All the staff are really friendly and helpful! Anytime I want to try something new they’re never shy about making suggestions based on flavors I like. My favorite drink was suggested by one of the gals there and I still order it pretty regularly. (Purple drink, add guava, swap coconut milk for the lemonade)

I decided this morning to taste and rate Gravity Coffee since I needed a wake-me-up. Once in line I whipped out my phone and wanted to include the price menu board in a picture.To my surprise an employee, whom was wearing a face mask stepped outside the stand and told me it was company policy that I wasnt to take photos of employees. I informed her that I was going to rate the coffee on Google.It wasnt my intention to publish employee photographs.Anyway to rate the coffee. I ordered a favorite of mine a vanilla latte.In my opinion it was just ok flavor. Nothing to write home about, which is why I havent told my mother about the coffee.

Really good choices of coffee. They do coffee rightNot worth reading the business below a 5 since you cant beat their coffee... They have a really goofy drive through system, it always seems like theres a million people in the stall and a few people taking orders and no matter what you tell the girl with the ipads it never translates well. You guys should just reduce staff and focus on the customer experience more than trying to copy Dutch Bros branding on the customer experience. You guys are better in quality, a subtle change will make you better in service too

Do not come to this stand alone franchise. I ordered a few drinks that tasted absolutely nasty so naturally I walked up to get a refund or see what they could do. When I walked up they refused a refund and gave me a number to call that did not even match the cooperate number. After refusing me cash back, gift card, or any form of compensation I went back to my car to drive up and they shut the window in my face and laughed with other customers about the situation as the customer on the other side of the stand honked and yelled at me laughing with them about another customer(us). Do Not go to this stand they will not give you the common decency of customer service and could care less about their customers. Window does not say no refunds or all sales final.

Awesome coffee/espresso and outstanding baristas. I made a blooper in my order and the staff fixed me up and would not accept any extra tip! Said nope it is just how we do it here! Made my whole day so much better!

It was awesome I have never seen two dudes working in a coffee shop ever in my life I dont even think Ive ever seen one dude working in a coffee shop but thats a different subject anyway this is the second time though their tablets been down even so it only took him a few minutes to make the drinks so its all good four stars till next time

Can be good but too inconsistent. I got the Sunrise tea fusion twice. The first time, it was one of the best drinks Ive ever had. I could taste the mango, lemonade, tea, and orange juice. SOOO good! I came back a week later for it, but it was totally different. All I could taste was orange juice diluted by a weak tea flavor. Very disappointing.

I had the Supernova and it is so good.

The coffee is always perfect and delicious. My only issue is the long wait. I know there’s no much they can do when the lines are always so long. That just means we need another GC stand! P.S. They alway kid the little kiddos lollipops and my dog a puppachino! ❤️

They use a great roast for their decaf, Ive switched to Gravity from my other stands.

We waited in line for 15min and then a girl came out and said that there was a lot of 🐝bees inside there and they couldnt make the drinks. I said: its to bad that they didnt tell us earlier so we didnt waste our time

I used to LOOOVE this location!! But now, Every time I come lately its all new, very confused girls who ALWAYS pour black shots into my drink. Theyre either too busy talking or just confused to whats going on. I myself am a barista, so I dont get why you would ever give a customer a forgotten shot. Definitely wont be back.

Ill give two stars for good coffee.... but for the customer service none. Sorry to say it shouldnt take three different girls to get a two drink order correct. Not even difficult drinks at that. Time to find a new coffee stand in the area.

I like Gravity Coffee and always take cappuccino in this coffee chain. But this time I tried it in this location. It was the worst cappuccino ever. I asked to redo it and they made it the same just put a ton of sugar. It didn’t helped. It looks like they don’t know how to operate their coffee machine.

I have driven past this place many times and have always wanted to try and today I had that opportunity. It was quite busy when I arrived and had to wait for quite a while. As I was waiting, a white car came in the middle and literally cut me, intentionally, with the room I had left in between my car and the area to order so that definitely put a dent on my experience especially since I had waited for my turn in line.Anyway, the service was alright - nothing great, just to the point. There were 3 people working inside and they had the music blasting. Literally blasting and I had to yell my order over the music so they could hear me. I mean, just lower the sound that shows more value to the customer who physically came in to have your coffee. That was also quite annoying actually.The coffee itself, was great! Thank god! We had the iced mocha (as I usually do when I visit a new place) and chai tea. The chai tea was sweet, more vanilla and cinnamon based which is slightly different from what I am used to but it was still delish, especially on a cold autumn day. And the iced mocha hit the spot. They apparently dont do iced drinks less than 16oz currently due to Covid, I dont see how that makes a difference but thats what the lady serving us said. So be prepared to get a bigger size if you want a iced drink, currently. The iced mocha was a good balance of coffee and mocha and you can tell that the coffee is roasted well and doesnt have that burnt taste.So overall, I would visit again just for a good cup of joe, at the very least while I drive by Meridian.

We waited in line for 16 minutes, before we left. The helper that came out to take orders from cars only went to one side of the line. So therefore everyone that was pulling up to that side was helped first and quickly even though we on the other side had been waiting for a long time. I understand being short staffed but also know that people should be helped equally and rotate not just one side of the line.I honestly don’t like to complain but felt it should be brought to attention.

A most excellent establishment! People are spectacular and the drinks are great! Got the Area 51, which was lit! If it was open during my hours I drive to work, I would stop by on my way.

I am not sure if my opinion really matters. I purchase drinks from you at least 4x a week. At least twice a week the drink is made incorrectly. I have another place I go for drinks which will reduce the amount of time I will go to Gravity, if the service doesnt improve. The girls are nice but as much as the drinks cost they need to get it right. Yesterday the drink was made incorrectly and I went back today and the young lady did not even acknowledge my disappointment in the drink being made wrong. Additionally every time I order from Gravity I usually purchase 2 drinks or more. It is important to acknowledge your customers disappointment in how the product is made and or how it taste. I think stellar service is the key to making a happy customer. I would like to be acknowledge for not being provided good service and being reassured that it will be better next time. Showing you care and that you value your customer goes a long way. Stellar service may mean that you as a company need to invest more on your employees by providing efficient customer service training and increase skills around making a more accurate drinks based on the customers request. The girls that work here are great! They recognize me and my hubby every week when we treat ourselves to a nice weekend drink. The service is great and I feel appreciated. The coffee is by far the best coffee around. The flavors are rich and robust. There are lots of neat drinks to try, and the girls are eager to help anyone find (or create) the perfect beverage. I highly recommend treating yourself to GC!

I love gravity man! I hate starbucks!! I refuse to drive to Starbucks. Starbucks is like around the corner from my house so I drive 20 mins to this one or the one heading towards the 5 freeway. Dont forget to Tip your beautiful baristas! Is worth the wait!!

Gravity is by far my favorite place to get coffee. All the locations are super consistent when making my regular, and quite a few of them remember my drink every time. Love that level of service!

Terrible set up, made worse with the slow service.

Avoid this place they take advantage of you and will charge you for everything, even a teaspoon of half n half, do not ask for anything little or small, they will over charge you and a 24oz hot coffee could cost you 10$ I drove off after that. I was coming here frequently but not anymore they have turned into the worst coffee place ever. Zero customer service they never answer their phones and management is absolutely garbage. The owner is basically greedy and pays his/her help very little and tells them to charge for small cups of ice. I will most definitely not recommended this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs, never spend money at a coffee place when management ignores their source of money, the customer.

Dont know what happened today, but this was the worst experience Ive seen at this coffee stand. One side had five cars move to one on mine. Not exaggerating. I get there are hard orders, and different levels of experience. If you cant see one side, or barrista is lagging behind, you need to start making changes. Dont know if I will be back. Many more places to go in the area.

I love their coffee and the Baristas are friendly but what I dont like is having to repeat my order several times because the music is to dang loud, and they still got it wrong! Not all customers like loud music....I come here for coffee not a concert.

Their energy drinks are the best. Everything else is about average. Prices are pretty high. A 24 blended mocha is almost $7.

My FAVORITE coffee stand by far! And Ive been to literally 500 in my life. Its not just the coffee thats good but the staff as well. They are so nice and sweet and never make you feel like an inconvenience when you pull up or order multiple drinks. Ive never had one rude gal in the 75 times Ive gone there. Definitely cannot say that about other stands. ALSO a huge huge plus is they give you wrapped straws! Theres nothing more gross than watching a girl grab your straw with her dirty hands right where you put your mouth.

Id give 0 stars if I could.The music is so loud that they cant even hear our order even when we repeat it 4 times. Then even after all that, we still get charged the wrong coffee order, as the baristia is making said wrong order. Now they have to ring it up again and make the coffee again. After all of that the coffee is so sweet you cant even taste anything but sugar and milk.Ive gone to other GC coffee stands in town too, I order the same drink so I know what it is meant to taste like. In the end I think we got a Latte in place if our mocha. Do not go to this location. All 3 times we have gone it has been awful. Poor service, rude and our drinks are never right. The one in Tillicum by post is leaps and bounds a better.

They rip people off. White chocolate is considered as gourmet flavor. You should be able to order an americano with a gourmet flavor (aka white chocolate) and receive that price. A 12 ounce americano is $2.30 and a 12 ounce white chocolate americano is $3.35. Gourmet flavor costs 65 cents. Therefore, a 12 ounce white chocolate americano should be $2.30 + .65 = $2.95. Theyre overcharging every person by 40 cents when they order this drink. This is dishonest and deceptive marketing. I will take my business elsewhere.
