Second curbside pickup Quincy location. Great experience. Expecting my second home delivery this week

I went there today to buy a few groceries. I forgot my cellphone at the cash register while I was grabbing my wallet to pay. After about 45mins I realized I must have forgotten my phone there. I rushed back there to ask for it. I was told to go to the customer service department. Lo and behold, it was there! They found it where I left it and kept it for the owner at customer service area. I was so happy and relieved that I offered the young guy who found it some cash. But he refused. He said he was only doing his job. He absolutely made my day and Im so thankful for young people with character like this. I didnt get his name otherwise I would have mentioned his name. But hes a young African American guy.

It is busy place specially in weekend. And it is convenient with affordable prices and has good parking lots. Overall it is clean, attractive and nice place. I like it.

Im always ok there. I recently lost my backpack there with important documents and it was found unscathed... Money still in the bag as well. Divine intervention Im sure but still grateful to them and a decent community...

Some of the staff need to go through training again and learn simple courtesy. But its overall a really good place to shop. I wish theyd stock up more though... But I stay in there 🤦🏾‍♀️.

Had almost everything I needed in stock. Wait time in customer service line was kinda long, but the customer service representative was was amazing Walmart you have an excellent employee.

This location has improper pricing on its products nearly every time I shop there. I had a scan accuracy denied(illegal in mass) when I shopped in this store this past spring, when the sign with a lower price was on the very large display I pulled the item from. The gentleman working the self-checkout scanned the item with his pricing gun and said thats the price its scanning as so its correct, and then claimed that I pulled it from a display it shouldnt have been on, when all he needed to do to investigate was page the department I pulled the item from.This last shopping trip had THREE pricing mistakes. Absolutely ridiculous. I dont recommend shopping here.

I bought two sets of wireless headphones and I left them overnight at the register when I came to customer service in the morning Olivia and Carmin helped out tremendously and was able to fine my wireless headphones very quickly great customer service thank you.

Everything we needed at a great price with fast self checkout. They have a very wide choice of product and the staff listens to their customers. The shelves are tidy and the whole store is quite clean. However, the checkout is a bit long since the store is very busy.

Employees seen lost with a lack of knowledge of any time of operations. The curb side pickup was terrible.

Great, I actually left a bag with item behind and when I got there, The service desk was aware because of John that was at the exit door and he informed the front end ans service desk workers/team, and I got my replaced item with no problem. Great work Quincy Wal-Mart

Walmart is good for what it is. I mean you can find pretty much almost anything for affordable prices. I would consider coming to this branch often.

Employees dont know the layout of the store! I asked where pick-up and was directed to mens shoes! Store manager was a very pleasant gentleman.

Awful. Its only a half Walmart. No meat no produce. Hard time finding items. Even harder time finding a helpful employee to help you.

This Walmart is always clean and organized and the staff are actually helpful and friendly. I ran in for a couple quick items early on a Saturday and was in and out rather quickly.

I have been to different Walmarts across different states. The one consistent thing across all of them is the lack of professionalism among customer service staff. I asked different reps about an item at this location, they just vaguely mentioned aisle numbers and thats it. Least bothered to actually help find the item that I told them was showing in stock on the app. Frustrating! I dont understand why people arent trained for the jobs and how do such behaviors consistently exist without fail.

I hate to admit it, but Walmart had health items we needed that couldnt be found anywhere else in our area. They were delivered fast, except for what we picked up at the store. There was quite a bit of confusion concerning the pickup location.

Your typical Walmart but this one seems to have all the stuff you are looking for.

They are adding unnecessary glass cages to cut off public access which is sad. This walmart CONSTANTLY INCREASE PRICES ON PRODUCTS FAMILIES 👪 USE THE MOST. THIS WAL-MART IS TREATING THE STORE LIKE A PRISON COMMISSARY. GO SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU CAN!!!

Was the worst store I jave been to in my whole life. I went to get a Hoverboard and helmet for my nephew and I had to wait for an hour to get someone to unlock the cage for me to grab what I wanted. I decided to take the ugly ones outside of the cage and when I got to the register, it was a different price from whats on the shelf. I had to go to customer service and then he said he cant take $10 off cz I got the wrong item for my price. Then finally he called someone for me but then waited more. Place was soooooo messed up

Avoid this Walmart if you can!!!! If I could give it zero stars, I would!Every time I’ve come to this location, they rarely have anything in stock! (From school supplies, food items, toiletries, appliances, you name it!)Customer service is a nightmare! Making a return will have you waiting in line for over a half hour/forty-five minutes!I’m here right now; awaiting to make a return and there is ONE person!With so many Walmart to choose from, choose another one!

Hmm what can I say I really think it can be better I have been to a lot of Walmart in Massachusetts I think this is the one needs help in everything it like wow lots of work need customer service training also workers must be careful when carrying empty boxes and carts along the aisles when customers are in the way and at least it say excuse me please or wait till the customer past with the carriage theres a lot of things that needs to be improved at Walmart sorry to say

This Framingham Walmart might not be the biggest, but it definitely is maintained and staff are helpful.

There should be more Wal-Mart supercenters in the area. Within 10 miles north and south of the Plymouth store. Prices are CRAZY. Used to get things for 50 cents and a dollar. Not any more. Thats why Amazon is doing so well.

Olivia provided excellent service. 80 years old an my first time using pickup. When I pulled in, she immediately came over to my car to see if I needed assistance in letting you know I was here. She made it easy for me.

Wonderful place not too expensive

As I was leaving the store, a white female store associate stopped me and my cart and said nothing and stared at me for a good 5 seconds. And when I say, “can I help you?” She goes “RECEIPT!”. I am an Asian American, and I noticed that the other shoppers who were white exiting the store did not get a stop at the exit for the receipt check. I am seriously offended by the unconscious bias at the store in Quincy, MA where this city is racially diverse. Walmart needs to train the associates better to treat the customers better. Who gives her the right to say nothing and demand me to show my receipt? Where’s the please and thank you and the courtesy? Where’s the fairness in checking? This ridiculousness needs to stop!

We went there to purchase SUNSCREEN spray. The best part was it was cheap and HSA/FSA eligible. We were able to purchase the sunscreen in 5 mins using HSA card.

Good products for everyone at great prices. Organized flow regarding lines. Its a one stop shop in many instances. One of my favorite stores.

Horrible store, They refused to sell switch games that were on display for sale. I asked to speak with a manager, the store manager appears and still refuse to sell me the games. No care for the costumer at all.

One of the most crowded Walmarts you can go to locally. Often no carts because staff just cant keep up. Frequently long lines. Staff seems stressed and over worked at all times, even as Covid-19 seems to be easing.To me, that says that corporate has done nothing to help or support these workers.

It was ok. Absolutely NO leggings for my daughter. :( Ha But the only thing I really dont like is when its getting close to closing, they want everybody out BUT, they only have ONE register open. (Well was supposed to be.) Then they want everybody, I mean there was like 15-20 different orders, to go to the self-checkout! Which I dont understand it, IF they want to get customers going so bad and have as hurry up etc, then why not just open a dang register?! Idk. Oh, & last time one of the was trying to be nice & help me out, she said this register is open and then when I went to go over there the woman yelled at me pretty loud said NO! Im not open! And I didnt even ask, it was another employee that said I could go in that line! Ugh, anyhow so yeah they really need to fix that!

Everything we needed at a good price fast self checkout but the staff is not language oriented to the country they live and work in I would suggest walmart to offer their employees a course in learning to speak and comprehend the official language of the country they are employed and working in. Im sure the employees would be more than happy to engage in a language course native to the country they work in and it would offer them opportunities to advance in the company and give them an opportunity to help both foreign and domestic customers that shop walmart.

I purchased an e bike on 5/24. Delivery date if 5/28. Item received 6/3. Have issues with left pedal and seat mechanism. Called WalMart customer service. Total run around. Given a phone number to call. Called that number only to be told to call another number, called that number only to be told I needed to call WalMart customer service. Complete and total lack of support. Now told that I should receive a call from the manufacturer within 3-5 business days. Never will I ever purchase another item from Walmart. Disgraceful!!!!!!!!!!

Was double charged for several items when requested money back And was escorted out by police No merchandise no refund Anybody know a good lawyer

Bernadine, who works in the customer care department is extremely rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. Walmart should do a better job of hiring employees thats arent disrespectful and are happy and willing to do their jobs.

Very chaotic, asked one employee where I could find shipping boxes and she didnt speak any English, only Russian. And I mean she pulled out her phone so I could type my question into Google translator, then still pointed me in the wrong direction. Very frustrating.

I feel sorry for the staff that has to mask because Walmart is run by COWARDS!😷😷
