This place is not worth the money. Used to be a somewhat decent place but it has went downhill over the past 4-5 years. There are a few good people in the park but the others are absolutely disrespectful. Management is useless. A quick stay would be ok but if you are looking for a long term stay I would not advise it.

Love how a maintenance person can walk Ina store and see someone that use to live in the park and talk under there breath about them and there family this is so uncalled for in a work place of all things this place was nice the park issues were with the maintenance people they havent got a care of anyone after you leave or while youre there

Took out 2 of the 3 piers and now theres no place to dock or load a boat. The only amenities left are in the clubhouse if you count bingo as an amenity. :(

Its in a good location but has a lot of older park models that could use improvements.

Its a nice quiet and clean place to live the staff are great to deal with we have the water to fish and boat from.also the people are friendly and helpful here its a great place to live

Very nice place right on the river...love getting up in the morning and having my coffee by the pier. Great fishing 20 feet away from my rv! And Tiffany is the best.

We stayed with this RV park this year and had a wonderful time! People and Manager so friendly. Felt right at home. Park is located right on Peace River with fishing and beautiful sunsets~Relaxing! They had a 100th Marine Anniversary with Historical Society, Newspaper & Owner. Very informative and a piece of Punta Gordas history. Would HIGHLY recommend staying with them and will be back next year!

Currently live here everyone is friendly walking by minding there buisness. somewhat ask to many questions. Other than that nice quiet neighborhood watch area to live at. Havent been harassed by anyone but will keep updated thanks

I dont even know how to start. The neighbors have been the worst i have ever had. The manager is the most rude person i have met. I beleive she is not a proper fit to manage a park. When she has something to say to her tenants the whole park knows it before the tenant does and she makes sure she yells while giving the complaint. When they want someone OUT, they have there little group of people that makes sure they do the impossible to get anyone out. Its been hell 😭 i hope my blessings come fast and i get to move out ASAP!

Run down park . should be a paradise being next to the Peace River.

We are full time residents here. We would like to increase our number of seniors. We have a nice rustic recreation hall, and a fishing pier.

BEWARE!! BAD BUSINESS!!Horrible management stealing money from old ppl for fake fpl fees and back ground checks there not doing, just keeping the cash!!! Theres a lot of crappy run down trailers that were condemned, cleaned, vinyl sided and put up for rent.Also if your not the owner of your trailer and rentthe manager can and will put a no trespassing warrant against you.BEWARE.
