Allan Kelly is by far, the most capable and amazing customer service rep I have ever had at AT&T.He is polite, courteous and knowledgeable.I have been coming to this site for five years and this has been my best service experience.Man, the manager is excellent, but he is not always here. I am hoping the store realizes they are so lucky to have Allen. It will increase their customer base and keep people happy with their services with AT&T.

I came in to upgrade my iPhone X for a newer iPhone. Henry offered the trade in promotion which offered a great upgrade to the 12 and I saved so much on the cost of the new phone by giving them my old one. No down payment made my day but I should’ve backed up my phone before I came in because it took some time to port my information...Sorry about that Henry! But great service overall!!!

Henry and Mason are awesome! Henry spent hours helping my family figure out new phones. He was so helpful, patient, and not at all pushy. He’s a genuinely nice guy. And we had an issue with a phone case (our error) and Mason helped replace it without any questions. I would strongly recommend this AT&T store for anyone needing assistance. It was some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!

Let me tell you I highly respect anyone whos working with the public during a pandemic. Came in to upgrade it was fast and easy, which surprised me because usually buying a phone is a take time out of your day matter but the representative here was very fast and efficient.

Henry was rude and more concerned with talking to his friends on his tablet that I could see who he was talking to. Couldnt be bothered helping me. I made him and he said he didnt get paid to help me set up my voice-mail. Im brand new to AT&T and Im not amused at all.

I ported 4 lines over last week here at this location. Man explains the plan in detail with costs and helps us set up the account with $900 off on each of our new phones and the process was done quick and professionally. I will defenitely coming back here for more.

Went to this location today to figure out a billing irregularity and an issue I was having with an exchange as customer service prompted me to do. The one employee working on Black Friday seemed a bit slammed and very bluntly asked me what I needed when I quickly explained my issue he told me he couldnt help and I should call customer service or go online... Who had told me to go to a store... Admittedly I became a bit cross as it seemed as though he was blowing me off. That is fine I would be stressed dealing with 6 customers with no help. However I would not recommend going to this location for help.

Couple of days ago we had a big situation with another store in Bridgewater everything got screwed up, they sent us from Bridgewater to Quincy stating that our phones where there. When we got to Quincy store the phones we had already purchased where not at that location. Henry and Denny they were great they helped us all through the way they went out of their way to get our phones from another store! That day we did spend quite a while at the store because they where trying to fix the problem Bridgewater created.. but they did amazing they were very patient and very helpful. Thank you Henry and Denny!

Great Customer Service!I had to replace my old phone that would not turn on after the latest apple update. Fortunately I had insurance through ATT. The insurance sent a replacement that arrived the next day. Henry was very helpful in guiding me through the steps to transfer all the data, and with the purchase and installation of a screen protector for the new phone. Thanks again Henry.

This is a 3rd party Store and whatever is done to your ATT account at this store will not be entertained by other directly authorized ATT stores.It is really a big MESS here and MANAGER is not at all available. I have to visit more than 3 times just to upgrade phone. Visited on Nov3 at 6 pm and earlier, the representative(HENRY L) is always in hurry to go home. He keeps handling multiple people at one time and runs into discussion with everyone instead of helping one guy at a time. The representative is undertrained, CUSTOMER SERVICE is very poor. This store charges EXTRA FEES unlike other authorized ATT stores. He rushes to close store from 6 pm even store closes at 7pm. DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE, nearest one is available at 250 Granite St Space 1011, Braintree, MA 02184

This store SCAMS CUSTOMERS!!! I joined a prepaid data plan, the salesman said that I could quit anytime I want as there is NO contract. However, after going through troubles, I found out prepaid data plans have to be used for at least six months! He never said anything about it! The worst experience ever!For your information (and not to be racist), that salesman is black.

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable about products and pricing plans. Always takes the customers best interest as their top priority. They solve your problems quickly and respectfully. This store is in a different league above any other cellular phone store that I have been too. I am fiercely loyal to this store because they are so good and I have never found another store to be able to hold a candle to these guys. I highly recommend that you consider the drive to Quincy.

My dad had a broken phone (he had a basic flip phone) and we went in to purchase a new one, figuring it was going to cost us at least $100. We saw the manager here, who checked our account to see if we had insurance, which we did not. He then said that because of the timing of our plan, it would be easier to just go to WalMart and purchase an AT&T Go flip phone and switch the SIM cards, because otherwise a new phone through them would be $180. We did that and the new phone ended up being $15 - saving us a ton of money. I was happily surprised how honest the manager was and grateful that he wasnt just trying to make money off of us, but was happier keeping a customer happy. Thanks so much!

Ive been working in sales for years and no one has as much patience as the manager there (I think his name was Brent). The few times Ive come in, theres always an irate customer and he always remains polite and tries to help the customer regardless of how many swears and insults get thrown at him. Bless that man, because I know how that tends to go unnoticed in sales or customer service positions.

Returned to this store after a change in staffing and Im very disappointed with the change. New employees have poor eye contact when speaking with customers, mumble, and have poor knowledge of products and AT&T policy. Ill be looking for a new retail location, maybe also a new carrier.

WARNING!!!!!!!! After waiting for over an hour for the ONE employee to ring out a girls cellphone case, we finally were seen. Only to work with someone who clearly doesnt know what they are doing because they put an AT&T SIM card into a Verizon phone that clearly had VERIZON WIRELESS written on it. The phone immediately had issues in the store because of this, the guy told us to call Verizon customer service and have them unlock the Internet on the phone. My father has worked for Verizon for 18 years and has never heard of this. So we went to a Verizon store to unlock the Internet on the phone and they all looked at us like we had 6 heads. Now we are on a new VERIZON plan, and wasted money we already didnt have (no refund after 48 hours! SCAMMERS) at this AT&T store because the people at this store dont know how to do their jobs.

My aunt and I bought two iPhones, advertised as new, from this store . Soon after, I realized the GPS on the phone didnt work, the wifi capability was compromised and the phone couldnt ring for incoming calls. My aunts phone was even worse as it didnt have an IMEI number and had similar issues.I took mine to an Apple store, and they said that screws were missing and other components were counterfeit. Going back to this store to confront AT&T about selling me a fake iPhone, I encountered a terribly unprofessional store clerk who didnt admit to selling me a refurbished product. After getting off the phone with Apple, they said theyve been seeing increasing instances of iPhones with similar problems coming from this area. I suspect its this store. Only after too many calls with the corporate AT&T headquarters did they replace my phone.Dont buy any products from this Quincy store. The only thing worse than their inferior products is their ill tempered customer service.
