Rodney was beyond helpful and went out of his way to pick up and deliver my mower on my schedule at my convenience. I got the mower back in about a week. These guys are jokes. They picked up my zero-turn which had 60 hours on it, ran the hours up 134. Did not fix the problem and put it together wrong before returning it. Will never ever call them again.

I bought my zero turn Toro from Action Mower. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Doug.Doug was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was very helpful through out the entire sale and never tried to sell me things I didn’t need! He even delivered my new mower to my home personally.I would definitely recommend Action Mower, it was a great experience!

Stopped in to ask a few questions...was looked and talked to like I didnt know where I was 🤔 the guy(s) behind the counter acted as if I was a bother and instead of actually helping me threw quotes out of the air as if I couldnt understand...quotes that were 3 TIMES the price of what I asked for...shame on this place...will never be back or recommend

They did the work just fine and the price was fine, but they made me feel like I was putting them out by being there. There was never a smile, a thank you or any common politeness. No sign of appreciation from the employees. Made me wonder if its an awful place to work.

Speedy repairs, large parts inventory & very personable staff. I drive over 30 mi to go there. Its worth the drive.
