I came here to sell old unwanted gold and silver. I was helped by Erica. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and I only come here now to sell. I definitely recommend coming here with things you know are worth money and even things you are unsure about because Erica will take the time to carefully go through what you bring in and she is honest and fair.

Small store but easy to find. Lady was very nice and willing to negotiate a better offer than her first. Interesting jewelry selection. I found a pair of earrings and a silver chain she was gave me a good deal on the purchase price.

Ive lived in the area for ten years and come here Everytime to trade my gold stock for cash fast and easy just need an i.d. and some metals they have great service and are very up to date on all the current rates on gold and silver wouldnt go anywhere else

They sell there coins to the coin shop down the road. They give you less than half of what your coin is worth the. Sell it for full price at south hill rare coins. They make double what they give you.Tried offering 10$ for a coin worth 27$( pure silver), I refused and she desperately was trying to keep my coin by belittling its value. Then almost doubled the price after I kept asking for my coin back. While saying I wont be able to sell it anywhere else. Would not do business here, very shady.

Exceptionally kind gentleman and woman working here. I called 5 minutes before closing time, and asked them to wait for me. I explained that I am coming from far away and they kindly agreed. They waited for an hour and treated me with kindness. The reason I traveled so far is because I felt that the stores by my house were offering me a low price. I was correct in my assumption, and I am happy I came here. I was delighted and shocked when they offered me $700 more here. God knows I needed this money. God bless this business!

Fast service. Didn’t know if I would get a fair price here or anywhere. Went to a couple of other places and didn’t like the offers. When I came here I was greeted nicely and the woman gave me a higher offer than all the others. I thought I should still go to another place so I did. I got offered much lower at the other place so I came back here. Lol wasted a lot of gas. Anyways, I’m impressed by the high offer I got here.There was nothing bad I could think of.

After 20 minutes of waiting during business hours for help, I left. I just couldnt wait any longer. Better staffing may be needed.

I recommend selling diamonds here. The girl here knows how to price and inspect diamonds like no other shop i went to. Definitely sell diamonds here.

Would give 0 star if i could. these guys are nothing but thieves!! called to find out if they buy raw gold or even gold bars or just jewelry. spot price on gold is over 1500 an oz, they offered 1300!! just beware, do your homework on what your stuff is worth before going to them!!

Stopped by here with a few watches and my diamond ring. I can say this with confidence...THE NICEST PEOPLE EVER! I was treated with dignity and respect and so were my items. Knowledgeable for sure!! They explained their prices and knew what they were talking about. I was offered $200-$300 at other places in town. This store went past all offers... $800 they offered me!!!! I know for SURE they give the highest out of everyone for EVERYTHING. I wasnt even going to sell my ring and watches but for that price how could I say No? And they give cash too!! Got my fiances engagement ring here. Very classy engagement and wedding bands for affordable prices compared to other places. Also they had some nice watches and silver rings. I would recommend looking here before going to a regular jewelers because the prices are really great.

I called them 10 minutes till closing and asked if they would stay open even with an item that I wasnt sure gold... They did . They were super helpful and even double-checked it too. Unfortunately what I had wasnt gold but I can honestly say that the trip alone was pretty golden, thanks again.

It was not broke until I handed to clerk and she folded it in half and then broke my herring bone gold necklace and when I asked her to stop she said the sign says she can break my jewelry! Really and then refused to tell me what it weighed stating all scales show something different.

Can i just say....this is the coolest place. it feels like this is one of the only few places left where you can really sell your items to a professional that knows what theyre doing. I didnt know where to go to sell my engagement ring and some old things my grandma left me and i asked my friend and she told me about this store. i didnt think she knew what she was talking about so i went elsewhere and was offered a measly $350. i didnt try to sell my things for another month or two and then i said might as well try this place. so i came to this shop and was greeted by a nice girl (dont remember her name) and gave her my things. within a few minutes she gave me a price for everything. She offered me TRIPLE of what the other stores did. TRIPLE!!!!!! I was in shock to say the least. they also have cool silver rings and bracelets in their showcase. really unique things i havent seen before and theyre not pricey either. I feel like this is the only gold store left that is fair and actually hires people who know what theyre doing. To the girl working here: Thank you so so much for all the help. If i ever need to sell the rest of my things ill definitely return to you. great local business
