I have been going to this store for 6 years. I always am greeted when I arrive. They are excellent at helping you find what you need. They have a wide range of products making one stop shopping a regular experience. If they dont have something in store they will order it on line, no postage costs, timely arrival of orders and easy pick up at store.

They know where everything is and are very helpful. I will continue shopping at this store just because of the customer service. Thanks to everyone that helped me out out

Poor customer service.My sister n law ask the young guy working the register if he know how this toy worked.The guy told her noAnd ignored her.....and would not even look at us....Maybe he was new or shy...thats understandable....But at least train them properly...The store lost a sale...from her and myself... & I just left my stuff at the counter and walked out.Awkward!!!

Been going here for years. It maybe small for a hardware store but it has anything you need. From spray paint to any clip to bolts to yard care to anything. I was looking for a replacement front pulley for an antique air compressor I was rebuilding and sure enough they had 2 to chose from. On top of that they know there stuff and have answers for just about anything hardware related. Nice local hardware we need more places like this.

The staff here was so nice. They took the time to answer questions about a product. They were knowledgeable about what they do and made some helpful recommendations.

I love the store, and the workers try to help, but their rewards system is harder than it has to be when it comes to redemption.

I was greeted by the cashier upon entering the store with a friendly smile and asked what she may help me find.She pointed me to the aisle that had what I was looking for and also another location that may also have the item I was looking for.All in all I located what I came for and was checked out quickly.Thank you.

Worst service I have ever received at an Ace Hardware! They have absolutely no desire to take care of customers. So I guess the big box store is better providing customer care, instead of supporting local businesses! How sad

I have literally never received such good service. Raymond goes above and beyond understanding the project, tackling it critically, and offering as many possible solutions. Go in and ask for him, you wont be disappointed.

Just talked to male cashier about product did not sound like he had a clue what I was talking about refused to look it up and refused to let me talk to manager. Rude rude rude!!!!!!! If I could give a 0 -I would!!!

Called and spoke with Michelle who was pleasant and found the product I was looking for. She gave me sizes, availability and prices before I could ask. She was a joy to deal with and the experience got better meeting her at the counter. Great close location and workers.

Had everything I needed

I have never written a review until now. Ace was amazing . I stopped there to see if the might have some specific bolts I had been looking for and thought I would have to order online. Ace had everything I needed and the customer service was outstanding. I will drive the extra distance to give them my business.

Unlike most mega hardware stores these folks seem to really understand the meaning of customer service. All I needed was a key. I was in and out in just a few minutes. Got to talk to a very pleasant clerk while my key was being cut. If Id gone to Lo___s or H___ D___t it would have an hour and half. Most of which time would be trying to find someone who could operate the key machine while acting bored and perhaps a little annoyed that I was keeping them from their more important work of wandering the store avoiding eye contact with customers.Come see the folks here, get what you need and a smile.

Great guys to help you with your every need. They go out of their way to teach and suggest ideas for the problems I had since buying an older home. Cant say enough good about them and so glad they got rid of the woman who was working there for a short time..she was terrible. Jeff, Erik, Kirk are the best and patient explaining. Love working with local business owners instead of the big guys where many of the employees are clueless

Jeff, Kirk, Eric you guys are real pros. You always have what I need and it saves me tons of money not having to buy entire assemblies at the big box stores but the correct part to fix something. You also save me tons of time and frustration, because when I walk in, someone always greets me and I get help right away without having to walk 1/4 of mile and 19 rows to find a clerk. My favorite store in downtown Puyallup.

Varies on visit. i found copper glue which saved me on time and hassle. returns ok depending on clerk. theu give coffee. old fashioned feel. worth it if u need one on one help.

Their staff is so rude. The floors are dirty and they cant even take sales signs down when expired. Im not sure if its just the heat wave or what but I had this ratchet set priced at 50 dollars on sale with sale signs all around it and when finally rung up it said I owed over 100 dollars. The checker was confused by this and said she was going to fix it once she spoke to the manager. He then talked down to her like she was a small child, then looked at me and asked, well sir the price was for yesterday can you read? I replied I didnt read the small print. He then said How does that make you feel?.... I run a retail store myself and if any of my managers spoke to me like that I would be furious. Im done with this place. I hope people dont get their hopes up shopping here.

The people are friendly and know the store. They’ll chat with you about your project. It’s a good place to go to get hardware and whatnot.

If your younger they will require you to leave any bags at the front counter, but will allow older people to keep their bags. I understand that theft in the area is high, but to openly not trust your customers is sad.

I needed a special key made for a mailbox, even though they did not happen to carry it I was given great service and picked up a couple other things i couldnt find at the big name retailers. Great place to find specialty items.

(Pluming part)Their response: lets look over here.Me: why are you looking at the nuts and bolts, when I needed a pluming part?Their response: I thought the parts over here might work for you!Me: if you dont know what you are doing, then have someone else come over to help you!Then they get mad and upset toward me and become nasty.I will never shop at ace hardware again!
