I just had the most amazing service with a smile from Vanitty at this shop I needed to upgrade to new phones on my plan and kind of get the most bang for my buck they walked me through all the options were able to lower some payments on my bill got me new phones and I was a Frustrated after being turned away from the store at the South Hill Mall who told me just to go to Best Buy… She did everything for me made sure made sure all my apps worked and pictures and contacts saved… I definitely would go back

Vanity H was amazing to work with. Due to an issue with my account I had to talk to multiple departments over 4 days. It required me returning to the store 4 times. Each time she helped me navigate what was happening and directed me to the correct departments to work with. Her patience with me and the situation was so welcomed. If you need to upgrade or have issues with your phone, I could not recommend working with Vanity more.

Long story short, I broke my phone and needed a new one. I decided to upgrade my husbands phone while I was there and he was home. I asked the gentleman to double check the storage to make sure I wasn’t getting less, he said I was getting twice as much as before. I got home and was disappointed to find out that I had actually just gotten half the storage I needed. I called the store and they said they would have to order me a phone because they didn’t carry more storage in store. I went back on 8/5 and Martin helped me at the Puyallup location. He was super patient and helpful having to transfer over and exchange everything. He also answered all of my questions without hesitation which was not the case with the other gentleman who seemed to have been rushing me out the door. Either way, problem solved. Thanks Martin!

They are super friendly very welcoming the reason im giving them a 1 star is because they were not able to save any of the issue with my phone so they are not very Knowledgeable so I now have to go find a store that can help

Dec 3, 2020Wow! Kyle helped me today and was soooo patient, kind and very professional. He took his time explaining all the diffrent phones to me and why certain phones would be best for what I needed. He was very honest and also funny. He made my experince enjoyable and didnt make me feel bad for not being tech savvy.While I was there a very rude gentlemen came in. Kyle handled the situation well and was as polite as could be. Way friendlier than I would have been. He politely helped the client the best he could and provided him quality service dispite his rude and attacking behavior.Throughout my experince with Kyle, he repeatedly said I could come back in anytime and he would help me with anything else. Verizon is very lucky to have such a qualified and professional employee. Thank you, Kyle! You rock!

My I phone 6 plus was too old and not working at all. I sell real estate and cannot be without a working phone so I stopped by a TCC Verizon store in Puyallup and had the pleasure of working with Kyle S. He was quick, helpful and kind and I could tell he knew what he was doing from start to finish. Excellent customer service is rare and I always appreciate it when I find someone who offers outstanding service. If you need a phone ask for Kyle S. You will not be sorry!!!
