I called to schedule a rock chip repair and their mobile service was able to come out to my work within just a day. The tech was really polite and communicative. He notified me when he was on the way and when he was arriving. He took care of my chip in no time at all. This was one of the easiest and best experiences Ive had with windshield issues, and will absolutely be a returning customer!

Terrible. They replaced the side glass but forgot to reconnect the door electronics. They also didn’t vacuum broken glass from inside the door. Now I hear broken glass rattling around every time I close the door.

Excellent shop, came in for a front windshield replacement, even before I entered the store I was greeted by a gentleman that was working finishing up a car next to where I parked, once inside they promptly took my keys and started repairing my windshield, i ordered an aftermarket windshield to save some money but they just happened to have an extra oem one in there inventory and installed that one at no extra cost to me. Overall I was very impressed

Call when I can went to pick up my car my door wouldn’t shut. I hadn’t even left the parking lot. I had to drive all the way home holding the door shut with my left arm while shifting and driving with my right. Also getting charged $15 to dispose of broken glass is a little bit insulting. Actually it’s very insulting. They were polite on the phone which was nice but when it came to the actual work I paid for a service and it’s a little suspicious that the very first time I open my door it doesn’t shut. I wonder if someone knew about it and just didn’t want to be accountable for it.

Could only reach a real person once said they could come out and fix my car told her was a new car and their website said after windshield was replaced would have to be recalabrated she said it could be done at my home worker came out for nothing I told the person on the phone I work 12 nights and sleep days long story short called speedy glass they picked up my car and brought it back awesome will never do business with anyone else!! Windshield was done in an hour, and was cheap. Wouldve liked to see an effort in cleaning up the old glue. Craftsmanship 7/10, some clips on A pillar cover not in place. Cleanup 2/10. Not a bad place for cheap though

Asked for a windshield fix. Told them it was a 36 Ft RV, they said bring on down. Problem, unless you have a small to midsize car, you wont get into their parking lot (single side lane only), or service entrance (back of alley, single lane). Not thrilled about this. I wish they had told me when I asked.

They do not know how to put in a rear window. Missing fasteners, glass not in the regulator. I had to fix it myself.

They came out on time and replaced the window that was broken by a smash and grab. Great work and highly recommended.

Just got my windshield replaced here.I got a quick appointment less than 2 days out, and they allowed me in a bit early, as I arrived early, and I was out in less than the hour they alotted.Price was reasonable ($230 for a 91 F250) with no attempts to upsell.They informed me of some body issues, and ensured I was aware of the consequences.Very professional, with respect for my time, and property.Im very happy, and will happily tell my friends. Their 4.7 stars are well deserved.

My husband got his windshield replaced here and it came with a “warranty” in case he gets a chip, it would be free to fix. When our car got a chip in the windshield, he brought it back and they took no more than 3 minutes to look at it and say they couldn’t do it. It felt like they didn’t even try to help. When my husband asked what his options were they said they couldn’t help and he would just have to wait until it spreads then they could fix which btw he would then have to pay for. Just curious what’s point of warranty and also hoping he didn’t have to pay extra for it because this doesn’t seem right at all...

My insurance didnt cover the glass damage and I was under the assumption that it did. They did the work before I found this out. SUBARU OWNERS BEWAREYour company was recommended by Pemco Insurance for a windshield replacement on my 2021 Subaru Legacy. I was told your company is able to properly calibrate the Subaru Eyesight as the shop has the proper equipment.I had an 11am appointment but was running behind due to traffic and was pulling into the parking lot at 11:10 when Suzan called. Right away Suzan had a tone over the phone that sounded angry, upset, or disappointed. She asked if I was still planning on showing up and I told her I was pulling into the parking lot and would be inside in a second. I walked in and her tone had not gone away and was somewhat rude. No introduction or welcome just an immediate demand for my insurance information. I was told it would be about 2 hours. I dropped the car off and got picked up.Fast-forward 5 hours later.... I was called by Suzan and told I could come pick the car up, however the technician experienced issues with the Subaru Eyesight calibration and there were faults in the system and I would have to take the car into the dealership for proper calibration. I explained that nothing was wrong with the Eyesight system when I dropped it off and I had no warnings or notifications (which I would have if Eyesight experienced faults, Ive owned Subaru vehicles for quite some time). She told me there were problems and faults listed when they tested the system pre-scan. I called my Subaru dealership who told me the re-calibration would cost me $268 out-of-pocket and I may get reimbursed by insurance but there was no guarantee. So now I was facing a total $468 bill for a simple windshield replacement.I arrived 15-minutes before closing and Suzan seemed to be in a rush to close and go home. I did not get any explanation about the faults and then she showed me several error codes that the technician found during the scan. I was told to take it to a dealership and no one was available to explain in detail what happened until the next day. I was told by Suzan that none of the codes were caused by your technician.I drove my vehicle to the Subaru Dealership and they performed a diagnostic and re-calibration, which was another 2 hours of my day. Subaru stated this is a common issue from glass replacements because the equipment used for calibration is not properly used or is not compatible. Subaru technicians stated Codes were caused by glass shop. If camera is removed for windshield replacement and the ignition is turned on without the camera hooked up these codes will set. I was told by the dealership that the calibration and scan procedures were done incorrectly which caused the codes and faults. Subaru was instructed to bill Speedy Glass for the repairs.I will NEVER use Speedy Glass again. I have advised Pemco Insurance of my experience with your company. From the rude employees to the obviously incompetent technicians....horrible experience.

They called ahead of time to let me know when they were coming, they showed on time and courtesy. They handled all the paperwork with my insurance. They even vacuumed my whole car, which was a huge bonus.

Side mirror replacement in 20 minutes after part arrived. Worked and coordinated with my company vehicle fleet management group to get my vehicle fixed.

I drive a Jeep so of course i have chips all the time. Everyone at Speedy are so professional but yet so very kind and friendly. I have always just brought the Jeep in with no appointment. I never have a long wait. They do such precise work i have never had a complaint. Its so nice to see there is a company in the dog eat dog world that cares about the quality of their work and being polite to their customers. We are lucky to have them here.

Came in with a decent sized crack in my windshield that another business had already told me that I would have to just replace the entire thing. I had a very bad experience previously with a one man operation where i tried to save a few bucks on a windshield replacement. It was a nightmare... windshield leaked with first rain and fried my cars computer. Never again! So this time I was determined to find a reputable company so I called around to get a few quotes. Speedys quote was very competitive and the timing worked out well. My Technician was friendly, and knowledgeable. He did a great job and replaced my front windshield quickly at my home. I will definitely call Speedy if I ever need another windshield replacement.

Our power window came off the track on a rainy Sunday. I called them early Monday and they worked us in despite being quite busy, as it was inclement weather and our window was stuck in a down position. We dropped in to the Puyallup South Hill Speedy Glass yesterday after a large rock left a big chip and a very small one in our windshield. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. We can see a small watery looking spot where the big spot was, but it’s so much better and won’t crack now! I was fearful we wouldn’t even make it in without it cracking it was so bad. Thanks for a job well done!

My trim piece was damaged due to going through a car wash. I went in to Speedy Glass for an estimate and they offered to repair it for free, as it was a simple enough thing for them to fix. What great service! Needless to say, I will be taking any future business I have here. :)

Great experience! I called around to a couple different shops and these guys were priced in the middle of the rest. The coolest thing was that if you are close enough they will come out to your house and do the repair there! I called late in the evening to set an appointment to have a windshield replaced and they came out the next day at 8am! cant ask for a more convenient service! Definitely will recommend. Sure you can find a better price from those cut rate shops but I prefer to use a known reputable company for $20 more. Plus they can come out to your house!

Speedy Glass forgot to vaccuum car and had to talk to supervisor to check the car.

In less than 20 minutes, rock chip damage was repaired at a very good price, highly recommended.

I stopped In here to see if they could give me a price to get my drivers side window back on the track. The guy came out and instantly started working on it outside. He then told me he needed to bring it into the shop. It only took him about a half hour and then he proceeded to tell me no charge!! I couldnt believe it. The other two people I chatted with in the lobby were also very nice. I will definitely go here again!

Well my rear window had got shattered at a gas station. When i went to my appointment i know my heater tabs were on the sides of my window but after i had dropped my car off i got a call saying that my car didnt have its heaters for my wwindow i said go ahead and install because i needed a window but i know the tabs were there because me and my boyfriend made sure they were there and not damaged and on the bill it says window, heater, and some solar powered thing. But i had to pay for it even though they removved the tabs
