We love this place! They have great coffee, baked goods, and amazing froyo. There are so many toppings to choose from, its impressive. The woman who helped us was so nice and patient. Its also a really cute shop with lots of plants. You should definitely try it out.

Super friendly staff, super clean dining area, and all around top notch small business. Stopped in while back at home for a weekend, having heard it was under new management/ownership and that things were a bit different than before. I was very pleasantly surprised to see fresh locally roasted (Tacoma) coffee being offered now, as well as locally made pastries that were DELICIOUS. Theyve also found instant oats that are made by a family owned business down in OR that were equally stellar. The shirts they sell are even fair trade cotton!! I really wish more businesses operated under these same ideas, by supporting local businesses together. Highly recommend stopping in to grab a coffee and a pastry or some quick oats (the PB&J sounds weird for oatmeal, but trust me when I say its nothing short of amazing). I wish I was still living in the Puyallup area so I could be a regular here! I promise to come back each time Im back home, however.

Love this place!Came today to purchase some yummy bread, but probably due to Covid, they have none available. 😫Instead, before I could reach the exit, I looked to my left and there were plants from a new vendor! 😍Expensive, but worth it. Haha.Decided on this beauty, since she was the only one. Will come back for the other I was eyeing on.Originally came to try their juices. But its just not the way how I make my juices. You do have the option to ask for quantity taste preference.

The froyo here had such a weird taste. It was like kinda sour and i had chocolate. It wasnt good. Its also SO expensive! $20 for 2 cups that werent even that big and a small brownie. Definitely, wont be returning. The 2 girls working werent very friendly and we got there over 30 minutes before closing and they were putting everything away so we felt like we couldnt even eat inside and they pulled everything from outside so we had to go eat across the street at a park bench which is pretty messy with a toddler.

Nice shop. Didnt have my favorite flavor. Pricey, but its downtown and the only yogurt shop.

I got a pumpkin spiced latte and was surprised at the quality of my coffee. After the closing of Gravity Coffee I decided to try Elements. Definitely will be coming back. Helpful and friendly staff, clean tables, and pretty cool decor.

I love the charge by cup idea rather than charge per ounce like Menchies. A great place to stop by on a warm summer day.

The staff here are very nice and helpful. The options are seemingly endless and delicious! I like that you pay by the size of your container rather than based on weight like other frozen yogurt shops have you do.

Elements has the actual best coffee in downtown Puyallup/Sumner. Havent had froyo there in a few years but the new owners have really brought the place up! They have a very relaxed atmosphere that isnt too loud and is great for cinversing!

Lovely folks. Very clean bright atmosphere. I had a tea bomb and it was yummy. A much better alternative to Starbucks.

If you haven’t been in lately, even for curbside pickups, you are missing out! They have the best hot chocolate, coffee and fruit smoothies! Then add in their sandwich and wraps! Perfect for lunch, your coffee break and even a wonderful place for a quick business meeting or coffee with friends! Staff is incredible and very attentive!

Elements was one of my favorite places prior to Covid. I find it really hard to support this local business now. I ordered frozen yogurt a few months back when they were just doing curbside and went in again today. To my disappointment the frozen yogurt is still too icy not creamy like Menchies. I have tried the chocolate, cake batter, and toasted marshmallow flavors which all have been icy. Covid has not made me not like the products, it cannot make froyo. I dislike because of how the company creates the froyo.

So nothing special on the fro-yo front. And less toppings then other places. And then the lady working the counter wasn’t wearing a mask and the store front didn’t have the mask required signs that every other store I’ve been has. Hard pass.

I went to buy a fresh Green Juice. This kid goes inside the kitchen and gets me a cup of Green Juice. I ask him, “Is this Fresh?”, He said yes, it was made about a day or two ago.Really? You guys are going to sell customers stale old juice, but say it is fresh?

This is my family and my favorite place for 🍨 froyo. The employees are always helpful and happy. They always have a great selection of froyo and toppings; both fresh and dried. They also charge by the cup instead of the ounce.

The selection is fine but the new remodel is cold and unwelcoming. The children that were with us were very disappointed by the “remodel,” so much so they didn’t want to stay! What no treats? AND THEY HAVE LOVED THE SELECTIONS.

It is cool that they have ice cream too for those that do not really like frozen yogurt. Flavors are OK tasting but not the best. Topping selection is good.

We love going to Elements Frozen Yogurt on a warm evening after enjoying the splash park across the street. The yogurt is delicious, the staff is very helpful and friendly and the store is always clean. My family has several allergies so I frequently ask to see the ingredients book, which they are always willing to let me look through.

For a quarter of the price I can have McDonalds ice cream and its way better. Frozen yogurt has gotten so damn expensive. We get it, you have toppings but for 20 bucks a family of four can have dinner and ice cream at McDonalds. Oh and the flavor of this fro yo isnt so great. No thanks. Wont be coming back.

Im happy to say that Elements has the best customer service I have ever seen. I received a prompt response to my post about Elements hours as well as a very sweet treat. I am now a life long dedicated Elements customer and will carry on my addiction at best yogurt place in town. Thanks Elements! See you soon..

If you want to come buy your child a 14$ cup of ice cream come here. They don’t post their prices. It’s a scam. I have never been to store that doesn’t have a menu with prices. Then the employees encourage children to load up while parents are scrambling to keep control and almost die of shock when they weigh up the ice cream at 58 cents an oz. that’s $9.28 a pound plus tax it’s over 10$ a pound. What a rip off. I see why they don’t post their prices.

Everything tasted sugar free in a way and it is very limited to flavors the strawberries tasted weird like they were old or something super small for the amount of people that were there and we defernwlly needed more chairs

I went here for the first time a week ago. The froyo was good, but the options were limited similar to Menchies. Ive tried alot of froyo places, and this is the first one to have a two sample cup limit which I thought was weird since theres around 8 different flavors to try.
