While the worldwide chip shortage is limiting their inventory, the super friendly and helpful staff helped us find the phones that best met our needs and price range.

Went in yesterday to avoid the hustle and bustle of the mall and it was a really great experience. The store was quiet and clean. Jeremy was extremely patient and helpful. I had my 3 kids in tow which is already stressful when you have to deal with phone stuff, but it wasn’t a stressful experience at all. It was quick and Jeremy was able to get my new phone all set up and was extremely thorough with all the important details! Thanks again!

I was helped by Hailey, OUTSTANDING service as soon as I walked into the door, she was ready to help me the second I walked into the door. Quick, but friendly and was on top of everything while helping me set up my new Google Pixel 4a, and was super easy to work with.

Cant help you unless you bring in a wad of cash. Snake oil sales, unreliable service, inflated prices, rude as hell sales people. Stay away from all Verizon stores!!!!!

Tonight my family had the best experience we have ever received from any Verizon store and we have Taryn to thank. She was very knowledgeable of all products and helped set my mom up with her new iPhone. She went above and beyond staying after hours to help make sure we were all set up and ready to go. I went in looking for new phones for my wife and I hoping to find a deal. I had no luck finding any good online deals and apple was going to give me a bad trade in. I was helped at Puyallup Verizon by Jeremy who answered all my questions and found a promotion that would give me a huge credit on my trade ins. He worked with me to get everything transferred (almost 200 gigs each) and my new phones all set up. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and all the entire team were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I highly recommend if you have Verizon, to use this location

Hailey was great she helped me upgrade to the new IPhone 12 and even helped us decide to get two series 6 watches. I would definitely look for her if I need anymore help with services or upgrades in the future.

Leslie was amazing!! My old iPhone died and was not recoverable. She explained all my phone options and billing plans. She set ‘everything’ up on my new phone and stayed with me to make sure I was knowledgeable on how to use it before I left the store. I’m a long-term Verizon customer and am thrilled with the continual excellent customer service.

Steals from customers, fraudulent billing practices. Automatically adds a donation to your purchase without informing you or with your consent. Its not your customers job to fund your tax deductions. If you actually care about a cause donate from your own profits, not steal it from customers.

I had a great experience working with the staff at the Verizon store in Puyallup Washington. They were very informative on the pricings of their phones and operations of Them which help me because Im not Tech savvy when it comes to phones. I would recommend everybody to go in to the Verizon store to get the great service Verizon brings to their customers when it comes to having a phone that operates when you need it to operate. Being in sales and having to wait for your Internet connection to come about while a customer standing there tapping their feet is in really good when it comes to business. Thank you for orizon for having great service great Internet capability and great workers that work in your pual up office in Washington.

I talked to the manager today and he was helpful although he wasnt very interested in hearing what I had to say about his employees. Instead of just listening to me he said he wasnt going to argue with semantics and he wasnt there. I wasnt there to argue with him. I just wanted him to understand. What happened to customer service? What ever happened to the customers perception and the customer being right.? He was interested in helping fix my problem only not about his rude employee that told me to go to Fred Myer if I didnt like it because it was cheaper. I tried to call customer service before going into the store but only got their virtual person. I could not get a live person. Verizons customer service is non existent. I am tired of people using the Covid for lack of customer service. This is not the first bad experience I have had at this store or with Verizon, but it is my first time writing an evaluation.

I was in Verizon Wireless mid morning on Saturday and was super pleased with my experience! Tanner listened to what I hoped to accomplish, reviewed my current equipment and plans and set me up with a great deal! I was impressed at how much time he put into educating me on the different options of the phones and working on saving me money with the current deals Verizon had to offer. The other team members stepped in when available to offer support to Tanner, which helped speed up the process and add personal experiences with the equipment, such as features they found useful. Everyone was friendly and professional. I enjoyed the front row parking and personal attention the location afforded me. Thank you Tanner for making a task that I usually dread pleasant and informational! I would recommend this Verizon store to anyone!

The young man that helped me today is the same one I dealt with 3 weeks ago. He is so nice and friendly....oh. And was so patient with me and my requests and even my complaints. Came in about a month and a half ago to get a new phone, as I have had my old one for years now. Was a little hesitant about getting the new iPhone since it is bigger than my old one, but I ended up loving it. Matt was great to work with. He was very friendly and was able to answer every single one of my questions. Best experience Ive had at Verizon ever! Outstanding service and a wonderful interaction. I have heard horror stories about switching to a new phone and upgrading plans etc. Not with these guys. They were fun and still very efficient and professional. They will set you up and answer every question you have. When you go there, ask for the Flynn experience. Awesome personal attention . I felt like a VIP customer. You will too! Take the pain out of upgrading and go to these guys!

I had to go to the store because my phone wouldnt charge and Eddy Lopez more than took care of me to make sure he got me a new phone right away and helped me charge my battery so that I could use my phone today for work while I am waiting for my new phone. Just left this Verizon location and I wanted to write this review while it was still fresh on my mind. The entire staff was so friendly even the staff that was not helping me. The gentlemen that was helping me whos name was Pete was so nice and helpful that I will only go to this location from now on and it is not even the closest location to my house

Bought their lifetime warranty phone charger cable about a year ago. Was skeptical at first but was reassured that all I had to do was walk in with my broken cable and I would walk out with a new one with no hassle...... well that didnt happen. I was told they dont carry those cables anymore so there was nothing they can do. Definitely not impressed on how they take care of their customers that has spent thousands of dollars there. I will definitely not be buying anything from them again.

By far the best Verizon store in Puyallup. Although it is a third-party retailer. They offer exceptional customer service and when switching between phones they made sure all of my needs were met. If you plan on going to the store, ask for Caleb. Took great care of me.As far as a response to the last 1 star review. They $400 is clearly marked in the contract and states that Diamond Wireless is a SEPARATE company from Verizon, and only applied if you cancel within 6 months of service after the 14 day return policy. Once 180 days has passed, the fee no longer applies. Compared to the South Hill store, the wait is shorter, better service, and much greater overall experience.Highly recommended.

Cody Conners is the reason I switched from Sprint me and my wife got the phones we wanted ans he walked us through everything in the switch from iPhone to the new pixel we are very happy and cant recommend Cody enough, while taking care of us he made sure to greet everyone customer that walked through the door while giving us his full attention. Very disappointed. This may look like a Verizon store, but they are actually owned by Diamond Wireless, out of Utah. Heres my cautionary tale:Upon termination of my contract with Verizon (after 10 years) I was billed over $700 in early termination fees for five lines. I paid them only to be billed by Diamond Wireless for $400 more, plus they wanted a phone back. Apparently they are allowed to have separate early termination fees from Verizon. This is in the fine print of the contract. If I would have gone to a corporate store (a mere 3 miles away) I would have avoided this doubling of termination fees. Furthermore, I was told that if I didnt return the phone and pay $400 within 30 days of the post date of the notice, Diamond would automatically send me to collections. The irony is that when my wife and I went to return the phone and pay the $400, the manager didnt know the procedure and wouldnt take either. We are still waiting their instructions.This is a deceptive business practice that should not be allowed. I am a former legislator, and believe that such practices need to be addressed by consumer protection legislation.

Over the last couple of months I have been working with Cody Conner. I initially went in to upgrade my phone and ran into all the problems with the Samsung Note 7. Thought the whole process of changing out the phone twice, then eventually getting into a new third phone, he has been helpful and gracious. He took the time to make sure I had options, having research multiple options for me. He made sure I go all my expenses refunded, including the case. I would highly recommend this store and especially working with Cody.

Kory helped me get into a new phone and Im very pleased. He was able to get me a early up grade, also I had to trade in my old phone and he went to the back room and grabbed me a cheap free phone to trade in, so I was able to keep my old phone. Kory also boxed up and filled out all my rebate info, not just that but he gave me a really good deal on a accessory bundle.

I came to this location when my phone suddenly stopped working. I was greeted promptly by Matt. Not only was he extremely helpful, he gave me his honest opinion about what he would do in my situation. I had my 3yearold nephew with me at the time and Matt assisted us is in how to turn on the display phones to keep him occupied and seemed totally at ease with a toddler running around the store.I ended up needing to replace my old phone -but wanted time to think about it. Not only did Matt find me a discount but he held my new phone until I came back into the store and finalized my decision.
