I went to pick up my prescription at this location, but one of their employees who helped me was rude, and she doesn’t know how to say, “Hello, how could I help you? May I help you? Thank you or apologize for your inconvenience.” Take my advice learn to say nice things and be polite to customers please. This location definitely needs big meeting and whoever in charge, step up. I was on hold for nearby 40 minutes on phone when calling in. What the heck happened to this location?
Over an hour of calling pharmacy and letting it ring for over 5 consecutive minutes before answer only to be connected with the front desk who can’t connect the call to the pharmacy. 3 days without resolve and I still require a controlled substance preventing seizures.. Lousy service especially my for a simple prescription pickup
Rude and no personal connection. Waited 30 minutes to be seen for my vaccine. First time around we had a man that was very kind and excited to help customers. This time around, theres no one acknowledging our wait time, or even looking in our direction. Never coming back here. Yall need an attitude adjustment!I know hiring is a bit rough right now, but jeez, who are these people?
Worst pharmacy department. They never have anything ready on time and make you waste your time coming back even though you called twice asking them to fill a script youve been needing a week. They have a sign asking you to be kind because they are short staffed but they are anything but....
I pull up to the drive thru at 6:59pm!! She already had the black divider up indicating they were closed. Then gives me the excuse oh, we already pulled the till... no cars behind me. No inconvenience. Just a lazy worker.
They don’t pick up the phone in the pharmacy, ridiculously long waits, and terrible customer service (the techs name is Chanel or Shanelle) she was dismissive and LAZY. They disregard people of color. There’s clearly bigger issues going on.
Payed my final visit to this Rite Aid. Ive been a customer for over a year, and Ive finally had it with the rude employees. There are definitely some really nice ones, but the rude ones out-number them and Im done. Ill drive farther out of the way to not have to go here again.Never used the pharmacy, so this is just directed at the actual store.
Just want to say thanks to Miss Teresa in the store for her help today regarding the eye drops. Thanks again! You rock BIG Miss Teresa!! 👊👏
I turned my prescription in today at 11:40 am. It’s blood pressure medication and they said probably won’t be filled till Sunday. I have been calling since 12 noon. It’s now 7:30 and nobody’s answering. Did they go out of business?
If you like waiting in line this is the place to go.
I went to this Rite Aid on Saturday. While checking out I couldn’t find my ID and the clerk Claudia became very rude and impatient with me. I’m 57 years old and don’t appreciate being treated so rudely. I work with people all day everyday and would not ever treat people so rudely for any reason. I get paid to be kind and friendly and so does she. I will never visit this Rite Aid again.
Consistently dont have enough meds to fill refills or today, lost our rx, was in a 2nd record. Now were a day late and I show up at 7:40pm and they are already closed, even though their hours are posted to 8pm on Saturday. Oh, I tried calling 3 times between 7-7:30 to ensure it was ready, but they didnt answer the phone and now were going to be yet another day late for life-sustaining meds for a cancer patient. Lovely.
One of the most Incompetent pharmacies Ive ever been to.
Rite-Aid has a lot of awesome sale items plus the staff are friendly and nice. Stephanie is a wonderful cashier with good customer service skills.
Discrimination rudeness I tried to get a Cobra test and scheduled it online but since I dont have a car I cant get tested but yet you have people that walk in there every single day discrimination
Wonderful store with nice people who are Uncommonly Good, just like us Keebler elves.
Bathroom was atrocious. Lid needed replacing, sink brown and more. I told the pharmacy I needed to make a quick stop but they said it would only 10 minutes. Twice. I could have left and come back by the time they were done. Then I had to go home, ice cream in the car. Only got a smile from a sales clerk stocking. The five others were not very friendly. Im changing pharmacies.
Awful experience the Pharmacy staff that actually fill the meds and take the prescription at drop off are all very rude and horrible customer service and think they are all doctors they will tell you no to filling your prescription even with a doctor calling and telling them to!! Ive learned if I want good service I have to come through the drive thru only! I switched pharmacies however all the other pharmacies never have one of my monthly meds so I have no choice but to come here once a month and get it filled because they actually have it in stock!! I gave a 1 star because of the drive thru guy and because of the checkers at the store side of rite aid they always seem helpful and nice!!
I go out of my way to go this stor over a closer one to me
Pharmacy is so slow and never fills your prescription in the time that it is Promised. They are also so rude, do not communicate, never smile and have horrible customer service
My husband and I visit this store and pharmacy one to three or four times a week and except for one time weve had great experiences. The staff, including the pharmacy staff, is very helpful and very personable. Another reviewer mentions Patty in the pharmacy and says pretty horrible things about her and her customer service which is very surprising to me. Patty has helped me all but one time when I had meds to pick up and I really like her; her customer service is outstanding plus shes fun and personable, far from most clerks in these huge chain corporate stores like Rite Aid who are overly polite, robot like and seem to have no sense of humor or personality - victims of the greedy, self important execs comprising corporate America no doubt. Anyway, because its so close to home and because we use the pharmacy, were in this store frequently and keep a close eye on the sales as Rite Aid prices are typically pretty steep on EVERYTHING from office/school supplies to groceries, candy, cosmetics, cotton swabs, vitamins and you name it. They do, however, have some pretty great sales which allow us to purchase items tbere besides our meds. We wouldnt buy anything else at all if it werent for the sales. Pricing is what knocked a star off its overall rating. If we could do 1/2 stars I would deduct another half because the staff has a tendency to rush customers if they come in near closing time - all the way from an hour on before closing. They are not at all subtle about it and once or twice Ive been pretty annoyed by their pressuring me to hurry up with their almost constant reminders of the time and other strategies.
Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. These people have no respect,if you want to be treated like a human being stay away from here.
Pharmacy is horrible! Everytime I come here, I have to wait anywhere from 4-6 hours for my prescription to be filled. The pharmacists are rude. They dont communicate with you at all and sometimes give you the wrong prescription or one that you didnt even call to refill. Get it together ride aid.
Pharmacy is horrible. Can never get through on the phone, RIDICULOUS wait times. Had prescription faxed over, tried picking it up 4hrs later and it was yet to be put in the system or be filled. Everytime I try to fill a prescription I have problems and get the run around and am waiting for hrs on end for something that I was told should take about 20mins.
Has everything you need for a quick stop
Lady named PATTY who works in pharmacy is f**king rude. Needs to be fired. Asked for refill on a Tuesday. No refill on Thursday. She said she resent it Thursday 9am Called doctors office at 2pm. They hadnt received either. She needs to be fired or not work with the public at all. she is rude and cuts people off, has a bad attitude as if she is doing a favor for you or something and tries o rush you along as if you are wasting her time by asking questions about your medicine.
My experience at his Rite Aid has usually been poor. Often times the pharmacy staff is just plain rude to me. I don’t know why - it just seems to be the culture there. It has been that way for over a year. I am switching to another pharmacy as soon as my prescriptions are done.
The pharmacy is slooooow. And the pharmacist is incredibly rude.
I waited for 10 minutes on the phone to call for a refill and finally hung up. Called again and spoke to 2 people, the pharmacist was not friendly at all.
Very nice service
Rude pharmacist
