Where to start... We came in and had Evan B. help us. He upgraded our phones and we signed up for a new plan. The next billing cycle we found that he signed the phones up incorrectly and one was on its own separate plan. This caused the phone support people to have to do a bunch of shuffling to get our bill correct. The process to get this right took a few phone calls. This was annoying no doubt because we went through the same thing the first time we signed up with the. BUT.... that was just the beginning. We recently arrived home from the hospital from having our first child so i checked our sprint account. What did i find??? Auto pay charged us $1750.00 !!!!!! Evan B from the Southill location did not properly return some of the equipment and it showed up as not being restocked somehow. This caused Sprint to charge our account the full amount for the phones. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! I have no confidence in auto pay because i never know what the hell its going to pull out of my account. Evan B screwed our account up multiple times. They also estimated that our bill would be about 150 a month... This also turned out to be untrue and its 175 a month. These guys either lied or dont know what they are doing. DO NOT GO HERE. The only thing that has been somewhat good is the phone support at solving problems through Sprint. The experience at this store was horrible and I will never.... EVER... return to a store that has such incompetent employees.

They were amazing here Xavier, Isiah and Miranda were all great. They had excellent customer service. I never felt pressured into buying something that I didn’t want, I would recommend anyone to go there and work with either one of those 3 they are just amazing people.

Brooke did a phenomenal job and made my time such a breeze switching companies to Sprint. She was cheerful and happy while still being professional and knowledgeable. I recommend seeing her to be well taken care of here!

Jackie and Xavier are awesome amazing great at multi tasking never letting you just sit waiting they acknowledge you as soon as you come in no matter how busy they are. The best!!! I am so glad I left Verizon you guys rock!

Switching from Verizon to T-Mobile at this store on my iPhone 12 Pro Max was a dream. Stellar service, no lines and wow....truly Unlimited Data for the WIN.

Came because my daughters phone kept having pop up ads on her home screen. I had Brooke help me out and she did a great job of fixing the problem. I was happy with her attentiveness and ability to figure out what had to be done.

Great customer service! Went in for just some advice on what to do with my broken phone and had the nicest young lady help me out with all of the information I needed to move forward. Even stayed until after closing to help me get all of my questions answered directly. All reps should be as helpful as miranda was.

I had trouble with ordering online and went to this store to complete setting up my account. The store personnel were very helpful setting account up and purchasing a SIM card. Just very helpful and most importantly honest. I will not hesitate to visit this Sprint store the next time I need to renew my contract or transfer another account.

I had an awesome experience with sprint. I recommend Brooke Nicols she is great!! As well as professional at her job. I had no problems with the service I was provided.

The staff is really nice. But, since I was missing a couple of passwords. It took 2 hours to set up our new phones. The price for two phones and service was better than we got from Veruzon.

Do not go to this store. This is a retail versus corporate and the difference is clear. We ended up having to keep a phone we didn’t want to and they did offer to give us a free case and screen protector but put the screen protector over a screen protector deeming it useless. They also sent us on a wild goose chase telling us they couldn’t help us because they’re retail and not corporate. We made five trips out to the corporate store 25 minutes away from home. Also when I couldn’t connect to internet while on a phone call with my iPhone and couldn’t find how to change it in the settings. I asked the sales rep if i can’t browse while I’m the phone and he said “yeah probably I don’t know for sure” and asked his buddies too. On one of my trips to the corporate store they were able to turn the setting off so I can browse while on the phone. The people are super nice but gave us the wrong information multiple times and created so many problems for us.

This store is awesome! Ive never had an issue with my phone plan and everyone is always super friendly. Ive been helped mostly by Evan and he is fantastic! Hes super friendly, helpful, and always is making sure Im getting the best deal I can. I definitely always recommend Sprint, going to this location, and getting help from Evan to anyone I know thats looking into a new/first phone plan.

Just bought a new phone from sprint at the south hill mall both employees were extremely friendly and made buying a new phone simple and smooth by far the two most professional employees Ive had the pleasure of meeting 100% recommend stopping in and getting yourself a new iphone today!!💪💪

Absolute BS policies and service from this place and this company.Sprint is absolutely a bunch of liars who dont hesitate to screw you over. My wife and I needed two (2) lines. The promotion they had was 5 lines for $100 a month, but you had to get all 5 lines or go with a much more expensive plan. We signed a two year contract with the phone purchase at another $40 a month (we payed half of the phone purchase price up front) and just got three of the free phones for the three lines we never intended to use.They cancelled the promotion we were on after just under a year and put us on month to month at full price which was $60 per line. The phone price didnt change, but the terms did. With us paying half he purchase price up front, we paid the phones off in that first year but apparently Sprint had changed the way they did phones part way through the year and shifted us to a lease instead of a purchase plan. So now, even though the paperwork we have says they were being purchased, we were just leasing them for the last half of the year.Our bill went up to about $340 a month after tax... for using two phones with the other three we were required to get just sitting in my desk drawer. They said we can leave at any time since THEY broke the contract by cancelling the plan, but even though the phones are paid off, they require an additional $150 each to release them to us permanently now since they had changed it to a lease plan part way through and I missed the email.We got sick of all the problems and the constantly changing stories and finally stopped service with them and went back to pre-paid phone phones. We still owe Sprint over $700 for the two months we were fighting them on this. According to the reps I spoke with over numerous occasions, the bottom of every contract says they can change anything on their contract at any time and you are just stuck with the results. This is an absolute trash way to do business and I will never go with Sprint again.

So I went in today to buy my phone and the staff there were so welcoming and helpful one of the best experiences Ive ever had Xavier moore was the man who helped me and I couldnt have asked for a better person he had an answer for every question I had and got me the best deal possible had a blast in his store would recommend to anyone

Where do I begin, the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable I got a notification that my bill went up and went into the store cause I don’t like waiting on hold with the support over the phone. Evan B helped me with everything got my bill corrected and actually helped me save some money. By far the best experience time and time again highly recommended to everyone who needs help. My boyfriend and I went into this store about an hour before close (I typically go to the store closer to my place so I dont have to deal with mall traffic but they were already closed) to add him to my existing plan and to upgrade my phone. We were immediately greeted by Chris F. He was very friendly and helpful. Since we were unsure of what phones to get, he helped us compare the phones we took interest to. Chris was VERY knowledgeable and helped us make an informed buying decision. What made me want to write this Google review is the fact him and his coworker, Orlando (who was also helping an other couple), had no problem staying over an hour after closing time (sometime after 10pm) to help us get everything set up. Ive been a Sprint customer for 8 or so years now and this is by far the best customer service Ive ever received from Sprint and I will definitely be going to this location from here on out!

On my resent visit to the south hill store I was very impressed with the staff in their willingness to work with me in every way.

I went into sprint with my friend so she could get her phone problem handled. While being there I got into a conversation about my phone plan with AT&T and right off the bat Chris F convinced me to drop my plan and switch to sprint. I have been extremely satisfied with sprint ever since. I brought my friend in to get a phone and have been in a few times since and every time has been pleasant. Chris and Billy were very nice and helped me a lot and hooked me up with a good plan. I really appreciate how kind and helpful Chris was and I will continue to ask for him when I have a problem. Very pleased

Every time I come into the store with any issues, Evan and his team are there to help. They are genuine and honest..they won’t feed bs just to make a sale. I’ve referred several people their way and will continue to do so.

Just spent 3 1/2 hours to get an upgrade and still left the store with no phone. Manager helped 3 other customers in that time while the employee helping us struggled with the transaction. They tried selling us the wrong phone and when we told them it was the wrong phone they tried telling us that we had to buy it because they opened the box. So disappointed in the customer service there. If I could give negative stars I would.

Horrible services and workers are straight liars. Lied to me about my whole plan and still wanted to give me an attitude and tell me how i’m wrong. Never recommending Sprint to anyone. Better off not having a phone.

Ok switch to sprint from t-mobile bad plan. I have only had sprint for about 30 days and no promises kept. They told me I would be able to bring in my last T-Mobile bill and get the gift cards right their in the store. I showed up last bill in hand and they told me ok you will get the gift cards in about two weeks in the mail. Next service does in fact suck. I get drop calls, can’t use hot spot, and the big one if you have an IPhone is you can’t be on your phone and the internet at the same time.(which they never told me). I told them I am switching back to T-Mobile and they said ok. My service person at this location name was billly.

This story is all lies they tell you something just to get you to sign the paper but what they sell you on what they promise you is not what you will get . Avoid this location at all costs especially when you go in for customer service because you will be told that its your fault

Went in to try to get an upgrade for my phone, but my plan wouldnt let me, Xavier went above and beyond to find a way to allow me to get a new phone and additional lines while saving me money on my monthly bill.

It is sprint. Also this store told me the only way to upgrade my phone is to eat ~$400. Wrong. I got my phone fixed for $100 and traded it in with no upgrade fee. Idiots.

Horrible location the manager is hateful and very disrespectful to her employees and customers. I came in the store she refused to help me, she told me that she didnt have to help me and walked to the next customer. I came in after the call center directed me there again she looked at me and said really your back and walked in the back of the store. I will never return to this location again.
