Incredible experience! They were able to get me an appointment within 24 hours and their military discount actually left me speechless. Staff was incredibly friendly and the windshield was replaced so much quicker than I expected. Highly recommended especially for military.

I needed a fresh ding fixed and just couldnt pay over 100.00 that other places charge and April from Genuine contacted me to help me out, they were fast, affordable, professional and the waiting area was clean and spacious. I will totally be going back the 2-3 times a year I seen to need to.

I had to order a replacement window a few weeks ago. At the time of ordering I was quoted just over $2000 for the window - today when they called they said it was an additional $200 more and the person who quoted me must have made an error. They would not release my vehicle until I paid the full amount. They really need to quote correct prices upon ordering verses changing it once the service is complete.

This place was great! Super fast, super friendly and they even put my good to go pass back on the windshield after replacing it! Its the little things!

They did not take the time to do it properly. They hurried and brushed away too quick. Poor customer service. The lady in a Puyallup branch is very rude. They refused to guarantee their work for rock chip repair.

I always like to support the local businesses and these guys have amazing prices and are friendly and fast. They repack my windshield and I didnt notice a flaw in the glass until rain season. The flaw had nothing to do with them, it was just flawed glass and they were very helpful and they graciously replaced my windshield for me under the warranty. Took less than an hour! Brought my car here to get the windshield replaced. When I was calling around for quotes they were one of the places that a live person answered the phone and didn’t have to go through a long phone tree. They were the cheapest by like $200 than all the other places I called. I was in and out in 1.5 hours. Staff was super friendly and the technician was great! I’ll definitely be coming back here since my windshields attract all the rocks on the road. They have multiple locations, give them a call when you need a windshield replaced or fixed. Place is awesome!

I showed up with a star in my windshield with no appointment. They were able to check it out and work on it, squeezing me in even though they had a full shop. I appreciated the great customer service and would recommend them in the future. If I do need a window, I will go to them.

Great work at a fair price!! Make sure to tell them your insurance agents name, even if not using insurance to fix your glass, for a considerable discount if your agent is on their referral list!

Every single person I encountered was very friendly. Both on the phone and in person! They did a great job in helping me on what they felt I did and didnt need based on my concerns. And even gave me insight/knowledge on the chips on my windshield.

When it seemed every glass shop in my area was weeks out they was able to get to me right away! Given the unique circumstances of my rear window replacement they where able to make a plan and execute it in a timely manner! The staff was professional while still being down to earth! I know it is Covid times but when I made my appointment to get my windshield replace they did not inform me no waiting in there lobby and would take up to 2hrs. If I had known I would of had a friend pick me up and drop me back off when ready. Instead had to stand outside in the rain. It would of not been that bad but I have a bad knee and to stand on it for that long it was killing me later.

Today, Genuine Auto Glass was able to do a rock chip repair on my windshield in record time. As a walk-in customer, I was at this location for less than 30 minutes, which went by ridiculously fast. The staff are friendly, sincere, and professional. They treated me like a regular, and I was definitely surprised that they even vacuumed my car during the repair! You wont be disappointed.

I need to say a MASSIVE shout out the the Vice President(Jeff) of the company!! He reached out to me with an apology and asked if he could make things right. My vehicle was fixed today and he covered all costs. I am confident in saying my initial experience was a one off with this company! Thank you again!I needed to have my rear window replaced. I have had good experience in the past however this time was horrible. They broke my rear window wiper and called to inform me and instead of them fixing it, I was told it was enviable and that they was fix it AT MY EXPENSE!!!! Are you kidding me! Then I was was quoted 280 ended up costing 313. Then I get into my car and the seat is moved, leather is dirty and volume on the radio is cranked... I am shocked that the level of unprofessionalism! Would not recommend

Do not go here! i had windshield replaced here and it leaked and got my head liner soaked... had them warrantied it because i was only in for a week and first rain fall it leaked, they said they only warranty it once because it has silicone... if that was the case then theyre the ones that did it. luckily its not leaking now

Incredibly grateful for this shop. They squeezed me in on a Saturday (I called Friday afternoon) after getting my window smashed. I arrived 30 minutes after the original appointment time because I went to the wrong location but they still got me in even though they were slammed. They were so friendly and did a great job. I 100% would recommend them.

Genuine Auto Glass is fast, efficient, and fairly priced. I have used them twice in the past two months. I have a 2015 Ford Explorer. They were very knowledgeable regarding the specific windshield needed for my make of vehicle. The quote I received was also less than the another place I called.

My Genuine Auto Glass experience was Great! My companies car window was busted open the middle of the night and robbed, so I had to get my passenger window replaced. Yesterday, a neighbor was weeding their yard and threw a rock into my rear passenger side window - shattering the glass. I called Genuine Auto Glass, made an appointment for today at 3. It took less than an hour and the window has been replace looking as good as new! Great service!

Driving on freeway and a big rock jumped up and put a quarter coin sized chip in my windshield! (Freakin rocks!!) and these guys were open on Saturday and were able to have me come in and do a quick repair so it doesnt turn into a big crack across my windshield! They were fast! Took my insurance. I asked them about a price on a replacement and it sounds like itll cost less then any where else, so I will probably be going back!

I took my car into puyallups geninue Auto Glass on Monday after my window was broken into. The wrong part was ordered and an employee offered to drive in the ice and snow to go pick up the right one. My car was fixed (and cleaned out really well) in an hour. Everyone in the office was friendly and worked with urgency to get us on our way..... Good people! Would highly recommend!

We were on our way to Puyallup to pick up another car when we noticed a small rock chip in our windshield. Because of our past good experiences with Genuine Auto Glass in Tacoma we decided to use their Puyallup location. Our contact person Stephanie and all the other team we came in contact with did a fantastic job. Stephanie took care of all our needs with no problems at all and while waiting for our repair we were also impressed with all the other staff who engaged us in conversation. Not happy with this service at all.... Had to take my Durango in three times to fix the very load noise coming from the the new window. Never had a bit of noise until they replaced it. Sound is better after the third visit. But the point is the sound was NOT there before. So disappointed in the quality of their work. If its windy it sounds awful. I was recommended by the shop I take my car for repair. I would NEVER recommend this place!!! The guy who went for a drive to hear the noise, says oh I hear it thats normal. The hell it is... wasnt there before. Dont go here for window repair ....

After having to deal with the shock of my car getting broken into, dealing with police, insurance & broken glass.... going to Genuine Auto Glass was a breath of fresh air! They were all very friendly, and you can tell they are a close knit group. They were able to fit me in 6 days before a competitor could! Installed the window in my JEEP and cleaned up everything, not a speck of glass left.... hopefully I wont need another new window anytime soon, but if I do Ill definitely be returning. We took two of our vehicles in for repairs.My wifes vehicle had a window that was open and wouldnt go down. They replaced I window moter, and much cheaper than at the dealership. I had a damaged windshield. We were very impressed with the quality of their service and quick turnaround time. The local dealership said they wouldnt be able to look at it for another. Not what we wanted to hear with all the heavy rains last week. Very impressed with Genuine Auto Glass in downtown Puyallup.

What I can only assume was the business manager was rude and not friendly and was huffy when I asked questions and pointed things out that I needed explaining. We took our Vw Passat in to get our sunroof drain tubes cleared. This was after calling a couple times to be sure they could do it. The receptionist said they do it all the time and it would be 75$ plus tax. So back to what I was saying. It took them about a half hour to do. The mechanic came out and said they were not going to charge us because he didnt fix the problem. That already sounded fishy. So we still had water dumping into the footwells of the car. He also said he successfully unclogged the back drains. That was also false. We took it to a different shop today that had said the back drains were still terribly clogged and because of how the guy at genuine did it, it cracked the front drivers side tube in two places and needed to be completely replaced. So I wouldnt recommend anyone going here for the type of job ever. If they would have done it right the first time we wouldnt have had to pay a crap ton of money to go somewhere else.

I have had a few windsheilds done by them. One thing i can say is that they stand behind their work. I had a windsheild that they had replaced fail to seal about a year after they installed. They replaced it asap with 0 cost to me. The owner spoke to me himself and even paid to have the water cleaned up the right way.
