Always friendly and polite. Only issue is sometimes they dont give me white coffee when asked, and there has been a few times they made me a smaller size then I asked for. But I was charged correctly.. meaning I asked for a 44 they made me a 34 and charged me for a 34 .. so at least I wasnt over charged... its only happend maybe a handful of times in the billions of times Ive gone .. and usually when they are crazy busy. Other then that.. they are amazing 👏

Nice, but won’t give you water unless you pay $2. Had to ask for holders for the hot cups. Would have been nice if offered a stopper since it was only me ordering 2 drinks. Had to wait for napkins for spilled coffee because they were in the back.

This place is awesome. My favorite will always be the one on steel street. But this one is almost always just what I ordered. Even when there is 10 cars waiting they are quick and courteous with a smile.

Just tried to go through this location (meridian). One car there two people working one sitting out the window chit chatting. I guess the other one getting that cars drinks. After 3 minutes still sitting there another car pulls in other side. What does the lazy one hanging out the window do. Walk over and start tattle order. Needless to say. I left and won’t be back

Ive never had a bad experience at any of the Bigfoot Javas. Baristas are friendly and always get my order right. My favorite is the Mythical Mocha; chocolate, Carmel and whip cream! Yum!

Today I ordered a Cappuccino and a Caramel Macchiato. I received a latte and a latte with some caramel sauce and THEY WERE LUKE WARM!!!!! We were a mile down the road before we took our first sip, expecting the coffee to be hot.To be fair, I have been there once before and had a perfect cappuccino. I have friends that come here often and they have never had a bad experience. I think someone was off thier game and might need some extra training.

I spent around 10+ minutes to get my coffee at 3am only to be told afterwards that that don’t accept cards w/o chips. Seriously?! I couldn’t have been told before wasting my time? This is definitely one way to irritate a person that has to be at work at 4 AM and work for 12 hours. So I happily left without coffee to find a Starbucks that I know would accept a card without a chip. Thank you Starbucks for coming to the rescue. Money is money.

WOW just left this stand and these girls are zero inviting or friendly. I pulled up and the barista was so far from the window when she asked what can I get you, as I was telling her she walked even further away with no eye contact confirming she heard me (ya know normal social skills) I wasnt even half way through telling her my drink before she seemed annoyed. I honestly didnt even know if she could hear me.Then the other girl that rang me up was just as annoyed looking, she didnt confirm i was checked in after asking which location it was.. just super short the entire time. Ill stick with my normal stand on 176th, even if that includes going out of my way from Debbie downers.Oh and of course my drink didnt have whip becuase she was too busy intentionally not listening for whatever weird reasoning she had for that🙄

I have been here multiple times enjoy coming to this location. The coffee is great and the staff is friendly and efficient. I recommend their mocha, its very tasty. Just a heads up, they have some food but no toaster. I will definitely be returning soon for the coffee. Thanks ladies.

These guys have great coffee! Staff is always friendly! I think it’s the way the business is setup but it’s not as fast as say Starbucks when you wait in line but I believe it’s the quality that’s put into each cup of coffee. Plus they have white coffee which is my favorite. If you haven’t tried it ask for white coffee in your favorite drink it really changes the flavor and adds more caffeine if your looking for some extra energy.

Workers got into an argument on my drink fizzing. Its an italian soda. They always fizz. Insanely rude barista and very inappropriate way of “helping” a newer barista. The girl who got upset wasn’t even helping prepare drinks when it was busy.

First impression meh soso they didnt have any pumpkin spice on All Saints Day or the next day on Halloween and the mocha was bitter and I couldnt taste the coffee in it I watched them put 2 shots espresso in it but the supper bitter chocolate completely wiped it out. We ordered 4 different drinks total and the others were ok the plain coffee was good and the late was good the chai was too sweet it tasted like cinnamon sugar and was not very spicy.It was very busy on both visits so maybe because it was the holidays the quality was lacking Ill probably go back when they dont have a holiday rush and see if its any better. But not expecting much from them in the way of coffee unless its just a plain coffee that much they have down to a science at least, and can say it was good.

It’s hard to find kind people who treat guests well in this busy moving state though I must say she gives you a small town friendly feel and goes out of her way to give her best! I ordered a mythical mocha 6 shot 32oz and they burned the hell out of the coffee. Seems to be pretty normal at Bigfoot now days, so worried about production rather then quality

Yeah asked for a hot 20oz legendary latte and they handed me an iced legendary latte. Waited 15 minutes and was on my way to work. Didnt have time to have them remake my drink another 15 minutes.It was at 1:00 AM so there was no big line, just me and another customer.Probably not going to waste my time with a second chance.

Went to the meridian location. The girl that made my drink added so much ice to my vanilla chai that i couldnt drink it. It tasted like flavored water. Gonna go back tonight to complain. If Im gonna spend 6 to 7 dollars on a drink i would like to be able to actually drink it

The line was long but the wait wasnt. The 3 girls working today at about 10am made quick work of the 6 cars lined up. Nicely handled rush.

I went here with my kids in the car and I ordered a mythical mocha which I realize is like $6 by itself and 2 waters for my kids because I didnt want to spend the money for hot cocoa. Then the barista said my total was $8. I was a little bit shocked and looked at the receipt and I was charged $1.10 for each of the waters. I know cops arent free and some places charge like a quarter for water but a $1? I could have gotten them a hot cocoa to share for the same price as the 2 waters.

I love big foot java and normally get good service from their employees.. but not today, one of their workers was really rude from the moment I pulled up and giving me attitude. So I ignore the rudeness the first time and then I’m having a conversation with my son.. while I’m waiting for my drink and she wants to turn around and say WHAT so rude. By now I’m frustrated. So the young gal give me my drink and didn’t say have a nice day or anything just gives me my coffee turns her back while I’m saying have a nice day and thank you . so now I’m beyond mad because this is a place I come 3 times a week to get my coffee and my first time even dealing with her. So I’m calling miss she still walks away and ignores me. So I’m screaming excuse me and the other worker looks at me and walks away.. so now I’m yelling hello and the one worker stops and said yes.. as the worker answers yes the employee that was originally helping comes back with a attitude. And I ask her, what is your problem? She said she don’t have one. I told her you made me feel not welcome and uncomfortable the moment I pull up! And I don’t appreciate at it. I’m human and I wasn’t being rude to her so why be rude to me.. she said I gave you your drink.. it’s not about the drink. It’s about treating your customers with respect and being polite. Which she wasn’t! Now i won’t be going back and will be letting people know about there employee who one didn’t greet or had a smile. She looked mad and mean from the start! Horrible customer service horrible.

Was a really good coffee except i think there barista was more intuned with her phone then helping us or taking our orders. She basically tuned us out and we had to repeat ourselves 5 times this morning to get her attention and take our order. Other then that tjis is my first complaint ever about Bigfoot. They can be pricey. But it is worth the wait. I like shots of espressos in my drinks. Keeps me up and running. Some places, they premade their drinks without shots. But in Bigfoot Java, they make them right in front on you.

If you guys want to spend more then 15-20 min in line only to get coffee good luck, This pace has the slowest people workers ever!!! Who ever is the owner you need to reconsider why people spend so much time in line to get coffee then time to get coffe, me and my fiends stoped coming here for this reason.

Asked for white coffee. Def didnt get white coffee and Im allergic to the dark espresso beans so had to throw the drink out. Didnt have time to sit in line to return it. Wont be going back.

This was my first time ever at BigFoot Java. It was late evening so not too busy. The barista was very pleasant and the facility was very clean. Oh, and my coffee was delicious.

Simple menu but massive customization options. Plus they have pretty much every sugar free syrup flavor you could want.

I asked the Barista to surprise me. She gave me one of the best coffees Ive had in quite some time the sticky bun. If you like morning breakfast I highly recommended.Breakfast mixed in your coffee.
