They repaired the truck bed of my f350 after a tire blow out damaged the truck bed side. Did a great job repairing & repaInting, were very professional in all aspects of dealing with us, and they were very accurate on both cost of repair and time required to fix. I came down to get my estimate and everything was great. Great customer service and all that. I was emailed and told they could book me the week of.... So I said book it and let me know. I was never notified of an exact apt date. I emailed the Friday before to inquire. I was emailed back on the 28th, stating i was booked for the 27th and could still bring it in the 27th after 8am. So, with it being the 28th, I told them I could bring it any time, please just let me know when and Ill be there. I never heared from them again. Deff will not recommend this place to anyone sorry to say. Seemed like nice folks

My cars window was smashed out while my family was at at point defiance on Father’s Day. They stole valuable items from my car and charged up all my debit and credit cards. On Top of that I was driving around for a week without a window, until I could get insurance settled. so I never felt comfortable going anywhere because I didn’t want my car left open so exposed.My insurance company let me choose where I wanted to get the work done and I had no idea where to start. This was such a stressful time for me, I was so overwhelmed. I cross referenced places between different sites and chose Fix auto. They made the process so easy and hasslefree. Originally I was going to have to wait an extra week before they could get my car in. Joe called me when I wasn’t expecting it and said “ I heard you’re driving around without a window and it’s going to rain this week I can get you in tomorrow I instead.” They handled everything to get me a rental car, they worked directly with my insurance. Enterprise came and had a car available for me to drive off directly after I dropped off my car at fix auto.They have a system that sends you emails and text updates to let you know on the progress of your vehicle and if they’re still on schedule or if the completion date has changed. This made everything really simple I didn’t have to call and figure out what’s going on with my car they kept me up-to-date the entire time.I’ve read some of the other reviews on here that have said things about this company that are absolutely false, everyone single person I talked to was an absolute professional. The whole comment about someone from the shop telling him to smoke another Doobie I think that was just a completely false review because I saw no one of any sort at any other way than extremely professional and confident in what they’re doing. And as far as the estimate date changing they were very specific in the beginning about telling me they couldn’t give me an estimate until they took the car apart and got in there and assessed everything, complications can always arise in thus line of work which would change the estimation date. You need to be flexible.My car looks absolutely amazing when I got it back yesterday. I think they actually shampooed my carpet and waxed my car I mean my car looks like it got detailed. They also offer a lifetime warranty for the work they did for as long as you own the vehicle.It’s always such a stressful time when you’re dealing with any sort of damage to your car but I can confidentially recommend this place. I don’t often give 5 star reviews to anything- but this shop has my full support I would recommend them to anyone. Hopefully I won’t have to deal with any car accidents or break-ins for a long long time, but if something were to happen again I will definitely be going back to this place.

I am so happy I found this place. I am very meticulous and read countless reviews on anything and everything, and after researching many body shops, I finally decided on Fix Auto- Puyallup. Being new to Washington and with my husband being gone for several months for work, I really had no one I could rely on throughout this process but Fix Auto stepped in and went above and beyond to help me. When I went in to get an estimate, it was quick and easy and Chris, the person inspecting my vehicle, made the process truly feel so simple. We decided on a day to bring in my vehicle, and it was ready in a few days as Chris said it would be. Because it would be finished on a Friday and they are closed on weekends, I had no way of picking up my vehicle since I would be at work and not make it to the shop before they closed. Joan and Heidi went out of their way to meet my friend at my home to drop off my vehicle, hassle free and free of charge. And when I expressed to Chris and Joe that I had gotten a rock chip on the windshield as well, they told me to not worry and that everything would be taken care of. Honestly, if you’re looking for an all around great place that provides quality work, excellent customer service, and just makes the process so easy, I can’t recommend this place enough. The estimate was quick and I was able to stay inside the warm and CLEAN office which provided coffee, tea, candy and a great team of office personnel. Doug was very helpful, however with the current traffic repairs being made fun there street from then, I waited over for minutes to move a half of a mile. Do unfortunately I cant leave an honest review because I decided to go else where. Not their fault, Im sure theyre losing valuable business because of the road construction.

My husband had his car fixed here and the only thing was that gave him a estimate, but it changed every 1-2 weeks. Leaving the insurance company to have to pay more than the car was valued at. In his opinion he would have rather just had the insurance cash out his car, but the way they kept finding things to do kept the insurance company on tap for the funds. However they did a great job.

Our family has used Dennys for a long time and always been very happy, so when our Chevy Volt was in an accident, we didnt look anywhere else. Debbie was very friendly and was always prompt to respond which was great. However, the work wasnt done completely the first time, which is very frustrating. When we went to pick up the car it had a new scratch on it, and they didnt finish painting the gas cap door, so the color looked totally off. Their rental car companies dont often have hybrids for rentals and it was a hassle to get a car that they deemed compatible, so we had to then also pay for gas in the rental.....for their mistake to begin with. Needless to say, we wont be going there in the future.

Update- had additional work done to another vehicle, and had wonderful experience.On time as promised, as quoted- a great experience and good people to do business with.
