These guys were very helpful when I came in to buy some batteries for my RV. I was about to order them online because they give 10% off online orders, but I wasnt sure if they would fit. I called the store and they told me they would honor the 10% off if I came in. Its six months later, and they still are going strong.

Great experience. I brought my wifes Galaxy S10+ in with a broken screen at 6:00 P.M. and Clayton D. had it repaired by just after 7:00 (and that was during what I could tell was a late day rush of customers). He was friendly and professional, and answered any question I had fully and honestly. Im very happy with the service, the quality of repair, and the speed at which it was done (and that we saved money by not buying a replacement device!)I hope I dont have to get another screen repaired in the future, but if I do I will be coming back here.

My phone hasnt worked since the screen replacement, working with Verizon support to get a replacement Sim card. Hope that that is all thats wrong. Im thinking either something was left unplugged, or too much heat was used. As far a personality the counter staff has some work to do. Pretty sure I didnt even make eye contact with the folks I was working with.

Thought my battery was dead. Young buck tested it for me and it was fine I later found a loose wire.Update battery was bad. Went for a ride down south and got stuck do to dead battery. Had to buy a new one. Will update again when I try to either get my money back or we work out a compromise that is agreeable for both parties. UPDATE So the young buck that helped me forgot to call me the next day. He said 12:30 latest, I called them at 3:30 and was told battery was dead and to come on in so I ho there and they are still dinking around with the battery. They ended up giving me a new battery. Ill probably put it in my tractor.

Excellent customer service. Made appointment on line and received 10 dollars off. They replaced my 3.5 year old Samsung S8 battery with no problems. They said to return in an hour which I did and the phone was ready for pickup. You cannot ask for better service then that. The phone works great and all is good. I definitely will return for other battery needs. Great store and good people. You cannot beat the price anywhere.

After looking at a few stores near me and not finding it I ended up here looking for a coin cell battery. They had it, of course and now I have my remote back. The store is clean and well organized. The staff are polite and helpful. Theres not much else to say. Next time I need a battery that is even slightly uncommon Ill just go to where I know it is: this store.

Everyone I worked with was very friendly and very helpful. I called around to multiple Locations in my area and found Batteries Plus to be not only the most helpful but by far the cheapest location. I spoke with two employees on the phone during two different phone calls and both were very helpful and kind. They did not rush me through the calls and were very knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions. I needed up ordering my battery online and saved an additional 10% off for my online order. I arrived to pick up my batter right at opening the next morning and they also changed my battery out free of charge and tested my alternator at no charge as well. I would highly recommend Batteries Plus, especially the Puyallup South Hill location. My experience was wonderful and I will definitely use them again.

Rode my bike over to get a battery for the Fugoo XL remote and they reminded me that it was free since I bought the last one there. They even replaced it for me.2021 now and I needed a new battery for my remote. They gave it to me for free but this time the guy couldnt figure out how to replace it... I had to do it myself. Had what I wanted but out of stock. Ledger said they had 4 of them. 2 pin 12v 10w halogen lamp.Update 1-13 MondayI wanted to buy a halogen lamp bi-pin 12 volt 10 watt. I wanted a single bulbs. They (Puyallup store) had the shelf sticker in store and found they should have had 4-5 in stock but had none. They (Jamie Velandra) called the Tacoma mall store and asked if they had any (single lamps) available & yes they did. Tacoma mall store said they will put one aside for me. I visited the Tacoma mall store (saturday 1-11) and salesperson found they only had the 2 pack. I left with nothing.

The online scheduling/pricing system was very transparent, including $10 off for scheduling ahead. Initially, I thought they were pricey, but several quotes later I realized theres a reason they advertise their prices freely. I came in for an S9 cell phone screen replacement ($275 including tax and coupon, other quotes were $300). Their service was excellent - very prompt and knowledgable. They finished the work in 1 hour while I shopped. They took care of everything, made it very easy, and had additional options for protecting my new screen that I hadnt even heard of through my Costco phone vendor. The traffic on Meridian is really the only downside.

Verizon couldnt do it...best buy wouldnt touch it ...they said buy a new one.... came across batteries plus bulbs and saw their sign that said they fix it all. Not only did they fix my boyfriends cracked screen on his s10 but they looked at my phone as well and said they could fix it too. Very friendly, helpful and it was done very quickly. Definitely going to use them for anymore repairs in the future.

I took my phone in to get the screen replaced. When I got it back it wasn’t completely installed but they didn’t tell me until I figured it out for myself. Once I brought to their attention, they finally fixed it. I have a hard timeGiving good ratings to businesses to try to hide their mistakes.

They had odd size battery. Friendly quick service. A little slow check out after severe storm knocked out internet. But they had bypass that worked well.

Jamie was very helpful. Turns out I had a bend in my phone and she not only fixed my screen she also talked me through what was wrong with my phone and recommended a case to help protect my screen from bending with the phone.

You carry better products at better prices and when I buy online, not only is it often even less, I can be in and out in a flash. Your staff is always helpful and pleasant.

This store is something I have driven by for years but after my first visit a few months ago it has become my go to for all things I think they might know an answer to. I really prefer the ease of amazon but amazon cannot beat the service location has. Nothing like a real life person to guide you to the right answer. I needed a new car battery and saw a coupon online. That paired with free install swayed my decision to purchase here instead of an auto parts store. When I arrived to pick up I was asked if I had my core with me. I said I was hoping to do the free install. This was met with a long sigh and an explanation that because it was late helping me would be second to helping other customers who would take priority. This is an hour before close and the store was empty. The only thing the salesman was doing when I came in was playing on his phone. I told them that was fine. He then proceeded to slowly get his coat and supplies and come outside. He didn’t seem very familiar under the hood of a car and struggled to install the new battery before arguing with me that I bought the wrong one. We then went inside and he looked up my vehicle to learn I had bought the right one but after another attempt he still couldn’t install it. He determined my clamp wasn’t compatible with the tray despite the battery being the correct size and offered to refund me. I then asked if we could check the other batteries to see if one that was in stock would work. There was one but it was $100 more. Not to further my dilemma, I was polite and told him I’d consider the nicer battery if he would honor the coupon used on the original purchase. That was met with “nope it’s online only.” I then asked if I could purchase on my phone to use the coupon and select store pickup. He told me I could but would have to come back the next day for the battery. Mind you, my pickup email arrived within 5 minutes of placing my original order, and there was still 30 minutes before closing. I had him refund my card and drive straight to the auto parts store. Total waste of time.

I gave the guy my paper with what was needed for a battery and I expected he was an expert I was wrong the battery was the correct size but according to my husband the battery was not what was needed only the size by measurement was correct. It was filled so I can not return the battery.

Was able to bring in a ton of florescent tube lights for disposal. Service was excellent! Several of the staff went the extra mile and helped bring them in from my car.

This is the second time I have been here for the same problem. my granddaughter keeps breaking her glass on her cell phone. although the price is high, it is in line with most other places but both times I have been here the girls are extremey nice and accomadatng.

I’ve been a commercial customer of theirs for years, I bought (the very best) battery for my civic, it failed prematurely, I (upgraded) to a Optima battery because they had a hard time getting a replacement, the Optima battery was good for about 6 months, then started dying and needed a jump when I did use the car. I left the battery on 2amp charge for three days to bring it up, I got it to 12v but it was only 2-300 cranking amps, so I brought it in on Friday expecting a warranty replacement, they said they would rapid charge it and I can pick it up Monday, I came in on Tuesday to check on it, because they didn’t call, they said they need to top it off and charge for a couple hours. I get a phone call now on Wednesday saying it’s not able to be warranteed because of the condition of the battery. I’ll deal with management or corporate and see if they want to make this right, poor customer service thus far.Update: Manager called this morning and made things right. I’ll continue to shop here and recommend them, best price in town on batteries except for budget battery, but you don’t want a budget battery.

He processed the exchange and helped me select the perfect battery to replace the dead one. Ill be back! Oh, and give that man a raise!

I ordered a new key fob for my 2007 Chrysler Town and Country and had it set for pick-up at a local location. The communication went well and I was notified within just a few days that the key fob had arrived and was ready for programming (a necessary programming fee applied). I visited them the next day and they struggled to get it programmed; finally ending up un-successful. The staff was doing their best, however they had wrong information from headquarters about my particular vehicle. I ended up taking the new fob to a Chrysler dealership, paid a much higher programming fee and spent nearly a half day altogether getting what I needed. I only gave this three stars because the staff was doing all they could do and removed some of the fees.

Battery was two weeks past 3 yr warranty. Pleasant staff. Lots of stock. I just prefer other battery makers where I get 84 month warranty for less money a good battery is expensive. A 7 year warranty is better. Thats how you backup a good product

We went in for help testing an old UPS system and getting set up with a new one. They were very friendly and helpful and we got what we needed for less than we thought. I know these specialty stores are getting rarer, but when you need something a little more technical its much better to talk to someone who knows what theyre doing vs. a kid at a big box electronics store who couldnt tell you the difference between a surge protector and a power strip.

Replaced a battery twice for us on the same phone. It stopped working 2x and the last time, the employee that had repaired it had made a mistake and admitted hed forgotten To peel off the adhesive sticker. Amazing that he was honest. The website said the batteries I ordered online were available for pickup at the local store. When I arrived they were not and I had to buy their more expensive batteries since I needed them that day. Beware and call the store for availability if you need them right away as their websites dont keep track of what is actually stocked in the stores.

I ended up going to the Puyallup shop because the Tacoma stored messed me around for 6 weeks on getting a key for my car. I got the key went to the Puyallup Store and the cut and programmed it in a matter of like 20 minutes. Sam the young man who cut and programmed the key was amazing, all they wanted to was make the whole situation right and they did that.

They do great work for a reasonable price.
