Pretty bad customer service... used to come to this place all the time... daily for that matter. The lady at the front this morning was incredibly rude, maybe she was having an off day.But I mean what can you expect this area in general has really gone down hill... I wouldn’t want to work at a generic version of 7/11 in a trashy part of town either.I don’t expect this business to outlast the pandemic.Bon voyage 👋
Local convenient store with just about anything you need except gas, which is no problem. Great customer service, kind, funny, and overall great little store. Its my everyday stop has been for years and will be for years to come!

I asked the young man about refilling a Seahawk lighter I had purchased previously. Is it possible to refill it his response. Yup. So I was looking in the case where the lighters are displayed for the refill butane, he said absolutely nothing to me. I finally asked do you carry the refills? He pointed to a side counter and said over there He didnt ask me what I needed or wanted. Just pointed, so I walked over to the side counter, where things are stacked in front of each other. Asked him which items he was referring to.. he acted is if I was inconveniencing him and reluctantly came over and dropped his hands on two rows of cans (which I could only see the very top of) and pointed to one additional much smaller container. So I reached for one of the containers which apparently made me step in the forbidden zone.. he said rudely you cant cross that line. Not sure what line he was actually talking about but I backed up... I asked him if he could assist me.. he said I cant fill it for you where I replied can you show me the product so I can figure out the best/cheapest one.. so he hands me the one I could see just fine but not one of the ones hidden. So I said, you are being less than helpful.. then he got a big attitude. So I grabbed one of the hidden cans trying to determine the fluid ounces, I am a bit older so not able to read really small print.. I then made the mistake of asking him if he could see the ounces on the smaller bottle.. he would not even take it or look at it.. so I just took the larger one.. went to the check out and he actually asked me if I was having a bad say . Are you kidding me.. I replied, no I am having a great day, how about you.. he said and I quote it is a bad day NOW. I replied.. I guess I am just used to receiving a little more assistance when trying to purchase an item. he just looked at me... Like I had 3 heads. I paid for my stuff and wished him a great day. I will note that every interaction with him is similar to this encounter.. rude, unpleasant and never smiles or says anything pleasant.I love the gal who works later in the day, she is helpful and personable and is always ready to share the funniest stories about her dogs.. (I saw her puppy when she first got him.. so cute..)..I will be sure to not ever enter the store again if that young man is working.. but will try to go when she or anyone else is working.. or find a different store for my little quick shopping needs.This is my very first online review of any business, that is how upsetting I found this interaction..
