Phone message says they are open and if you got the recording its because they are helping other customers and to come on down.Clearly that is NOT the case.Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my day in his lovely Puyallup traffic.

I’ve gotten so sick of replacing my vacuum cleaners, I decided to try this place out and get my Shark looked at when I was unable to get it working again on my own. Mike runs a wonderful shop, and took excellent care to give me a working machine. One less vacuum in the landfill now!His store is so kid friendly, and his shop dog is the highlight of my day every time I come in, I love it here!

Drove 45 minutes there only to find out they were closed. Their VM says they are open with different Covid procedures. Sign in the window says closed with no known reopen time. There was a number to call Oreck, so I called and was on the phone for another 45 minutes with someone who said he could not do anything about the VM message. He could send me shipping instructions (that I can pay for shipping to have someone look at my vacuum. He said the closest open Oreck Center to me is over 100 miles away. VERY disappointed.

I went to this location and saw the covid messages on the door. Emailed them over 2 weeks ago with no response. Finally called the number on the door and was told to ship my machine in at my cost. Ha not going to happen. I google searched oreck repair in wa and started calling places. Vacuum Works in Kent was more than happy to help me and they even were willing to pick up and deliver so I didnt have to take time off work. This ORECK is not the only place to get quality service, so I suggest we all start looking for the responsive businesses like I found at Vacuum Works.

Highly recommend. Outstanding products & service. You will leave happy. Oh and check out their Co-worker Lobo. Very large German Shepard who loves people! Hes somewhat of a celebrity around the area!

This place is absolutely amazing! The guy there is such an amazing man and so polite and offers great customer service. I recommend coming here for all your vacuum needs. Please do this for yourself, you definitely wont regret it by any means!

Horrible Service.I was accused of stealing a service when in reality it was all a mistake done by one of the workers. The service done on my vacuums were not professional. When I called they told me that my English was not good so there wasn’t good communication. I am very disappointed because I have been a client for many years. I am very upset with the way I was treated.

Very disappointing to find oreck shop closed during normal open hours. I called ahead & got no outgoing message that business was closed for covid! Wasted my time 😣. Cant leave an outgoing phone message for your customers? 😤

Vacuum cleaner was shutting down right after being turned on. Problem was diagnosed and repaired while I waited. Very satisfied!

Owner is dead. Probably not going to reopen unless he left the business to someone.

I’ve seen some terrible things said by the guys who run this shop. Terrible nasty names they call customers who didn’t like their products. Very unprofessional and mean.

My partner owns a housecleaning business and we come all the way from Olympia to get the outstanding service and lasting relationship we have built with the Puyallup Oreck dealer. We are never disappointed. We went through several Professional grade vacuums such as Hoover and Shark and Dyson. But nothing holds up or performs like an ORECK! Dont forget the Lifetime service plan that comes with and the ability to rebuild or replace any worn parts instead of the cost of repair being more than the unit is worth, like todays disposable consumer products. Called and asked a few basic questions. The gentleman didnt know the belt size and then began to blame me for calling him? It was an odd conversation at best. With the number of different small repair shops in the area Id look elsewhere.

I called this man for new Pennsylvania one night because I know the time difference is about 3 hours. He answered all my questions perfectly. Very pleasant to talk to, and humorous as well. I own 2 orecks and a Kirby and a miele. All have their own jobs in the house. I asked about the tune-ups on my xl21 oreck, even telling me the odd sounds on the back pass that it makes, and what it needs, and costs. He was very informative on the new bag technologies in my conquer that is also available to my older oreck. Knowing he would more than likely never meet me because I live across the country, he still gave me the best customer service possible, and thats why I own my oreck, because the customer service your receive.Thank you
