Ill be the first to admit that I usually dont go to the non corporate Verizon stores because of horror stories, but today Nav was beyond amazing. Upgraded both lines on my account going back and forth explaining everything along the way made sure I understood everything from devices to products and if I said I didnt want something there was no pressure or kept pushing. He is professional, polite, quick, and a super nice guy. For his customer service and product knowledge alone I will go back to this store in the future.Nav thank you again for a great experience from start to finish! Appreciate you.

Customer service is lacking I came in to the store and was informed there was no need to come check my order in a short temper rude sort of response. He told me I would be called when it arrived. I asked if he knew why it went to Tennessee instead of there store from California and was told to look it up that thats why they supply a tracking number this phone was ordered 2day expedited shipping and is now more than twice that and still says Tennessee extremely unhappy customer

Ruby is a beyond excellent employee! I had literally the worst week after breaking my phone badly. The call center and another verizon location were downright useless and impatient because my phone was a total loss. If not for the excellent service from this location and the people Id have been going somewhere else. Ruby was so friendly professional and helpful 10/10! Thankyou Ruby. Youre amazing!!!

If you like being lied to and deceived, this is your place! I came in to buy an apple watch because they had $150 off promo, I was told it would be on my next bill. A month later, it still showed I owed the entire retail amount. I came into this store to ask why and was told that I will never get the full $150 off and that they take the $150 and divide it by 24 months, which equals $6 and some change off per month. I tried to pay it off in FULL and was told im not allowed to!The lady behind me in line was there for the same reason and interrupted our conversation, stating she was told the same thing with $400 off of her phone and she just wanted to pay it off. She was told no as well. I asked her why they dont share those details while selling their products, her response was well I do, but I didnt sell it to you guys.Both of us left the store at the same time with complete resentment and felt used and lied to. I will never take my business to another Go Wireless store again and I hope that someone reads this and is aware of their scams so they can protect their money.These people are liars who will tell you what they think you should hear, instead of the truth.Go to Best Buy or a REAL Verizon store, this place is only authorized to sell Verizon, they are not the real deal. I feel like I just bought a used car from a scam artist.Good luck

If you need any sort of service come to this Verizon store! The guys in here are great and super helpful! My Mom needed a new phone so I went with her to help her out and give her advice.....well, I neednt have worried because Jordan was fantastic and went above and beyond helping her. He got her discounts she didnt know about, streamlined her apps on her new phone and was extremely patient and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and I felt totally comfortable sending my parents in there without me next time they had to go. This is the best Verizon store around!

Very helpful and not the typical sales pitches. Jordan and Amber were great! Really laid out plans for us. Ended up not buying anything because of the high taxes in Washington however they were still nice and helpful even though knowing that we were not going to purchase from the store. I recommend this store to anyone who wants be treated right, get the information they are looking for and get great prices!

This review is being written because I believe customer service is a valuable tool if you want to stay in business. And you will get NO customer service from this store if you have to deal with one of there reps by the name of Jordan J. This guy promises you the world and then never delivers. If you call him and can actually find him in he either doesnt remember or he will call you back and then NEVER does. He then sells you equipment you dont need or didnt ask for and tells you that it will be at no cost to you because you have been a valuable customer for so many years. Then you get a bill for this unwanted equipment and hes not around to take care of his promises. Also, he sells you a phone with a battery that doesnt hold a charge for more the 6 hours, gets you a new phone and then you get charged twice with reactivation fees, and to add insult to injury he breaks your brand new case while installing it on your new phone. He promises to buy you a new case and that never happens, and that after returning to his store more then 6 times. This gentleman needs to be fired.If it wasnt for the help of another one of that stores reps, Amber, we would have never gotten most of these problems taken care of. Amber needs to be the Manager as she is the only member of that establishment that understands the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE.Amber even went so far as to promise that she would buy me a new case to replace the broken one on her next day off. Amber 5 STARS - Jordan Minus 5 stars.

My sister and I came in for my sister to purchase a phone on March 8 2018. My sister got her phone and I purchased a HUM. Amber was fabulous and is fabulous she is a great customer service agent and was amazing and helpful. After getting the HUM the next day I realized it was an impulse purchase and I returned it within 3 business days.Jordan J. took the return I got charged a restock fee which was fine. Jordan J. did not follow process and while I was able to recover the activation fee from Verizon and suspend service so I was not charged, the HUM has yet to be taken off of my account. I ended up having to take the refund paper work in to show Amber that I had returned it. She took all the information talked to the district manager and they all came to the conclusion this was a mistake on Jordan J. Jordan has not once called me to tell me he is working on this, how long it will take nor apologized for his screw up. The Hum is still on my account and this is completely unacceptable that he has not taken care of this.Both of the other employees have been so nice, but the elusive Jordan J is never around when I call nor does he return phone calls. This is why I give this place a 1 star. I will always steer people away from Go Wireless not due to the mistake Jordan J made but the total lack of communication by him or his district manager.

I purchased a cellphone for the first time in my life at 50. I was convinced to purchase a plan that was to include free screen protectors for the length of my contract. It sounded like a good investment, knowing that I would probably drop the phone from time to time. My wife and I have the same plan. She has taken her phone in for a few screen replacements with no questions asked. I went into your store today to have a new screen put on my phone due to one of those drops I mentioned. The same person who convinced me to pay extra for the protection plan informed me that it would be costing me 10.99. On the purchasing date this employee threw a phone across the store and said free replacement for any reason. I informed him that I had paid extra for a plan that included free screens. I was told that I didnt have that coverage. So what did I pay extra for? So I guess if your not a hot woman...you will be ripped off by this franchise/company. And people wonder why I never had a cellphone.

After going to the Verizon store in the south Hill Mall and receiving horrible customer service I went to this location because I initially called the wrong #. I talked to reyna on the phone and she was so nice and could hear my frustrations!!! I walked in the door door and was greeted instantly even though they were busy with other guests. Help me set up my new phone (south Hill Mall said that they couldnt). I will never go to the mall location again!!! I was so impressed with Reyna and Jordan the manager that I bought them flowers!!! They rock!!!! Thanks again!!!

We have come to this store since it opened, and even having HAD to go to Verizons corporate location in town, chose to drop everything and continue to use this location exclusively for several reasons. First and foremost Jordon and the time he takes to help solve any problem even if from the beginning he knows it wont result in a sale. Its a store you can come to and just visit and ask questions to learn about using devices, fixing issues or just no reason at all. You never feel rushed or pressured. This may be a franchise, but it should be an example of quality and customer support.

This store off Meridian in the Puyallup walmart parking lot has the most inventory and best people working! They have been patient in helping me understand and use with confidence my new phones. If you are looking for a new upgrade or having trouble with your old phone. Look for this guy manny. He patiently waited for what phone we wanted and gave us the great offer with the price range we can afford for a phone. He also gave us worth with our budget and nothing we could ask for when we have the Samsung Galaxy s6! Great with customer service and always asked if we needed water since they didnt have a/C in their office. You should get a raise or good commission!

Because you cannot give ZERO stars!!! I was within my 14 days from purchase (May 11 @ 8:24pm) vs coming in on May 25, 2016. I was told this by customer service and one of the Verizon Wireless Corporate Stores. They are trying to state that Im past my 14 days and if anything I can get a refurbished phone for a replacement which is not only completely illegal per contract law but nothing but lazy greed.On top of it, when they insisted on switching out the SIM card (which had already been tested and I let them know that), Brittany, the sales girl who told Customer Service she was a manager when she isnt, couldnt even get my case off, struggled for close to 5 minutes trying to do so and had to look at the case and instructions to figure out. Now Im going to take it to Apple to make sure she hasnt bent the thing with how she was wrenching down on it when this wireless professional attempted to fix my phone.According to a quick law library definition check that took less than 5 minutes to make [T]he term calendar week as it is ordinarily used, refers to the period of time from Sunday to Sunday, as it appears on the calendar. So when I made my purchase on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 and was in on Wednesday May 25, 2016 it was clearly defined by contract law and continuous upholding in appellate cases that I was legally within my 14 day period. Sorry Go Wireless, you arent above the law and dont get to define your own definition of days to screw your customers.

Worse service ever! First I was cold called by a woman who said she was with Verizon. She knew that my contract was up and asked if I was interested in a new phone. I was looking at iPhone X, so I listened. After a bit I agreed to upgrade and she ordered phone. It came in as planned and life went down from there. When I went to get it, I was asked for my account pin which I thought was odd. Why give my pin to a salesperson. That’s when I found out Go Wireless is really not Verizon. That alone troubled me as I felt I was mislead.We closed the deal and then I went to buy accessories. Nightmare 1. Store was a hot mess. Looked like they were doing a reset. Some items were on tables and some hanging. I selected a phone case which rang up $16 more. Sales guy goes over agrees that most prices are wrong and says nothing he can do. I made a fuss and they finally call a DM who reluctantly agreed to honor it. I could hear the conversation.Then they sell me lifetime tempered glass protectors. I’m a fan so I said yes. Two days later I was back as it was peeling off due to something on the screen that looked like lint.Then I started to have phone issues. Phone refuses to update and randomly shut off. I called Verizon who sent me back to these folks. What a joke. I had to delete a ton of notifications (that’s on Apple) but it worked for a week. It’s 2 days before my 14 days are up and the two managers ordered me a new phone. I paid a lot and made it clear as a business owner, my phone needs to work and that I wanted a NEW REPLACEMENT, which was agreed on. I go in to get phone and now am told no phone was ordered, those employees are fired and to basically go away. The now manager calls his DM and she would not talk to me, nor has returned my call. The manager gave me tons of excuses why he could not help including that his store was robbed 3 times in 2 weeks and that he was there all alone. Sorry for him but that’s not my issue. I need a phone that won’t just turn off at random and I need customer service!!!

Darnell was my sales rep and did a great job! The store manager Alex was supportive and available to answer any out of the ordinary questions that an older person, unfamiliar with technology, might have. They earned every but of their wages with me! I had questions about everything and they met every challenge with kindness, patience, respect, and a good sense of humor. The differences in phones and platforms were explained in great depth, as well as the plan changes that would come with the upgrade. They set up my phone and paired it with the Bluetooth on my car.:)Through this adventure I also met Robert, and the two Tylers, What an amazing group of personable and knowledgeable young people! Yay Team Verizon!!

I wish I could give this store a 0 star review. Like the others said, they promises the world. We went in and they had a buy one get one promotion on phones. Their computer wasnt working so he told us to come back. We came back and specifically asked if the promotion was still in effect. they said it was. Now we get a bill from Verizon for the phone. $1100 over the 3 year period. We call Verizon and they cant help us because, surprise, the promotion was no longer in effect. And now Jordan doesnt remember telling us that. I was a T-Mobile customer for 12 years before I switched to Verizon only based on this promotion. I would never recommend this store to anyone.Update: A month later and nothing. Im done. Ill pay for the phone and just give up, but last time Ill ever buy from here.

I have, depending on which direction I have other business in, went to the other VERIZON stores, only, to wait for their people get through their stories about nothing or get bad, useless, info leaving me with useless items, information and a feeling of being ushered out the door.
