Purchased a groupon so only had to pay 40 for my two extra quarter windows. Had all windows tinted except windshield at this location and extremely satisfied with the service and the quality. Employees were very friendly and polite customer service is OUTSTANDING and work was done in a timely manner. Mike was extremely nice walked me through everything. I am going back in 2 weeks to get tints over the original to get them darker plus windshield since the Groupon only allows a certain percentage and mike is super kind enough to discount the price greatly appreciate him for that. I would most definitely go back to this place, highly recommend. Definitely a 10/10.

Michael and his assistant Brad I believe is his name are hands down the best window tint guys Ive ever come across. Impeccable work, professional demeanor and friendly to boot. My 2021 Highlander looks great especially with the side window louvers that they installed free of charge.

I had an appointment on 8/5 to get my 2 front windows tinted on my 17 Renegade. When I got to the store in Puyallup Mike K. greeted me and let me know that they were short handed that day and that he would get to me as soon as he could. During that appointment Mike was great, even though he was short handed, a little behind and hustling as fast as he could he was patient with others who came to the store asking for things and he was great with those of us who were already there being worked on. This is the type of employee that you should want to keep and do what you can to keep. Thank you Mike again for your help I will definitely return to get the rest of what i want done.

Mike King is perhaps hands down the most professional Window Tint Technician in the PNW. His attentiveness to his craft is second to his customer service skills. He ensure that the products that I was receiving was exactly what I needed and not what I wanted. The products that he installed has greatly decreased glare, heat, and other unwanted visual obstructions while driving my vehicle. I would recommend MIKE KING for any other service for Automotive Tinting. He does not try to up-sell you or sell you products that arent required for you, but instead considers what will be best for you needs and what would best work for your vehicle. They werent able to do my install (my fault) but they were straight up with me when they could have done everything to get the system installed and charged me up the wazoo for work done $$$.I appreciate their honesty and honesty always gets 5 stars.

Horrible I emailed Edward online for a amp and install got a decent price estimate then I walked into the store to get a much higher quote didnt really matter. I asked the sales associate when can we get it installed he said I can schedule you a appointment to have it installed tomorrow at 12am. I knew it would take about 2 hours maybe 3. I pulled in the next day there was a full line of cars so I asked when it would be done cause you know I scheduled a appointment at 12pm he said by 6pm!! I would just avoid this place the associate was kinda rude and not really polite automatically made me annoyed.

Just had my 2 front windows tinted at Foss Audio and Tint in Puyallup. I was taken in before my appt time and completed in a timely matter. Maryna did a great job installing driver side but the passenger side completed by Brad has bubbles on bottom and right in the center. Mike supervised everything and oh so friendly. I was surprised he missed it at final inspection. Overall happy.

Requested back up camera and CarPlay monitor,They did not install the system flush leaving metal fittings exposed, did not install a trim kit. when the monitor opens it hits the gear shift, so when driving it’s useless and they broke my air conditioning system. Attempted to speak with management countless times via in person visits, voicemail message and phone calls: A manager was Never available or even called . Went back for the issues at hand, the tech dug through garbage to find the trim kit, showed me a place I could buy an A/C part on line with his cell phone and said he would fix it for $5.00. He attached the trim kit but failed to re engage my speedometer.Sent the owner Ed a certified letter, he Never respondedPoor service all around .

Most recent update below*I had my windows tinted here about a month ago.One of the worst customer service I’ve ever experience.. I called a few times before I was able to make an appointment. I also recall having to call and leaving a voicemail, and never receiving call back.Not just that, after my installation. I had informed them of the terrible job in the back window (see photos). Yet I was dismissed and the installer didn’t even want to check and told me “give it a week and it’ll go away.” I said okay and took his word for it, since he is the expert... this isn’t also the first time I had a car done professionally so I kind already knew he was wrong to begin with.Now here we are... instead of taking a few second to check my rear.. I need to come back to have my rear window redone. Upon scheduling my appointment a second time, I was help by an installer (who I won’t name), but he looked like he was drugged up. He couldn’t even navigate through his schedule without the help of his co-worker at the front desk. His eyes also kept rolling back...Honestly, at this point I am concern about my rear window getting worst than it already is. Also, what the hell is the deal with nobody picking up the phone or even calling back? I have to call at least 2 to 3 time to get someone to pick up. I am also entrusting them with my car over New Years because their “best installer” is only available on Thursday... which honest doesn’t make me feel any better... shouldn’t everyone be the best at their jobs?I just really hope they’re able to do a better job this time around then I’ll update my overall experience. Other than that, I kind of wish I did more research before deciding to go with these guys.—————————Update 1/2/20: They fixed my tint at no cost and even though they did a better job this time. I still can’t get back the time I lost from working with them in the first place. Probably will never go back here tbh.—————————Update 4/1/21: I decided to give them another go this year. The Groupon deal is too good to pass up. So my wife’s 2020 CRV had factory tint but not foe the front, and had them done. Was done perfectly! So, I took my 2015 Mustang GT and got them fully tinted.. I have to say my experience with these guys are better this year than the last year. I highly recommend them now. Great price, great service.

Foss Audio Puyallup is a Five Star Audio Dealer. I took my Ford F-250 in for an audio upgrade. From start to finish I felt I was getting quality electronics and installation. Truck sounds clear like being in a movie theatre. Just as I explained I wanted. No wires shown quality craftsmanship. Took time to show all features and even left room for more. Thank you I can say I will refer family and friends.

Had windows tinted, 4 doors and the rear glass. The end result was awesome, and priced well. Unfortunately, nobody ever bothered to call (which they said they would) when the job was done. Not living real close by, I called to check (several times) but there was no answer, and no call back. When I decided to go see, yeah...it had been done for quite a while. When asking the gentleman who rang it up why I never got called, he shrugged apathetically and said I just missed another a few minutes ago too... Weve been in the back working. As his cell phone began to ring and he laughed.. saying Huh, looks like Ill miss that call too.So, if Youve got the time to just drop it off, and come back near the end of the day.. and youre not expecting a phone call or any acknowledgement of the idea that one was supposed to happen... The product and installation are really good.Would recommend... On a day when you have nothing else to do.

CJ and his team do excellent quality work at the Foss Audio in Puyallup, WA.My 1st experience with them was after I visited Car Toys in Tacoma,Wa. Car Toys couldn’t install new speakers in my daughters CRV during installation they claimed my door speaker was not working and said they need to charge me the customer more because they have to search out the problem to why the old speaker didn’t work. I told them no I’m not paying additional charges for that so they couldn’t proceed and they still charged me $55.00 and I ended up not getting any new speakers. I remember years ago that Foss Audio was pretty good but never tried them. I met with CJ and they had no problems installing the new speakers. I was shocked ! They did such a great job! Because of their expertise I decided to also have a new double Din Pioneer installed and a back up camera as well. All the installations were top quality!I plan on having my other car updated with a new sound system as well. I trust their quality of work!I’m never going back to Car Toys again.Paul

I had a 0900 appointment to get my system rewired and grounded, they didn’t even look at it until 1230, then said they’d need it for a whole day. Which they had! Then when picking up my vehicle they left my passenger door open, my seats laid down, trashed the inside of my vehicle. Highly do not recommend. This was yesterday and I will never use this place. They also wanted to charge almost $1000K for nothing new, just redoing everything, while I was able to get it done in a couple hours for $200 elsewhere. If I could set this store on fire, I would. Terribly operated business and severely disappointed.

Crummy customer service. nobody called when the car was done. had to call multiple times to find out if car was done. when going over pricing manager seemed exasperated that he had to tell me what was going on. told a digital bypass would be about a hundred dollars. my final bill was 249. should be a 1 star but his worker Julio seemed like a hard worker, was positive, and down to earth. should have known when I dropped off the car and manager says what do you need. Trust me if you go in and the manager gives the same sort of flack, u should walk away. wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy

Had the 20% tint put on, and it looks great!

Bought Groupon for 2 window tint. When I went into the store was told it would be an additional $20 if I wanted to go dark enough to match factory rear. Bad business practice not to inform buyer that when they purchased a groupon. Also, passenger side window tint has about 6 bubbles in it. They are small but nonetheless a professional job should have none. Have not yet contacted them to see if they will fix it. Staff was very friendly and polite however.

I have been dealing with Foss Audio for a long time since the late 90s the shop in Puyallup is a very good shop to go to CJ is very knowledgeable about new gear and is willing to help you can spend a little or alot and nothing in this world is free and if you think car audio is cheap then your buying cheap gear

The team over at Foss Audio in Puyallup did a fantastic window tint job my 15 Veloster Trubo.It took about two hours, and was a great deal for what I received in terms of service and product. They also answered a few questions I had, explained the best way to maintain the tint, and while unrelated gave me a good quote on an accessory install that I will, without a doubt, do with them in the near future.Thanks!

They did a great job tinting my daughters Altima. It looks great. The also accepted a competitors coupon and probably didnt have to. UPDATE...I have now had two more vehicles tinted here. Always an awesome job!

Great service. Way better to deal with then cartoys

These did my wifes 2018 explorer sport. Instead of putting the tint all the way behind the rubber seals. They just decided to take a razor knife and cut the rubber. Now every time I look back I can see all the slashes there. And still argued with me that they didnt do it. I dont recommend this tint place with this kind of work and customer service.
