But your service department was quick to respond & assure me that sunbit would be financing my costs. And it was a huge, huge help. No one else is ever working on my vehicle. We bought the 2021 GMC Terrain and they made it so easy! It wasnt an all day headache experience at all. Still were able to run our errands for the day after buying a car. This dealerships service department is awful. You can pay up front, provide your vehicle multiple times to get fixed and they don’t repair it. Over promise and under deliver. The communication is the worst part… to get someone to call you back is a joke. You have to pay an Uber to bring you back to the dealership because no one calls you back to update you. It’s frustrating to show up and see zero customers waiting and all your employees sitting around just relaxing and chatting away with each other but no one had time to call me back two days in a row… ? You send silly surveys in the mail wanting to know my experience and I tell you… then say someone will contact me… and once again no one calls. GM should be ashamed to allow this dealership to operate.

This was the best experience car shopping Ive ever had. Id been trying to find this Equinox for quite some time and every other dealership was a hassle to work with and just made the process incredibly frustrating. But not your team. Tiana was PHENOMENAL!!! Honestly couldnt have asked for a better sales experience and person. She was straightforward and relaxed which made me feel so much more comfortable! Brad Higgins was outstanding and went above and beyond. However the mechanic that worked on my car got grease all over the drivers floor mat and spilled my coffee all over that was sitting in the backseat cup holder. How he spilled the coffee I have no idea because it was still in the cup holder but coffee everywhere. Very disappointed

The front desk representative Rich (Rick?) Was great. Check in and out was not an issue. I took my car in for an oil change. Upon receiving my car back- every time I stopped my car and had my foot on my break it shuts down (just like it is supposed to) but as it starts back up when I accelerate, a beeping sound comes on and system says Service Stabilitrak. It is annoying when you hit every red light in town. I would like this addressed and taken care of. I was told after paying almost $600 that the tech cleared the message and that this should resolve it. It is still doing it. However, when I came back to say something everyone was gone.

I informed them what needed to be fixed and they proceeded by charging me 150$ to examine what the issue would be. Said it would cost 1100$ to fix the wiring and camera for the backup camera. Backup cameras cost 300$ new from car toys. Just can’t charge 150$ to someone who already knows the diagnosis. I’ll never go back there. Probably end up doing all the work (besides big engine/turbo, and transmission) myself. Highly disappointed. When I take my M3 to BMW and tell them what needs to be fixed they do it. Not charge me for a diagnosis that I already know. Can’t put in full words how disrespected and disappointed I feel.

Experience was expensive as the cost to change fluids. The service was finished about 60 minutes early. The screen on my Interface was not appearing while the technicians were driving the vehicle and I had to wait 2 weeks before they could get a qualified technician to look at this under the warranty.

My Chevy Bolt was involved in a recall and after dropping off the car they provided a shuttle service that brought me home. After only a few hours the car was ready and a friend dropped me off. I just completed a 855 mile trip and the vehicle performed flawlessly. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and very professional. I have recommended this dealership to others already.

Terrible service! Do not get tires from this business. You’d think that the dealer would be able to provide functional tires for a car that they sold to us from new. The installation of new tires took 3.5 hours. Then we, assuming everything would work properly, took off the next day to the cabin 90 min away for the weekend. The tire low pressure light came on at the 45 min point in the drive. The air pressure in the tire was rapidly lowering the more we drove the car. It did not lose pressure when the car was not being driven, so it was not a normal leak. I called the next day to get an Appt to get back in and the lady had the gall to tell me that they have no appts for the next 2 weeks, completely booked. I explained that this was a safety issue that is dangerous for my family to be driving with and she wouldn’t budge. It’s been over 9 days and still can’t get the dealer to fix what they did. Brand new tires over $800 spent and I have a car that can’t be driven. I’m using my other car for another 5 days. Should have went to Costco. Never again with these guys!

The only reason I used Harnish BUICK/GMC/Chevrolet is due to the lifetime vehicle Warranty. I took my car in for a rear seat actuator release that was not working. Harnish replaced the part but did not reinstall the lower seat outer cover properly.Good thing I did a walk around and inspected my vehicle. Why I do this? Because, I purchased a G8 GT from the same dealership and in past repairs I went through the same issues (cosmetic parts missing, cables not connected, finding fastener or bolts in the car).Does Harnish have QC inspectors prior to returning the vehicle?One would think that paying $75,000 for an SUV that the dealership would take care of their customers to make sure they keep returning.Not confident in the Harnish Maintenance shop, I will be looking into Sunset again as I did with my G8.

Jamie Urbanec was AMAZING! My husband and I are pretty sure the sales reps sent her to talk to the Middle aged couple who pulled up in our beat up old 1997 Ford Ranger, all grubbed out as our intent for the day was the purchase a new dishwasher not a brand new truck, LOL. Jamie is a midwest gal, so we got along amazingly as my husband and I are both also from the Midwest. Jamie was fun, funny, not pushy, THANK GOD, down to earth and easy to conversate with. This purchase is for me, Melissa, as I have been going back and forth between the Denali and the F250 Lariat for about 3 yrs now. Jamie just made it easy to make the decision. So going back to the dishwasher... My husband Mark stated he will never go appliance shopping with me again, as my taste in dishwashers has gone up a bit! LOL ;-) THANK YOU So far for the great experience, we will be picking up the truck by Thursday, as we are paying all cash and are waiting on the bank transfer of funds. I am single and am nervous every time I need to have my car worked on. I love that there are women who work at your dealership. I trust the service I receive is the service I need, and the fee is fair. I feel like I am having a day at a spa with the customer service, which includes refreshments and a cozy lounge. I had to wait a few hours, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got the work done in under 4 hours given the work load of limited staff on a Saturday. I walked away feeling happy and relieved. I will always be a customer! I have been a customer for years and my daughter is too! Thank you for everything!

I had my Buick in for 3 things. One was to fix a faulty back screen, which had malfuntioned after I had the car in to replace the tail light in the back window. It was checked off and I was assured it had been fixed. It was not working properly. Not too happy to have to take time out of another day to fix something that should never have happened to begin with.

I called around to different GMC dealerships and found Puyallup GMC to be the most fair in terms of price. With shortages in vehicles, other dealers are charging a ‘Super’ premium on their vehicles. For the Yukon XL the premium over MSRP was around $16K with some other dealers. Although Puyallup also charged a premium over MSRP, it was much more fair in my mind. I dealt with both Bret Hansen and Angeles Villasano via text and at the dealership. Both were outstanding, professional, and took care of us to ensure we were happy with everything. Our finance person Keith Wagner was funny and not pushy, but did a good job of upselling the value of some of the options. We took advantage of a couple of those options. I will say that with technology it’s surprising we have to hand sign so many documents. Seems the signature process could be expedited with electronic signature.Overall I was really pleased with my experience and will buy again from them! Thank you for everything, we are especially happy with our beautiful Yukon AT4 XL!!!

When I scheduled my appointment for an oil change I was told that I didn’t need the 50k service even though my car was at 61k so I just scheduled the oil change. When I arrived at the dealership I was told that I actually did need it and that if I didn’t get it I would loose my warranty. I asked about getting a ride as I didn’t plan for a lengthy appointment and Rich said he’d arrange one. The shuttle driver came back about 30 minutes later and said there would be no more rides given for two hours. I told my service rep that I was misled about my cars needs and that I’d had other things that I needed to do so he arranged a rental car for me which I appreciated. Rich was very accommodating and I don’t hold him responsible for the mistake. I wish that I’d write down the scheduling lady’s name because I do hold her responsible for misleading me and wasting my time.

My family has purchased 4 vehicles from your this dealership (2017 GMC 3500 dually, 2019 GMC 3500, 2020 Chevrolet Trail Boss, 2021 Yukon Denali). The sales team (Isaac & Scott) are wonderful to work with, they make you feel like family and dont pressure you to buy just help you make the proper decision to insure you are happy with your purchase. They are also there after you purchase to help you with questions and issues. I cant speak highly enough of them. Ive worked with James and now Leslie in the service department and they are great, while Im not thrilled with the number of recalls (I knew when I bought the technology what I was in for), they do everything in their power to make it pleasant and work with me on my timeline.

I brought my suv in for a slippage that just started to occur. They did a diagnostic on my car and called me with the results of the diagnostic. Basically it was over $9600 worth of services that had to get done. Keep in mind my car was always up kept with maintenance and things that needed to get done. I picked my car up with more problems than when I dropped it off to them. I ended up taking my car to another shop and got a second opinion. Out of the list of things they said I had to get done, only 3 things had to get done. I also saved myself a little over $2k on service and he checked everything. This place only wants to take peoples money. They want you to pay for service that doesn’t need to be fixed. I’m never going here again. 😡

We came into Cheverlet of Puyallup and we asked what they would give us for our truck for a trade in value. We looked on the lot for a newer one, but they only had one and we were looking for a 2500. Anyway our sales person John Valetine was very helpful and we asked about brand new. The sales manager, Paul also was helpful. We ordered a new truck and on the 7th the deal was done. This is the second time returning customer as Paul sold us our trade in years ago. The staff we have dealt with were very polite, very helpful and very professional. John and Paul are a big asset to your company. They kept us updated by text as to the location and status of where our new truck was, starting that it was on a train in Colorado. I brought my truck for a service that a technician said I need because of a leak. I had an appointment at 11am. I was told that my truck would be ready by 5pm. I then received a call from the service department letting me know that my truck was not done because the part was not in stock and it would have to be fixed by tomorrow. Mind you I called an scheduled this appointment early that week on Monday. I let the receptionist know what I was coming in for what type of service, an I still the excuse of someone dropped the ball were sorry. Thats not a good enough for me I just dont understand.

Every time I come here, I leave dissatisfied. A simple mount and balance of tires is too complicated. They splattered engine oil all over the drivers door somehow. When brought up to the service rep, she made it sound like it was normal. I will drive 25 minutes out of my way and start going to Tacoma. Absolutely terrible service, probably the worse dealership I have ever been to.

It was tough to navigate the new check in process with the waiting room away from the check in and very little signage to tell me where to go. I was greeted and checked in just fine. The checkout process was not very efficient being honest. I had to check in with the service advisor several times to get some attention and it took a very long time for my vehicle to be ready. I would suggest the advisor checking in more often with customers and letting them know status. I also thought the cost of the service, even with a coupon, was very high. I am not sure if I will come back again for service or shop around a little more.

If you purcchase a vehicle here their sales person takes care fo you so no probelm with that however, if you will trade your car i dont recommend them since they will low ball your offer compared to other chevy Dealership. I purchased my 2021 Chevy silverado from them about 5 months ago & added about $5k on improvements but I decided to trade in my truck to get a Chevy silverado 3500 & they are only giving me a trade value of $36k Really? where as Sunset chevrolet are giving me $42,800 plus they also have lifetime warranty & lifetime oilchange.The manager is making up nonsense excuse on why I they are giving it to me for only $36k. Thats $6,800 difference .I dont recommend trading in your car with them since they will try to lowball the trade value .

A great job by Steven Backman to locate the vehicle I purchased. I also appreciate the dealer driving over 600miles roundtrip to deliver the vehicle to me.However, I did not appreciate the customer service after the vehicle arrived. I was kind of passed off as, The deal is done, so no need to give you any further attention. Although the vehicle was brand new, I could tell that it was just passed through the wash and dried. The wheels werent completely clean, the running boards had step marks on them, the tail gate paint was rough (had to request to have this area clay bard and waxed) in my opinion the delivery of the vehicle wasnt an enjoyable experience. I had to contine to ask to have things done, they even forgot to install the dealer plate, until I asked. The other salesman that I was passed off to was assigned to go over the vehicle with me, but he knew little about it.The salesman requested that I do a video explaining my experience and I agreed. But after some thought, and when it was revealed to me that this would be published on the salesman Facebook or YouTube page I declined for personal reasons. To top it off, after arriving home I noticed in the driver side door jam a sticker that said, Buy with Backman, along with the phone number. I thought this was creative, but distasteful. Considering I wasnt asked and to use my $55k vehicle as his personal advertisement was not okay with me. I understand the dealer plate bracket and signage, but this took it to another level. I understand marketing yourself, but to this level is not okay. Why not just put a Buy with Backman banner over the Harnish Buick GMC and Chevrolet sign.

A brand new vehicle had to be brought in for another service work based on a warranty repair as someone at the factory was not apparently watching and/or checking to make sure the head liner fabric was cutting long enough to get a proper end wrap to prevent possible fraying or other end issues where the liner meets the windshield. In this process the tech apparently miss placed 2 of the headliner vent directors/nozzles(?) and it is now 1 day past when I was told to expect to bring it back again to have them replaced.I feel like its this experience has been due to not giving in on to get the same vehicle but in a Denali trim package. It makes me really wonder what that experience would have possibly been like-if I would have experienced any of issues I have thus far with my purchase choice.

Have now had 4 separate instances with service dept with 4 separate vehicles. The last instance resulted in damage to my vehicle which the service dept denies occurred. As a customer i have purchased 3 vehicles from (COP) and serviced 4 over the years. I have had Service dept instances with 3 of the 4 vehicles and the final instance is the current vehicle damage which I am forced to pursue repair on my own. I am fully satisfied with my Chevrolet product (My car) but I am 100% unsatisfied with the treatment my vehicles have rcvd at the COP service dept. I would not recommend their service dept to anyone

We felt as though we purchased our special order brand new truck through a fast food drive up. This purchase has been in the making for over 10 years (as it was to be my husbands 50th birthday present.) We made an appointment to come in and meet with Scott (sales manager?). We knew more or less what we were looking for but wanted to make sure that we didnt miss anything. Scott did not go through any other options that we could of had as we were told to build it online and then come in to discuss. We were told that we would be kept in the loop with the production of my husbands truck... We had to text and call multiple times for updates. Two weeks after we put our deposit down and order in (just by chance of calling in) did we find out that the double cab was no longer an option for this model. We werent going to upgrade to the Denali just to get this option. So, this prolonged the production of our truck because Scott then had to put another adjusted order in for it. A couple of months went by and we were handed off to a floor sales person (Angeles, who was the most positive experience throughout this ordeal.) She did not know the frustration that we felt at the time and tried to make it as positive as she could. We were going to have GMC install the leather interior until we were told by Scott that it would take an additional SIX weeks to get our truck after it arrived. We decided to venture out on our own to have this installed (along with the tonneau cover and fifth wheel hitch.) Jump ahead four months later and we got a call that our truck was at the dealership. Great... When we arrived there was a new truck with a big red bow on it because it was the new owners birthday present. So we started looking for ours and it was on the other lot with nothing special done to it. (As this too was my husbands birthday present and they had been told this multiple times.) We had to go between the two buildings a few times to get the financing finally done. While in Scotts building he not once came out of his office to say hi or talk to us about our truck. Angeles kept walking back and forth to relay information between the three of us. Now we start to walk across the parking lot to get the financing done (we have now been there for an hour...) and I noticed how filthy our brand new (already detailed???) truck was. I had to request that it be washed while we were in financing. We were taken into Billies office to start our paperwork and everything was okay. She had a nice personality to her. However, as soon as we declined the extended warranty her demeanor took a turn and it seemed that we could not sign the paperwork fast enough for her to get us out of her office and on our way. Id like to annotate that not one person offered to walk us through how our new truck worked, what buttons did what, how to work Apple Play, etc. So, what was supposed to be a great experience for my husbands birthday turned into a FOUR month disappointment. Id also like to point out that we have bought our last four (4) vehicles through Harnish and this was by far the worst experience we have ever had!
