I think this will be the last time going to this store or Walgreens in general. My Husband went in there today for something for me and had a ridiculous time with the cashier. The item was &12 and change and he gave 3 &5s. She gave him only coin change back without the $2. He asked about in and got a big attitude and she said she didnt remember....really? She told him in a angry voice that she will have to count her whole drawer now which proved to be off more than $2. What an attitude she gave for something that was not his fault. Nope!

Some of the people are rude I do agree..I have no patience for poor customer service

Very friendly staff and they always try to have what you need in stock even though that don’t always happen they tend to refill stock pretty quickly. The store is always clean.

I went to the E.R. Friday night because I couldnt breathe. I was given medicine and a prescription was sent to Walgreens. Not filled that night. Yesterday I called in morning and afternoon automated system said working on it. Finally at 3:30 I called,it took time to get to a human! They had forgotten to fill it! By the time I got a ride to Walgreens oh now they close at 6, so no meds! Been up all night wheezing, cant get off couch! Someone will get at 9,it will take hours to work. I hope I dont have to go back to hospital! Unacceptable!

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service! Rude workers hate being forced to do business there because of insurance.

The Walgreens in Putnam CT is very poorly managed . They let people cut into line for Covid vaccine ahead of people patiently in line for scripts and don’t care when you finally complain about it like it’s an accepted practiceI will be switching to a different pharmacy because of your complete incompetence and inability to grasp a simple two line systemGood luck with your ineptitude I’m sure it will take you far up the Walgreens ladder

The pharmacy has had difficulty counting. They are the only place I know of that carry my medicine. Last time the pharmacist couldnt count to seven (I got a weeks worth), even though I helped her count the days. Today, after getting everything fixed, I went to pick up my month worth of medicine (they verified the amount on the phone), drove out there, and was told they could have only fill the 2 pills they shorted me last month. Get it together guys.
