Fuel and all the supplies you need.Cooking or staying warm. Always friendly
Best place in oullayup to get your propane tanks or RVs refilled.
Great place to fill propane. Fast service
Great locally owned company, I just had a 7 gallon bottle filled, the price was lower than anywhere else in town, the guy that he helped me was very friendly and inviting. I was in and out quickly and he even loaded the heavy propane tank into my truck for me. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend
Im not sure what some of those other reviews are about but these guys have been nothing but nice to me. Im very new when it comes to using propane and they take the time to answer my questions, even when the first time I didnt buy anything, I then came back and bought new propane tank and got a fill about 2 weeks later. Theyre very helpful. I plan to buy a third propane tank there because theyre new, clean, and come with a gauge. Wonderful business.
Super quick to help me out with a refill, staff was kind and helpful. A lot cheaper than doing an exchange, will be back again. Also kind of nice they sell welding gear and will fill up your tanks.
Wow! I came in to get my c02 tank exchanged/filled and the owner did it for free. Will definitely be coming back, godbless you.
I bought a propane regulator from this store that turned out to be bad. I came in to ask why it may be working improperly, and got shrugged at. My mobile mechanic said it was the regulator, so I bought a new one with the intention of returning the broken one. After paying 75 bucks for another regulator I was informed they are non-returnable. Really? You can sell me junk, then make me buy another one a week later? The receipt didnt say anything about you not backing up your products. Thats one way to make a living, I guess. Now Im out 150 bucks and have had no heat for nearly 2 weeks of freezing weather. If Id known that was their policy Id have spent my money on Amazon, saved $20, and had free returns instead of supporting a local business. Wont make that mistake again.
My husband went to have his propane tanks filled, the first thing that both of the guys in there did was look at the clock. There was 15 minutes until closing. Next they found a reason not to fill them saying the dates were bad. One was brand new. Either way, there are plenty of places to get propane... this place will not be one.
Very rude aggressive and threatening behavior from the owner who acted like a high school drop out without any knowledge. He actually said it was impossible for someone to replace a rv tank with a used one because they are all different. Ive never seen anyone say such a foolish lie to make a way over priced bid on work. If you want a good laugh go in and ask him to write down the Google the #. I spent 2 hours the next day putting in a used rv tank for $25. I must be a rocket scientists
Amazing people
$13.50 to fill up a standard bbq tank. It took about 2 minutes. The guy was totally cool.
Incredible customer service! Just refilled 2 propane tanks and the service was great! I highly recommend this place!
I cannot understand all the positive reviews unless they were written by family and friends. This was the WORST customer service of my life. First we spoke on the phone with them to see if they could provide the service we needed. Chris said yes, no problem, get the orifices our grill needed, bring in the grill or orifices in, and he would drill them for us. His fee was $50/ per hour if we brought the grill in (which we were happy to pay) or $10 per orifice. We loaded up and brought in our grill in no less than 3 times. The employee Chris, who seems to have attendance problems as he wasnt there the other three times we went despite being told he was there on Friday-Sunday. Finally, we were able to talk with Chris in person and he said he wouldnt work on our grill because it had been used. He didnt buy this business to get all greasy. He was extremely rude and abrupt. Apparently $50 an hour isnt enough to provide customers the service he said that he would. As a business owner, he should know how to speak to people. At the rate of $50/hour, I should think a little grease is a small sacrifice. With this kinda service and attitude, I should think Chris wont have to worry about getting greasy for much longer in the future.
Wanted to sell tanks when brought own that was not expired and attendant was rude as hell.
Propane prices in this area are at about $2.00 -$2.99 a gallon 2.99 being a little absurd, I went to propane connection and filled 2 tanks totaling a little over 11 gallons, and was charged just under $42.00. If you have your tanks filled further out towards Graham, you pay around the $2 mark. I will never go here again. $42 is insane for 11 gallons of propane. I wouldnt recommend being ripped off to anyone. If you dont buy propane here they will be forced into lowering their prices in order to compete. This place doesnt even have their price per gallon listed anywhere that is easy to see. Youd think by the name its a good spot to get propane for a reasonable price, its not. Go to a gas station and youll get a better deal.
Been here a few times. Had propane when I needed it. Also had acetylene tank when I needed it. Fair price.
Do not go here. I was racially profiled and followed into the parking lot and to my car by the owner. He then knocked on my car window and told me he was going to call the sheriff if I didnt leave then stood inches away from my car window. After I left he drove his truck across the street and watched me and my family for over an hour as we tried to enjoy what was left or our day. We were actually getting icecream from the store NEXT to his. The whole time I was polite to the guy Nd gave him no reason to think he needed to follow me off the property or to even ask me to leave.
The guy that runs this place is always super nice. I appreciate that.
Gas is an art. As strange as it is to see those words together, it can be true. More specifically, fire is an art but you gotta start somewhere.Ive mostly relied on SHP for my propane needs. Im not in the position myself to really do anything creative with fire. It happens to be that i know people who do use it for creative purposes. When i quizzed the owner/ operator about what kind of decorative fire setup he could suggest, he was lightning fast with his responses. I referred my friend (bonus points coming from Enumclaw) to the owner and they took care of business.I highly recommend this place for all of your propane needs - from the simple fill-up, to the theatrical production.
Very professional, good prices I highly recommend, carlos peninsula propane
Great place to do business. They really are top noch with helping you with all your needs and have Holland grills. Keep up the great work guys.
Great operation. Ive used them in the past but just moments ago they gave me sound guidance over the phone to address my BBQ Tank.
Crooks and thieves. They are right by my house so I thought I would support local business. Bad idea.I bought a house with a gas fireplace and thought they could help me track down a part (the bottom louver is missing). I gave them the make, model, and serial number and said they would get back to me in a couple days. 3 weeks go by and I had to contact them. The person I spoke with said he had no idea what I was talking about so I gave him all the info. 2 weeks go by and nothing. I call back and get the original guy (find out he is the owner, the guy with many tattoos). He remembered me and said he called me back, but did not. He said that the manufacturer was out of business, and this is common with fireplace companies. So the parts are next to impossible to find. The only way to fix the problem is start over and buy a whole new fireplace. Riiiiggghhht.Simply looked up the model number online, found an installation manual. There was a phone number on it. I called it, they identified the part number and emailed me the owners manual for any other parts I may need and gave me a number of a local distributor in Kent. I called them and ordered the part. $107 later, I have the part I need without having to buy a new fireplace. These guys are lazy and incompetent and just trying to steel your money, dont go here.
I have been going to Propane connection for years. They are always courteous, professional, and helpful. If they dont have what I need, they make sure and refer me to someone that does. Please disregard the other customers negative reviews and rest assured that you will be taken care of with the utmost professionalism.
I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. They will certify your tank quickly and keep you safe.
Been going there for over 10 years! Fantastic customer service!
These guys know what they are talking about. They are fair, service oriented and friendly.
These guys are amazing! They stayed almost 2 hrs late fixing my motorhome and he could have charged me extra but didnt. I expected the bill to be around $400 and only paid $90!! And that included pressure testing and filling the tank! Even though they are in an out of the way spot (I was visiting Seattle from Coeur dAlene) it was well worth the almost 2 hr drive south.
Fast, friendly service. Tank fills and propane supplies at reasonable prices.
When I walked in the employees were out the side door on the right by propane tanks smoking marijuana. The entire place smelled of marijuana. I know marijuana is legal and I dont care what you do on your personal time, but smoking marijuana at work? On top of that the lack of common sense to smoke right by all the propane tanks, just wow.The tank I ended up purchasing (and only because they were the only placed open) had been expired for 5 years! It was my fault for not checking the date on the tank, but really do you expect customers to come back? Technically its not illegal to sell an expired tank, but filling an expired tank is. I find it hard to believe the tanks sat there for over 5 years before selling. If you have options to go anywhere else, skip this place.
Great service and quick. Highly recommend
These guys had what I needed and where able to help me out with the questions I had. I will be taking all my propane gas needs to these guys from now on. I cant see how they could have any bad reviews against them.
Over $3 a gallon is not very competitive. Ill drive the extra 6 minutes and pay closer to $2 a gallon. Sucks because this place is really close.
Great price compaired to walmart and the told me my tank age is getting old and taught me how to find out the date and when to replace it. They also have nice bbq and iron skillets i liked
Very friendly and helpful gave me information about trading tanks out
Very crappy service Cant see how anybody would give this guy a positive review
Easy to shop, and the staff are friendly and great about answering questions.
Open 7 days a week for your propane needs. Fair prices.
CO2 refills for your soda machine, paintball, etc.Two soda machine cylinders refilled for under $15.
Great customer service! Used them for propane refill and will be going back.
