A place with good vibes to fill up your gas tank while you fill up on some of the best pizza in town!If you want propane please come with patience; they try to help you as soon as possible but with a two person crew the cashier must leave the store when it is not filled with customers, however youre welcome to buy some snacks if the wait is more than 10 mins ❤
Not sure what happened with the odd negative reviews but I started stopping here for pizza about a year ago because someone told me it was the best pizza in Washington. When the second person told me I decided I better check it out. I’m from here but have traveled extensively spending a lot of time on the east coast. Anyone who knows pizza knows there’s none better than NY and Jersey. Well I’m here to tell you so far this is the closest you are going to find. It’s amazing hand tossed fresh prepared ingredient pizza and it’s in a gas station and you can get a single slice anytime!
Used to be a great place for snacks and pizza. The service is horrible especially when it comes to the pizza ladies. The energy drinks are overpriced, a 12 0z redbull should not be $3.99. I understand you got to make profit and pay bills but I have never seen a 12 oz redbull for $4. I won’t be coming back here that’s for sure. Hopefully they understand how to compete with other gas stations in the area. New ownership needs t o learn how to manage the business better.
I used to love going to this place, but the last two times I have been here I have had terrible experiences. About a week ago I went in and my whole family gets slices. It is something we do after going on hikes at the Orange Gate Loop. When we ordered our slices I asked if I could please get the six slices in a box, because she was handing me six individual plates with an upside down plate on top. She acts as though I had asked her to do something extremely hard, rolls her eyes and then does as I asked. As I walked away she says to the customer in line behind me, I wish they had told me before I had put them on a plate. I couldnt believe it, who complains about a customer while that customer is three feet away for asking for a togo box. Then today happened. I went again after our hike and I asked before she started serving me the slices out of the display case that she should probably grab a box since I was going to have a few slices. She asks me how many slices I was going to have and I told her that I would be grabbing six slices. She then tells me that I need to order ahead in the future because I would cleaning out her case and these are for customers. I thought I was a customer, but apparently I was wrong. I told her that we like to come in and get different slices because my family likes different choices. She says that I can do a half and half. That still only limits me to two choices. Oh well, I am not going to argue with her, but she didnt stop. she continued to remind me about how I would leaving her with no pizza and that I cannot do this in the future. I counted the slices at this point there were 22 slices available, I was asking for six that would leave 16 slices. The case she was grabbing them from only hold 32 slices. It was not like there wasnt any pizza left after I was done. I continued to ignore her but this did not stop her from making one sarcastic remark after another. If you are claiming to be the Best Pizza in Town and you sell it by the slice then one would assume that you would probably be making a lot of pizzas. Someone probably forgot to tell this employee. I know a lot of people who are out of work currently and would probably be happy to make pizza at a gas station so hopefully the owner reads this and replaces this employee before she alienates too many customers and too much business is lost. So I wish this is where the experience ended, but in fact after I asked for my six slices she then sarcastically asked if that was all or would I like to take any more of her pizza away. I told her I was good and could not wait to get out of there. A few years ago I would have bought every slice of pizza in the case and asked for the owner if refused, but I am trying to be a better person. She then dropped the box on the counter and turned around. I was thinking at this point if she wanted me to order ahead in the future I thought she might offer me a menu to take or given a phone number, I even looked around for the menu. There was none present and I frankly I didnt want to ask her because she was so rude that I was afraid of what might be said. So I left and went to pay for it at the register. As I was walking out my daughter asked me why the lady in there was so rude and I explained that I wasnt sure but she obviously has no customer service skills and probably hates her job. I know for a fact I will not be going back in there until they have a change in staff because I will not be treated like that ever again, especially when their pizza is not cheap. So I will check occasionally to see if the employee has been replaced or I hope the owner reads this and understands that they have a real customer service issue in their store and they choose to retrain her before they lose too many customers.
Horrible. Went inside and waited in line, let the lady know I needed propane. She asked me to set my tank on the stand and said shed be right out. I waited outside with 2 small kids for 20 minutes and finally gave up. Thats the second time. One time I can get over, I gave them another chance. I will never return.
I stopped by yesterday to grab a few cold sodas on my way home. I handed the cashier a $10 bill for my two drinks and he refused to give me my change saying I gave him a $5 dollar bill. New employee he was short, white, and had a moustache. Not the trustworthy type. Be wary of him, suppose he os skimming the till for drug money.
Went to get propane today from these guys and if there is a costumer inside the store they wont come out and help you even when there is more than one person working . so if you are looking for propane this is not the place you want to stop at!!!
Love this place. People are very kind. Pizza is so good!
I called them after hours and they graciously offered their services and asked how soon I could be there they let me know they would wait even though they didnt have to and the pizza smell great you should definitely try it. I did not get to unfortunately . . .. . . Yet . . . Lol
I remember this place being great for pizza and customer service. Not sure what happened. I was in town on business and was excited to come by again.-No public restrooms... ok I can understand.-But the cost of the pizza was almost double what it was a few years back. Ok, inflation.-Then they want to charge extra for a debit card under $10. Maybe under $5 I get it. We all know merchant services cost. Most are around 2-3%... They were asking for close to 7%. Its just another profit center for them.At the end of the day, these choices are theirs to make and i support their right to make them. But i also have a choice where to do business. I want to go where customer service still exists.
Very good crust and quality toppings. Fast, convenient, consistent. 9/10 so round up to 5 stars.
Amazing staff, amazing pizza
Great service awesome pizza and fair prices.
Great pizza at an excellent price
The best pizza place around for the price. You can call your order in ahead of time or by the piece.
Ran out of propane in the middle of the night... came here because it was 24 hour told he couldnt fill it because it was dark out
They said they were going to make us wait 30minutes to get propane so they could make 4 pizzas. When there were 2 people inside, obviously customer service isnt big to them in the slightest.
Always friendly staff!
Awesome pizza awesome staff
Meh. No public bathrooms or porty-potty.
Enjoyed their pizza!
