This furniture store was inviting and I enjoyed it more than I was expecting! Upon walking in, I was kindly greeted and asked if I needed assistance. I let the salesman know I was just looking and he thoroughly respected that, which I appreciate. I dont like to be followed around... The lighting and ambiance of the store was perfect! The furniture staging was done well and you could tell the store was properly designed! I appreciated the inviting environment. Although today I was not in the market for any new furniture, Id definitely be back.

Everyone was nice my helper was extremely friendly. He was very helpful to me. He made me so happy that I didn’t have to wait until December to get what I wanted. I am having company in 3 weeks and I am so happy that I got what I wanted. Great job.

Going to the store was OK the sales man was very nice didn’t hound us. I came home early from Green Bay for the arrival of my furniture. It was supposed to be between seven and 10. It is now 3 o’clock no update nothing took me forever to get a hold of someone and when I did your car broke down OK I’ll pick it up. No that wouldn’t work. I missed a day with my granddaughter so I would be home so people could earn their living I can’t blame them but I need to know who is held responsible. I don’t think I’ll go back ever again sad.

Love the furniture but the reason for a 4 star rating instead of a 5 point star is from the delivery team...on my first delivery attempt was a total failure because the delivery guy Jose M apparently couldnt read the invoice properly. I live in an apartment complex. The driver never comes to the apartment just takes a photo of the main entrance door and calls warehouse saying I wasnt responding for my delivery. I mind you on their app it clearly shows you what number your delivery is. I never got any text/ email updates for my delivery. Never a truck pull into my entrance at all. I go back to the app and see theyre on the next delivery😲. My phones rings from Bobs Furniture stating I wasnt at home.😡😡😡😡 I said why would I not be home when Im expecting my furniture to come and took the day off work. So they had to reschedule my delivery to the next week. I finally have my new furniture and its great . Theyre having issues with their delivery team. The gentleman who finally delivered my furniture were great very nice friendly. They set everything up and I was happy.

Previously visiting other for the 2 stores I was so disappointed of daping able to get what I want said and was instructed that 46 weeks would be my wait timeI came to Bobs furniture and Myra Chavez waited on me she was well informed we spent over an hour and a 1/2 and I found everything I wanted especially reasonable timeing for shipping she was professional thoughtful and knew her stuffI had such a fabulous experience that I will recommend mira and bobs furniture for all your Needs from dining rooms to chairs to sectionals Im very pleasedThe pricing was a surprise very reasonable shipping very reasonable and the warranty everyone should takeWhen you have such up professional there should be like a gift card given to them like a Visa card or target or something she can use to thank them for making a customer who will come back if I ever need anything else

These guys send way to many text messages to alert… not their customer… from multiple numbers. My mom ordered something and some how they had my number as the contact. 3 days in a row I was messaged at 6am for a delivery at noon or later. Highly unacceptable, and you will never get my business.

Horrible service!! Don’t bother buying anything from here. I bought a couch. It said online it was in stock. Then I get an email stating they would let me know when it was in stock and able to be delivered. I Get a call few days later trying to sell me a complete set of furniture. No I don’t want all that hence I didn’t buy all that. Said she would call me the following Tuesday to set up delivery. Never got a call back and it’s been over a week. I go to the store and they won’t even allow me in because I’m not wearing a mask. I tell her I have a medical Exemption and the lady still insists I cannot come inside the store. Nope I’m good. I’ll take my money and go somewhere else. I email for a refund. Get a call a couple days later about the cancellation. I tell her the reason. And it’s been a week since and STILL have NOT received any email confirmation of the refund nor have I received the refund. So unprofessional and NOT customer friendly.

Furniture Sale was straight forward, leather couch and love seat. they tried to upsell a little but didn’t get to pushy. I picked up my order, there were no issues there, pick up times kind of suck but they worked with me.I’ve had my leather furniture for 3 months and it’s still in great shape even with 2 Rottweilers

My Daughter ordered a Couch and bedroom set October of 20 . Couch came 30 days late missing part of the sectional AND BROKEN . They moved here from out of state so it was not as if they other furniture they could use till their order came through. For the 6th time they were told today their bed will not be delivered till AUGUST 10 months !!!!! Bobs customer service employees have been nothing but rude about it from the first time they were told the furniture would not be on time ! Offering NO DISCOUNT at all just attitude! I have bought a living room set and kitchen set . Iv referred friends and family to Bobs I will now tell any one who listens to STAY AWAY !!! FYI our couch drawers broke and been waiting 6 months for it to be fixed . I would fix but that voids warranty. Bob white

Furniture seems to be holding up well. However, when I purchased the furniture, I told our sales representative that we wanted white glove service added on because I was having surgery and wouldnt be able to put the furniture together. The sales representative assured me several times that I didnt need to add the service because the furniture would arrive completely assembled. Of course, when the furniture arrived, it was not completely assembled and I ended up paying the delivery individuals more than the white glove service would have cost. The delivery individuals wouldnt accept payment comparable to the white glove service fee and I was unable in my condition after surgery to assemble the furniture. Therefore, I paid what they demanded.

Prices are good. Original estimated arrival was 6 weeks out. Text update claims an inventory discrepancy delaying another 3 weeks. Call to customer service was not helpful as the company was not willing to offer any kind of discount or free shipping to offset having scheduled work around picking up our order. Thankfully our order arrived only a week late.

Ordered my sectional in DECEMBER of 2020 and Im still waiting! Every month it gets delayed longer. I get it would take longer because of covid but I didnt expect to be waiting 7 MONTHS long. I called them and they had nothing to say and dont know whats going on n just was speechless. Very disappointed with them!

Discount is in the name. Expect a discounted product that is damaged and at a semi discounted price. Expect 3 deliveries of the same product, each consecutive delivery with the product more damaged. Expect discounted customer service, with wait times beyond 50 minutes, and associates unable to solve your problem. Delivery people are so used to this they expect to repack the product and bring it back, so they check on the truck and have you come out and confirm before you sign off on the return. Bob has discounted so much, he is discounted his revenue streambecause we will never be back. Do not go here. Save your yime. Save your money. Both are precious .

Yet another store that would rather pay someone to stop me from coming in because I dont have a mask than allow me to spend my money in their establishment. Thats quite OK. There are plenty of other places that sell the same stuff and welcome me in mask or not. Also, as we were attempting to walk in, there was a different associate standing about 20ft away right in front of the main window with his mask hanging from one ear. Great business decisions.

Adam went out of his way to address all of my concerns and went above and beyond to help me load the chair I got into my car (which was not an easy feat). Me and my wife are pleasantly surprised while shopping at Bobs Discount Furniture. They had a pretty good selection and a lot of beautiful pieces. They all range the huge variety of price points and styles. If youre looking for new furniture or home decor I recommend checking it out.

Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever had. I ordered a bar with 4 chairs on June 11, 2020. They scheduled a delivery for Oct 24, 2020. When the delivery came it didnt have the bar top so I refused the delivery. Both Fantasy and Natalie were horrible to deal with. I will be going to the store tomorrow for a full refund because of those two. I would rather pay a higher price somewhere else than deal with horrible customer service. As a customer service manager myself, I know that a business lives and dies by reviews. Because of that reason unless I can give a 5 star review, I will not review a company. However, Fantasy was horrible and the manager Natalie wasnt any better, and I feel that people should be aware of this before they shop at Bobs in Racine. I will NOT shop there again.

Bobs has a great variety of good-looking, functional, and affordable home furnishings in their large showroom. We just got our first NEW kitchen table and chair set after 25 years of marriage. No more second-hand, mismatched pieces!Our salesperson, Maritza, was very knowledgeable and friendly and made the purchase process quick and easy. We were in and out of the store in just minutes, and the furniture was delivered and set up a few short days later by a professional, personable, and efficient pair of gentlemen who arrived right on schedule. A tracking app even allowed us to follow the progress of the truck en route to our home!We took advantage of the optional 5-year warranty offered by our salesperson, as the low cost was well worth it to us knowing that even accidental damage will be covered.Were looking forward to many years of meals and conversation shared with family and friends at our beautiful new kitchen set and will recommend Bobs Discount Furniture to anyone looking for nice pieces with good value and service.

Two stars. One because I liked the furniture and the other star is because the guy who sold the furniture was descent. However, the furniture ordered has not gotten here except the box spring and two mattresses. We are expected to make payments on the furniture while they tell us it wont be delivered until christmas eve. Somehow I doubt that. I will never buy anything from this store again. Pandemic is not a legitimate excuse to have a back log of two to three months for delivery.

When I complained about this the woman on the phone told me I can pay more for delivery and I might get it sooner. Terrible services. We waited for our order for almost 3 months because it had been rescheduled 3 times. When the day came to get our order, the delivery guy parked in front of our house, took a picture of our address, and told us he couldn’t get through due to too much snow. However, we had another entrance to which there was no snow. They never called or try to contact us that they were outside in the first place. After that, we called the store just for them to give us excuses and that we would have to wait another few days. Horrible customer services.

Amazing experience picking out my first bedroom set with Shani! I walked into the store for the first time unsure what to expect and unsure if I would leave with an order for furniture completed that day. Shani approached me in such a respectful and caring way, I immediately felt at ease with her laidback approach. She showed me the bedroom set I had browsed online and Shani described all the features in great detail. She also helped me select a mattress that was comfortable and in my price range! Shani was friendly but extremely professional as well as knowledgeable about all of the pieces in the store. I got to meet the manager Natalie who personally introduced herself to me and provided excellent customer service as well. I left the store confident and happy with my decision to shop at Bobs! I am impressed with all of their policies and warranties available as well. I 100% recommend checking out this place for your furniture needs!😊

UPDATE: Here’s the latest. 7/13/2021. Still haven’t received the cord I’ve been missing to my couch. And still waiting for my bed. 9 months later. I got a text yesterday stating the bed will be here on the 17th to replace the one they delivered in March that came with multiple scratches, part of the bed frame completely broken off and a broken drawer. Which I forgot to mention has been sitting in my bedroom for the last 5 months because they told me they wouldn’t consider it an even exchange if they picked up their broken furniture. Anyways we’ll see what happens on the 17th. I won’t be holding my breath.UPDATE: Hey everyone viewing the reviews. Here’s the latest. I won’t be receiving my bed frame till earliest August. I ordered the bed set in October of 2020. So it will be around the 10 month marker. This place is a joke. I wouldn’t spend a penny here. I would return everything if I could. Oh and I’m still waiting for them to send me the cord I didn’t even know went to the couch because the sales associate didn’t tell even mention there a section in the middle of the couch that reclines.. that I called about THREE weeks ago.UPDATE: It’s been 5 months and still don’t have my bed. And they can’t give me a date as to when it will be back in stock so maybe May, which will be 7 months.Well, honestly where to I begin...So I ordered furniture (sectional couch and a king size bed room set) at the end of October. Everything was supposed to be delivered on the 16 & 18 of November expect the chase to the couch and the bed slates, that would be in on the 22nd of December. Cool. I agreed to it because we liked them and everything else was apparently pushed out months. So here comes the the 16th we got 3 peices of the couch and a night stand and a chest. So I figured on the 18th we would get the bed(minus slates) and my dresser, wrong. I got the dresser and they had no idea where my bed was. So finally after I waited on hour on the phone to actually talk to someone they connected me to the store itself. She told me the bed was on back order and would come until the end of December. Funny how nobody called to tell me this but whatever that’s when the rest of my furniture was supposed to arrive. So it’s December 21st and I realized I didn’t receive the text telling you the delivery time... so again I call and can you guess what they told me “Well December is booked for delivery so your pushed back until January 12th”. Unbelievable. How do reschedule someone, give them that excuse and not even reach out to the customer a second time. Now it’s January 12th... couch comes missing the power cord. AND the bed I’ve been waiting for almost 3 months now has a scratch across the head board, the drawers are flimsy, one side of the where you screw it together is completely broken off, and the other one is cracked. Guess what? My replacement won’t be here until March. I financed this furniture.. and I’m having to make payments on it while my furniture isn’t even here and then when it gets her it’s completely broken.I felt pressured into having to get on the “list” for my items and this is the WORST experience with a furniture store I’ve ever had. COVID is not an acceptable excuse for furniture you have to pay for being pushed out months. Ordered my sons bedroom set from Ashley Furniture store and was here with in week. I never leave reviews because I know things happen (it’s life) but this is beyond that. So I guess we’ll see how my furniture comes in March.Clearly I’m not the only one who is going through this issue with them based on the reviews.Do better Bob’s. Customer satisfaction is what will keep you in business.

He patiently waited for me to make a choice of what furniture best suits me and broke down every detail about the products and prices. I went it in the store to window shop but with Dantes exceptional customer service I ended up making a purchase. While I like Bobs selection and prices, I have one suggestion for them thats a win-win: offer financing like Ashley. 48, 60 and/or 72 months interest-free financing. The average customer doesnt have $5000 - $10,000 lying around to purchase and/or upgrade a roomful of furniture. Interest-free financing brings it into the realm of possibility. And it will really drive sales! :)

Great experience! The selection was better than all the cheap places around the area. The quality was better and had thicker wood and better fabric. Was able to get approved for financing options with them and also they were happy to help. Nobody was pushy or seemed really sales-y. Didnt feel any kind of pressure and was pleasantly surprised. None of that lurking around and asking if they can help 20x. The sales lady, Shani, was really helpful, cheery, friendly, and pointed us at the exact piece we wanted the first time once we said what we wanted. She patiently waited for us to go over all of the other pieces we didnt want and come back because she got it right straight away. Great experience.

We bought a chair from Bobs. Less than a week after we got it home, it started falling apart. After contacting Bobs, they sent a guy to our house to either repair it or schedule a replacement. (You can NOT return anything to Bobs) A few days later, everything got shut down due to Covid. We only hear from Bobs when they send us a monthly bill. We still have a chair that is continually falling apart, and never did get a replacement.

Even with several challenges, such as out of stock items, we were able to find a couch that is perfect for our living room. If youre in the market for new furniture Bobs is the place! They offer a wide variety of really nice, quality furniture to choose from. My husband and I shopped around at several furniture stores before stopping by Bobs. I must say we found exactly what we were looking for within about 20 minutes. We were thrilled to find the play scape sectional and found a beautiful floor rug to match! Both items were reasonably priced and our salesman Adam was a big help. In fact the entire staff was very friendly, kind & helpful. Were very impressed and happy :) Do yourself a favor and shop at Bobs! Trust me!!!

Love the furniture I bought a couple years back. Great price and its in great shape. Easy financing. I would definitely go back.4 years since I bought my furniture. It is still in great shape. I bought a living room set, and a bedroom set. Also a huge round chair for two which is a favorite. I know everyone thinks they needs to spend a lot for good furniture but you dont. You just need to take care of it.

Everyone that I dealt with was wonderful, and then it came to customer service. The store associate was great, and the delivery team was wonderful. When my furniture was delivered the leaf for the dining room table was removed from the box and found to be broken. The gentleman who was delivering the furniture called in to file a claim. He was told to try and do a make shift job fixing it. After trying he then called it in again and told me they would be delivering a new one. After the holidays and a week or two, I still have not heard anything. I called and was told there was no record of a claim from the driver, which I visually saw and heard. Now am told will have to take pictures and file a claim. I will see what happens, but will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I will tell everyone I can the same.

We went to the store in Appleton, Wi. Purchasing was easy. We were not told about a no return policy. We received our order but the dresser is too big for our bedroom so we wouldnt be able to fit it or use it. We tried calling Bobs customer service for 3 days and minimum wait time was an hr and a half and you still didnt get a person on the phone. Finally on the 4th day of calling we get through. Only to be told by a representative that they do not do returns. You can only cancel your order 3 days before it arrives or if it has a defect then you could return it. It was not stated in the store upon purchasing that there were no returns. This was the first and will be the last time we ever go or purchase anything from Bobs. Horrible call customer service and ridiculous no return policy. Dont waste your time at the store. If it doesnt fit your stuck with it no matter what. Dont waste your time or money.

It was my first time in this place and had a great experience! My girlfriend and I were there for two hours!! We were helped by an associate named Nancy....she was very helpful and fun to work with! She made the experience very enjoyable! We all cracked some jokes! I recommend asking for Nancy to help you ! :) shes great! Will definitely ask for her every time I step in there! So I ordered a kitchen table that was in stock and get a phone call saying I can come pick it up but the table top wont be available for 3 months... and they are sorry for my inconvenience since I already got rid of the old table... i always wanted to eat my dinner with my kids on the floor. I had limited time, so I engaged Ivy Benoits help as I came into the Racine store. She was excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable, and quick to find answers to my questions. She made it a very easy for me to make a decision and get the sofa ordered that day.The delivery team was also very good. Gentle with the sofa, but still fast in their execution, and very professional.All in all, it was a very positive experience.

Be very careful with this place. They have the worst customer care service I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Long story short, the people they work with that deliver the furniture, broke some of my personal property and hid it so I wouldnt find out til later. I was not home during this incident, and my wife was holding the door for them down near the apartment entrance as a kind gesture.I did not find out about this damage til after their three day window in which you can report a personal property damage claim. Since Ive called after the three days because I didnt know they broke some of my stuff, the customer care representative and her supervisor basically told me tough luck and we will not do anything for you.As a side note, this business puts a lot of pressure on making sure their sales associates pressure you into leaving a five star review before you even receive your furniture. DO NOT cooperate on this and protect your right to leave an accurate review after everything is said and done and you have received all of your furniture in good acceptable condition.Also after I received my furniture and paid a $229.99 delivery fee, my sectional did not have all the legs/feet at the time of delivery. They told me they will mail the remaining legs in the mail and I could put them on myself.I expect for such a high delivery fee that there should be no labor on my end to have to have what I paid for.This is my honest review, and after this purchase experience I will never do business with them again, and as a consumer Id advise others seeking a pleasant buying experience to try the many other businesses that compete with these guys.

Words cannot describe how great of a shopping experience Ive had at Bobs. First and foremost I must say Michael is one awesome salesman if there were 10 Stars he would have every one of them. He was super experienced in all departments even with the mattresses. He helped us try out every mattress to figure out what we liked. When it came to ordering he was right to the point and everything went flawless. Thank you so much Michael and to the manager of the store great job you guys cant wait till we need more furniture!! 😄

We were so excited to get our new furniture today since weve already waited 2 weeks from when we ordered it. Well got a phone call today that our couch wont be in until the end of March!! How is this even acceptable? We got rid of our furniture to make room for this and now Im supposed to be without a couch for over a month? Sorry Bob but this is not going to work, thanks for wasting our time!!

My fiance and I went to Bobs Discount Furniture to furnish our entire residence and received some of the best customer service that I have ever received in my lifetime via a young lady named Patience. Patience was very knowledgeable and savvy concerning all of the merchandise at Bobs Discount Furniture. One of the many Shining Moments of my visit was the amount of attention that she gave me and my fiance during our lengthy visit. I also had the opportunity to tell one of the managers at Bobs Discount Furniture named Natalie about Patiences customer service and I am here writing a review to reiterate that fact. If you go to Bobs Discount Furniture expect great things mainly excellent customer service. Ask for Patience!

My boyfriend and I were looking for new furniture for our new place ! We actually came back after a hunt for furniture. Chuck was very friendly and attentive to us . He answered all of our questions, very knowledgeable ! We were able to finance our purchase and get a reasonable delivery time that fits our needs right on time for moving day. They are proud to give their employees outstanding benefits, job accountability, integrity and honesty.This store had two main issues with their top mangers.# 1. Some store managers may be vulnerable to making rookie mistakes when it comes to everyday scenarios, like motivating and coaching the team (every staffed position) providing constructive feedback.#2. Communication is key to all employee relations. If a manager’s communications skills are flawed, then they’ll have a hard time leading a team, no matter how accomplished they are in other areas. Sales goals arent the only responsibility they need to handle.So ratings are solely based on this Racine, WI store and not to reflect on BOBs as a company. Check out the other area stores if your seeking employment with BOBs. It will be a great decision and ensure you see all values they stand for.

Recently shopped at Bob’s. Great selection and wonderful staff! Came here to compare prices against Ashley’s and ended up buying! I worked with Denise and she was awesome! And I had a few questions after I left, so I called back and I think he said he was in the office but Dylan answered all of my questions with my payments with Wells Fargo thanks so much!

Bobs has a great selection, friendly employees, and reasonable prices. This place is perfect for a budget if one is set. I would recommend Bobs over all to everyone. 10/10 service. Marlon is very smart with this particular job. Extremely friendly and is willing to do what it will take to make you satisfied with your visit and purchase.

Great service provided by Jim who works at the Racine location but helped my family and I when we went to the greenfield store. We were looking at sectionals and Jim was the only person available to help us. He answered all of our questions and explained everything to us. We were so impressed with our experience that I wanted to make sure that his other managers and supervisors knew about it.With this being the first time we visited a Bobs store, the overall impression he left with my family and I will always be the reason we return. He was great with our kids and showed them where the cafe was which helped us shop and kept them entertained.I highly recommend Bobs thanks to Jim!

Buying experience and delivery was very good. But I very much dislike the no returns policy. Your furniture is going to feel different when you get it as opposed to something that’s been on the floor for how many years. It takes a few days to really know how comfortable you will be. I’m not that comfortable and now I’m stuck with a couch I don’t love.

Mariah was such a great sales person. I bought everything I wanted and a few more things. She did not pressure me, was very informative on all merchandise. I came in for a bed frame, found one I really liked. She found me the one with book shelves on it. Which is beautiful. Than we talked about my concerns with mattress’s, she was very helpful, with what I would need. I sleep with 2 good size dogs. So I also bought the mattress that u can lift the head and legs. Tried it out in the store it was comfortable. She didn’t make me feel odd for trying it out.Than I ended up buying a 5 by 7 rug for the living room.Than I seen teddy bear on a sign with Bob told her I wanted him. She said she didn’t have him there, but showed 2 pillows that were so soft, so I bought them. Plus my daughter seen a Afghan so I got that for for Christmas.All I know I have never had an experience like this in a long time. She was wonderfulThank You
