Napa Auto Parts has been around a long time and still doing good!!

I give EVERYONE at Napa in Downtown Puyallup FIVE STARS. As far as Auto Parts are concerned, NAPA IS # 1 !!!

The employees here are always super helpful and friendly. We purchased new brakes, rotors, and a caliper. We switched them out and brought our old caliper back, and recieved a rebate. They made the process super easy and we got the money back right away. My go to auto parts store.

The service was great. He didnt try to sell me more than I needed. Prices good and Covid precautions were well thought out.

Parts store one employee seems to always be having a bad day, the other one hes pretty chill.

Amazing staff. They are always extremely helpful even when I come in with complicated parts. I always leave this store smiling. Every person I have talked to is very nice and they always help me find the answers to my mechanical problems. Could not recommend more.

This location, had what I needed, but didnt feel welcome, so I went to the sumner location and bought items there. Im the only one in the store, you would think you could come from behind the counter to give your customers a more personable experience. Maybe it was just too hot of a day.

The gentlemen working there are both knowledgeable and easy going. If they dont have it they find a way to get it. And just because they dont find it in the computer doesnt mean they cant get it. They actually will grab a parts book to search for it.

Really appreciated the parts counter guy named Wally. I wanted very specific valve cover gaskets, and he took my number and did a lot of looking thru the many performance catalogs, and hooked me up with precisely what I needed!! He took the time to make sure I was happy.

A real parts store with machine shop services, so difficult to find these days. The service was quick and knowledgeable if a little pricey.

They always are very helpful & have what i need

I have only been here for 7 months but they have treated me very well which has returning numerous times for parts.Janet and the guys have had to investigate and find parts for me which they have offered me alternatives every time.They seem to be the only car parts seller who has a worthwhile guarantee on car batteries. All of the competition out there offers Two or three year replacement on thier warranty. These guys have 84 month batteries depending on what you buy it is two or three yr replacement and another 3 to 4 yrs prorated replacement.Their batteries have been $60.00 or more cheaper than anywhere else.They always have my online order ready when I get to the store.

It was my first time going to this particular location I really appreciate how they were all helpful even offered to double check my order to make sure it was it was exactly what I needed for my particular car. And because of that I am planning on getting all my auto parts from them and anyone that I know needs auto parts I am going to recommend that they go to this location.

The Napa that disappoints me is the one in downtown Puyallup. Customer service is non-existent and they have very little as far as suggestions

Best parts counter around!

I just had the worst customer service experience of my life here. Ive worked retail for 8 years, where the customer leaving happy is the top priority. I needed a bearing pulled, and a new one pressed. I was going to do the rest of the assembly. My first visit they said that they dont know how good the bearing would be after they pulled it. Keep in mind that this is a bearing they know nothing about because I didnt buy it from them. So I would need a new one. They also refused because I had a cracked toner ring, nothing to do with the bearing and I was already replacing it. So I go buy a new bearing form a local shop I know and get deals from. Once I return they refuse again. This time they say that the manager said no because if they press the bearing I cant get my rotor on so they wont touch it. I just want my bearing pressed into the outer ring and I dont press the inner till assembly. And the rotor goes on after that anyways. They still refused and the manager wouldnt come speak with me. So now Im stuck and the seems guys wouldnt help and continually talked down to me. I will never return hear and never buy parts from these guys. Orileys knows more. And they only have kids who click buttons.

I just felt like I was expected to just know exactly what I needed when I came in, when a little advice would have been greatly appreciated. Service wasnt what Ive experienced at other locations.

OK customer service, very busy & clerk behind counter seemed over worked. He didnt have 1 of the 3 items I needed and couldnt tell me if any other NAPAs in the area had it in stock.

Took my heads here to be machined and was very displeased. I ended up taking my heads and business to another Napa instead. They gave an inaccurate quote and in the end refused to give me a price before I consented for the work. Also the customer service was really crappy. I asked some questions and was treated rudely. The counter person was impatient and short. They also charged me $20 for inspection even though I didnt have them do the work. I wont be back.

Prices are usually higher than other auto stores here but in my experience the people that work here usually have allot more knowledge in helping people trouble shoot there vehicles.

Overcharging for machine work AFTER its done. Rude. Know nothing that they cant find in the computer, and the computers are never wrong. Avoid this place... ill be driving to the next nearest Napa from now on.
