant/indoor bar. It felt like a MC recruitment event. Thats fine if thats what youre expecting, but not cool if youre expecting a color-free and family-friendly dealership. The best dealerships and riding destinations I visit dont allow colors to be worn on premises. The other thing that stood out for me was that the dealership is on the border of the Racine ghetto with gang bangers loitering at nearly every street corner. I accidentally strayed a block or two off the main road to the dealership and ended up in the adjoining neighborhood. The area was so sketchy/ghetto that I starting blowing through the stop signs because stopping felt unsafe. This dealership has potential, but I wont be going back. Location, location, location, and put up a No Colors Allowed sign at the entry points.

This was our second purchase in about two years. Both transactions were great. Mario and his staff were great. We got fair trade in value and lots of bonuses. Our first Indian bike and first purchase from Racine Indian was a 2017 Chief Vintage, which along with our 2009 HD Ultra we traded in for our new bike a 2020 Roadmaster Elite. For all you motorcycle enthusiasts, who havent checked out Indian Motorcycles yet, you need to research them and test ride them. The ride will sell the bike. Then visit Racine Indian for your best deal and best service. Im totally sold on Indian. I have never ridden a more comfortable touring bike than this 2020 Roadmaster Elite. The power, tork, performance, and handling is beyond compare.

Clean, respectable, and educational. Mario was very educational and respectful. I am a rider of many things and owning a harley it was interesting what Indian has to offer.Comfort each has its own style but much lighter than a Harley bagger. I shouldnt have to tell you Indian has been here a long time. This place is very nice to come with low key and relaxing viewing experience. Bonus THE NASH restaurant overlooks the dealership below. The food is good. They have bike nights in the summer on Tuesdays. The dealership is in fairly easy location and its in the heart of downtown.

Please do not listen to Cris Challender, who in my opinion wrote a very ignorant review. Excellent dealership with a nice restaurant and often has great live music and entertainment. Everyone who shows up to these events have always been very friendly. The area is up and coming but very far from threatening, I never feel unsafe there as a Racine native. My experience buying a bike from them was fantastic (shout out to Mario, Tom, and the rest of the staff). I cant recommend them enough!

Great friendly staff! Just went to drop off my bike for winter storage and was impressed with how nice everyone was. I mentioned I forgot to put some fuel stabilizer and asked when I could come back to drop some in. Instead they did one better and offered to do it for me (at no cost) but welcomed me to come check on my bike whenever I was in the area.

These guys are awesome. Madisons overpriced techs wanted almost 400 bucks to do my 500 mile maintenance. After looking around for the other dealerships, this place said itd be 250 but they were nice enough to give me 15% off so I rode out here from Madison. They have a neat bar n grill up on the top of the dealership and their food was damn good. They finished my maintenance an hour earlier than all the other dealerships were quoting. So I bought some stuff from their store to support them. After maintenance, a couple nice shirts, breakfast, gas there and back and I still short 50 bucks from what I would have paid if I had done it here in Madison.Brian is a really nice guy will be coming back for my servicing in the future.

Bought a custom painted 2016 Chief Vintage, initially had a great experience with the staff, sale went smooth. Then, I noticed the paint was bubbling around/under the gas cap. I called and explained what was happening and sent pictures, was pleasantly surprised to hear that their custom paint jobs were covered for a year, so a date was set and I brought the bike to the dealership to get the paint fixed. About a week after I got the bike back, I noticed the paint blistering again, this time WORSE than the first time. I again sent an e-mail and pictures, called and talked to the service department several times and was told that as soon as they could get ahold of the painter that they contract with they would call me and set another appointment up for me to bring the bike back and get re-done. Well, that was FOUR months ago, Ride Racine just blew me off and hasnt had the decency to even call me back. So beware of the custom painted bikes, will NOT be buying again from them.

What do you get when you connect a great motorcycle product with a great sales, service and support team? Indian Motorcycle of Racine!!The sales experience with Mark Porcaro was perfect. Mark presented the bike I had in mind, presented some other choices without being the least bit pushy; presented a trade-in number for me to consider and then gave me a soup to nuts tour of every aspect of the facility, with introductions to the people. I loved it!!! Felt like a family member.Mario Porcaro handled all of the after sale details and scheduled all of the accessories to be installed. He stayed in touch all the way, and made the sales and delivery process just perfect. Cudos to Mario! Returned a couple weeks after delivery to get the whole stage-2 upgrade done.I recommend this organization 100%.

Beware of their custom painted bikes! If issues arise, you will be on your own, and Im not the only reviewer stating this. The clear coat lifted off the pinstripe on my 2016 Chieftain and I couldnt even get a phone call back from Mark Porcaro (or his staff) about the PPG number for the stripe color. I had to track the painter down myself to get the information I needed. Now Ill have to fix it out of my own pocket because the extended warranty I purchased with the bike doesnt cover the custom paint job! 😲Its a beautiful dealership with a seemingly friendly staff and thats where it ends. No customer service when its REALLY needed. Once they have your money, theyre done with you. I should have known there were going to be problems when they failed to give me an odometer statement at the time of purchase causing me delays and extra trips to the BMV. ☹️I have purchased many bikes from dealers in nearly 30 years of riding, and this by far has been the most unpleasant dealer experience to date!Update:Two thumbs up to my bikes original painter, Jeff at T.S. Customs! He offered to repair my paint problem under warranty. He also confirmed that the touch-up paint I was sent by Indian of Racine is the wrong PPG number!!! (PPG 3051 not 4088) At the time of purchase, it was agreed that they would ship me touch-up paint for my bikes base colors (root beer and cream). It took them, with me calling every 3 to 5 weeks, almost 6 months to ship me the wrong color cream!!!😲😲😲This review has just been down graded to one star...

Really Got Screwed Bad!!!Called and inquired about a Can Am Spyder listed in papers. Agreed to asking price and said I would be there when opening in the morning with $10,500 cash. rented a trailer to transport to my home 2 and a half hours away. Withdrew the money from the bank and received a call from the dealer 3 hours later saying that they were embarrassed but another salesperson sold the bike to a buyer who was there now paying for it.theBoy did I get the rug pulled out from under me, not to mention that I walked away from another deal that went away when I did. When texting the female salesperson about getting something, anything as a discount if I bought anything else from them, I got the following response......crickets. Not even Im sorry from them.Good luck with your trust with these schisters.
