Very nice people and helpful. Very large area and strangers were helpful as to locate the area I needed to depose of rocks from my yard. I checked and double checked Google for a place that would take different size rocks from my yard. The price was very reasonable.

Made an order for 8AM drop off. Waited until almost 9AM no response or anything. Had to call and they forgot about it. Couldnt compensate by dropping off later in the day because it wasnt convenient for them. Great mantra of putting the customer first.**Edit**It’s nice to know that when it comes to after leaving a poor review from failure to serve, it’s a quick response with now provided resolutions and show for customer care. But when originally trying to reschedule, all alternative times were an inconvenience. Good to know.

Great place! The people in the office were very friendly and got me exactly what I needed. They have everything labeled well so it was easy to see where you needed to go and their top soil was great quality! 100% will go through this place again!

The customer service agent was helpful, honest, and had a great attitude. He answered my questions and helped me figure out the best gravel for my needs.One important thing stood out to me about this purchase. I was quoted an estimate only because they have to weigh your load before theyll charge you. I think thats awesome because it makes me feel like I can trust that my purchase price was for the actual amount of gravel that was delivered to me.I also wanted to give Randles a shout out for delivering to me, even though I slept through their confirmation phone call and text message. I really appreciate that they stuck to the original plan and delivered when we originally agreed on. A++ customer service and I highly recommend this company for your gravel needs!

Absolutely the best place ever to get rock or sand. Unmatched prices 🙌 Literally $600 cheaper than home depot or lowes. The delivery guy is a vet at his job. Dropped yards of rock and sand perfectly on a tarp i had laid out in the driveway. I will always use Randles for gravel and sand hands down!!!!

Super experience with his company! Over the past three years, because of our new home construction, we have purchased many MANY loads of topsoil, gravel, and other landscape material. They always have competitive pricing(never found it anywhere cheaper, but we have gotten minimum 10 yards each time so for less quantities youd have to call and price it out). More important to me though is that they are professional each and every time I call. Even when I can tell they are busy, I have always between treated well. Additionally, all of the drivers who have dropped here have been friendly, courteous, and professional. Love this company!!!

If looking for topsoil, recommend someplace else, golf ball size pieces of glass, plastic, even parts of a computer circuit board. Oh, and a third rock.
