Wow, just wow. I took interior parts for my 1941 Mercury. Their customer service was excellent. Super friendly and very helpful. They took me on a tour of their beautiful and very clean shop. Everyone treated me like I was their very first customer. I received calls with updates which was awesome. My parts were completed ahead of schedule.

I brought my car to Driven to have a new bumper installed with paint work to the front end of my Mercedes. Alicia and her team provide world class service. I was kept up to date and the turnaround was quick. When I first saw my car, I was blown away with how amazing the new black paint looked. This was the first time using this shop but definitely not my last. The customer service was incredible, I was getting more updates from them than from my insurance. They kept me updated twice a week with what was done to my car and what was going on with insurance. The work that was done on my car is perfect. You can tell that they have not only experience but they also care about how their work looks and preforms when finished. Looks better than new. A first rate collision center with an outstanding team and state of the art equipment. Not only did the staff accommodate every reasonable request but also helped guide me with things I had overlooked or had not considered.Though the process was delayed to shortages, the management team kept me informed and always offered additional choices, with pros and cons to the choices.My car was with them for 2 months and without fail, gave me weekly updates or called to just verify stuff if no updates were forthcoming. They were instrumental in easing my concerns by giving me a tour of the facility and introducing me to their team.The follow-up communications has been stellar as well and have made me feel like i am their top priority. I will be forever recommending them to friends, family and strangers alike.

They had just did their soft opening the week I came in. I was clumsy & exhausted and dinged a pole pulling out of a covered parking spot. They were extremely efficient in getting my new fender and parts ordered for me right away. Within a week of walking in their door, I had my car back in my arms. I went to two places for estimates. The first was not a great experience and when I walked into Driven I was amazed. Driven is absolutely beautiful inside. This is the only place I have ever had body work done and it’s been absolutely flawless.They cleaned inside and outside as well and it looked amazing. Driven Collision Centers is fantastic! We were in an accident and our truck was totalled! Loginne was able to get our truck towed to the shop and stored while she did all the paperwork and repair estimates. Loginne was also able to immensely help us through the entire process, with tons of advice. I give complete credit to the amazing customer service and comforting atmosphere at Driven for it only taking 4 weeks to complete the whole unfortunate experience. I highly recommend DRIVEN Collison Center as I recently had a vehicle repaired with them and the whole experience was great.The car was dropped off and I was given a specific time frame when the work would be completed, but needless to say, they were a day early which saved on rental car expenses.The estimate was very fair and the people you deal with are awesome. This place is a new facility and I will tell you, spread the word to your friends and loved ones to utilize the soon to be highly talked about collision center for Pierce/South King Counties! But its my understanding that they are not limited to just those as far as bringing cars in from all over. I mean the Paint Shop has like 8 all brand new booths (Immaculate)Stop in and look around and you will be impressed with the people and the work they do.

Finding this business was truly serendipitous. I already had a quote from another body shop but saw this place driving by (beautiful new building) and thought I’d stop and ask. Although they were not quite open yet they were helpful and enthusiastic in helping me get a quote and decide what was best for me, my family and our beloved car. Ultimately I decided to choose them over my previous quote because I love to support truly customer oriented businesses. It was a bit of a rough process to find out my car needed more work than I originally thought but the team and Loginne were so wonderful in helping me through it. They were communicative and informed as well as professional and personable. Now I have my “dream machine” minivan back and you can’t tell it ever suffered. I would go back again, but just for the sake of my insurance premiums I really hope I don’t have to. If you want knowledgeable, personable, friendly advocates then look no further.

My 52 year old pickup came from a shop that was unsuccessful at determining and fixing the brake problem. I had it towed to Driven where Alicia and the gang gave it the white glove treatment.They were fair, they were honest, and they were clear about what they were willing to do and what they werent willing to do. They did what the previous shop couldnt do, and did it quickly. In addition, they involved me in the process and informed me all along the way.Getting a car fixed is the worst. Using a shop like this not only gave me the trust that I wasnt getting lied to, but it felt safe and clean and fun to visit!

I walked into Driven today looking for an estimate for my Silverado that had just gotten T boned in a parking lot. I was a bit stressed out and feeling a little uneasy about this whole accident situation, even though it was not any fault of mine.My first thoughts upon entering the doors were, am I in a surgery center. This place is spotless!Loginne was very knowledgeable, and made the process more comforting and less stressful. She assured me they were an OEM certified company, as I was concerned about other appraisals using too much filler, bondo, cutting corners, etc.. Loginne gave me a tour of the facility (which still amazes me how clean everything was/is), she assured me her staff was professional and the facility was secure. At this point, I did not need another estimate, I was sold. As the others (estimates) I had gotten were not so assuring. So I finished my day by cancelling other appraisal appointments.They even set up my rental and dropped me off at the rental car office. The whole process was quick, smooth and reassuring that my property will be taken care of with professional care.I am usually not one to give reviews, but I felt this place needs recognition. Driven should be a model on how all businesses should be run.Bye the way, this was my 4th estimate. I only wish I had come here first.I will update this review as the process moves forward. As it sits now this place gets an 11 out of 1 through 10.

We are so impressed with Driven Collision! We had some damage to the leather seat in our truck. It was no easy task to fix due to the involvement of airbags, heated and cooling seat mechanisms and the seatbelt. It is nothing we would have attempted on our own. Recently I got to an accident, which is already the worst. I looked and looked trying to find a place that I could trust to take care of my dream car. My insurance company referred me to a couple places but I just was not comfortable with the idea of them working on my car. I had two estimates done before I was referred to DRIVEN Collision by a friend. I called to set up an appointment to get a quote and even from just talking with Loginne on the phone I felt like this was going to be the place. I ended up bringing my car in for a preliminary estimate and ended up setting a time to drop off my car. The shop was immaculate, everything was so organized and clean. I got to meet Alicia and just had this overwhelming feeling of confidence. They were all so on top of everything. When I went to drop my car off Loginne had already contacted the rental company with all my insurance information and got it all set up so they would meet me there with a car. I did not have to lift a finger. While I was there they had an Easter Bunny photo shoot. It was just a fun time being there! Loginne and Scott kept me updated the whole time through every step that was taken. I never felt like I was out of the loop on anything. They were both so personable and attentive to everything that was going on with my car and with me, it felt so nice that I wasnt just another insurance claim. I got pictures and texts as well as calls regarding the progress and asking questions to make sure they got everything right. While it was in the shop I asked to add on a few things outside of my claim which they gladly accommodated. Fast forward and I get to pick up my car - it looks brand new!! Everything was so perfect and they were so excited with me! They even gave me the sweetest most thoughtful thank you card - I should be the one thanking them! I followed the build of Driven Collision Center on Instagram and was impressed with the enthusiasm I saw as they started their adventure into the business. During the construction I had the opportunity to tour the facility and learned that Driven Collision was going to be more than just a body shop. They want to be active in the community and make a difference.In January I was rear ended while driving on the freeway. I told my insurance carrier where I wanted to have my vehicle repaired and that I was willing to wait to have my vehicle repaired.Once the facility opened I was contacted by Loginne the estimator and she explained the repair process in great detail.
