We recently purchased a used 2008 Chevy Silverado. We paid to have it delivered to our house (6hrs from dealership). Unfortunately, after getting the truck we realized a few days later that the truck had an issue. We called and we told to take it to a shop here locally. They told us they needed to put in a new transmission. I informed the dealership. Everyone was extremely kind. They communicated very open with my husband, myself, and the shop replacing the transmission. This process could have been such a nightmare but because of the kindness and amazing customer service Shottenkirk has, this was a process worth going through. We appreciate them so much! Highly recommended.

I have no issue with the dealership itself, but the service department is a different story. I’ve always got service done at the dealership but they never check anything. I said there was a noise in my wheels. They said nothing was wrong. Took it to a local mechanic. 2 wheel bearing were shot. Last service I got I mentioned them to look at a rim on my vehicle. Never heard anything out of them. Lastly, they forgot to reset the oil life on the dash.

If I could rate zero stars I would. They quote a 30hr job and it turns into a 30 day job. The mechanics are very incompetent and apparently have no idea what they are doing. Katrina is awful in customer service, just awful! We were at the end of the phone call and I asked about my cars warranty and she says that it is on the first screen and an awkward pause because she wasnt going to go back and look. Expensive labor too, $150 bucks an hour. Dont waste your time with service at this dealership. Overpriced and customer service is awful.I even talked to the main guy of service and he didnt seem bothered at all by her attitude.

Called on a Friday morning about a truck, Brenda said it was still there. So drove 1.5hr to look at it, get there and Brenda tells us another salesman let it go home with some else for the night!!!!! Brenda had my name and number, so she could of easily called to tell me!!

2018 equinox broke down twice in less than a month. No loaners available & no rentals available. I had to call for updates. I will be shopping at Ford now in my town. Not 45 min away which has been inconvenient.

I am new to using Shottenkirk to service my vehicle. I was totally impressed with all aspects of their service. First of all, when calling and asking for the Service Department, someone at the service desk ALWAYS answers. They scheduled my appointment promptly, and accommodated my schedule. When arriving, they immediately started on my vehicle as promised. The service rep was polite, very professional and carefully explained in detail what they had done, as well as HONEST recommendations. There was no up-selling. My car was finished on time and everything went as scheduled.

One of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with. Not only did they seriously low ball me on my trade in(almost $4000.00 below KBB Bluebook value) but 8 hours later they sold the vehicle I was buying right out from underneath me. Very unsatisfied and do not recommend anyone car shopping here

This was after some run-ins with unscrupulous dealers who exaggerated incentives and made their prices impossibly low to lure in the unsuspecting, only to offer a bottomline price up to $5000 higher than advertised. Michael Ferguson and Kenny England made the process simple with a price that stayed the same from the first 15 minutes of conversation until the end, 4 days later when we drove away in a car that was better than advertised. We were an out of state buyer and they showed they had the expertise to easily handle transactions like this - many dealers dont. You can buy with confidence even from across the US. 5 stars and a huge thank you to Shottenkirk Quincy - you shined. We will consider Shottenkirk again even though they are over 800 miles away from our residence. Thanks guys!

My Cruze would not start last night as I activated the anti-theft lock by accident. It didnt have enough battery to start back up again and I was at a loss. Called in to Shottenkirk and the service department sent a gentleman (Slim guy, probably in early 40s) to my apartment to help me check it out. He jumped my car back up and did not take a tip when I offered for his trouble. I am really grateful to have gotten help from these generous people. With COVID going on, we need more kindness in the community to support each other.

I was told by the manager a certain vechicle would be there, so I made the hour trip there, only to find out had been sent off to get detailed. So they tried to show me two other vechicles which I had already stated I did not want. So I was stuck waiting from 1-5 before I could even see the car I wanted to buy. Finally the vechicle came back and I got to drive it and then had to deal with financing and finally left the deleatship at 6:30pm. Here it is not even two weeks later and the vechicle is having issues already. The car will be shifted into park and the screen says to shift into park, so I am unable to turn the car off. I called them Friday8/28 and the absolute earliest they could help was Tuesday 8/31 and even then I dont know if theyll fix it for free. Overall horrible experience with this dealership. I will not be buying a car again from shottenkirk quincy

Came in for one car that we already had financing for. Spent almost three hours collecting our information and hitting our credit. Brought out a car that we did not want. We then told them that was not the car we wanted and only then we were told that car was sold. Manager Bob only stuck up for the people he has worked with for 15 years and literally told us that our experience is not how they do business. So try them at your own risk. Seems some people have had good experiences, but definitely not us. We will not be going there for a vehicle ever.(Side note, seems the owner only responds to good Google reviews and not bad ones.)

I called for an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation & warranty check. I also had a place where the carpeting had come loose at the front passenger side. They were able to fit me in within a day or two. When I arrived (I am handicapped & use a walker), one of the clerks showed me to the waiting area & since I do use a walker, brought me a cup of coffee. I settled in for an hour or two of waiting. Forty minutes later, she returned with my invoice & key fob. I asked, Okay, what needs to be done? She said everything had already been done & I was good to go. I asked for the total I owed, & she reminded me that I was still under warranty & so there was no charge. I knew that, of course, but still expected to be charged for the oil or the carpet or something. She was gracious, polite, helpful, and competent. It was an altogether pleasant experience. Ive bought several cars here (the first was in 1964), & if I need another, this is where Ill do my shopping!!

I will never buy a vehicle off this company had a decent job test drived a vehicle like it got the paper work done then had to wait on there financial side they looked at me 4times in the middle of the process i was there from 4pm to 7pm and they ran my credit more then 3 times and i only consinted to 1 time will not give 5 stars tell they remove them marks off my credit

On my initial call to set up appt. I was told that I was getting a free brake inspection. After the inspection was told I owed 60.00 I questioned this and was given the free inspection. I think I may have upset someone, which was not my intention, just wanted what I thought it was suspost to be.

My wife and I are expecting our first child any day now. We sold our 2011 Chevy Cruze to expand our vehicle to accommodate our expanding family. We had no intentions of buying a vehicle today, especially after having a salesman chase us around the lot before we ever even got out to look at a vehicle before we ever got out. (I find this very irritating. I know, i know, petty, but i like to look undisturbed.) my wife and i saw a 2013 Chevy Traverse that caught our eye. When we got out to look, Salesman Richard Santiago was there to assist. He left us alone to talk between us. If it weren’t for his positive, casual attitude we would have left. He worked with our firm demands and got us exactly what we wanted with financing. I even said “if we buy this i get your pen” and he was quick to get me some Chevrolet pens and a hat! When it’s time to upgrade my truck, Richard will be the first person I go to. Hands down the best experience with a dealership I’ve ever had, thanks to Richard.

I began my car shopping at another business and found a 2017 Cruze that I liked. It had less than 33,000 miles, and the price seemed reasonable. However, Shottenkirk told me that they would match the price and give me a car with less miles. They kept their word. The car I purchased had less than 17,000 miles on it--almost half the amount. I was also impressed that they were willing to drive 90 miles to pick up my car for service.
