It sure seems like a great place to do business. Quality equipment, with knowledgeable staff.

The good news was that they had the 3 lengths of 3 inch pvc x 10 feet. The bad news was that it was over $120 with tax when HD wanted $25 a length but was a farther drive. Guess convenience comes at a cost but live and learn!

They Always seem to have the part or access to the part I need. I have a horrible Experience there getting my mower serviced though.

Though Chenango is mainly a supplier of commercial grade equipment, yet everyone I dealt with was helpful, courteous, friendly even to this residential-class customer.Expensive, but I LOVE my Raptor SDX, and the technicians have, to date taken good care of me.

They always are there to help you with anything they take the time to explain about the product youre dropping off to be repaired or they will let you know about the new products that are out that may be better than what you have already theyre really great with their customers

Worst service i ever experienced twice! Not sure why i bothered to try the second time

I was put into contact with this company after needing repair work on a riding lawn mower. Unfortunately, due too stipulations of the warranty, I had to take my mower elsewhere. However, the professionalism, excellent customer service, and willingness to help, that I experienced left me rather impressed. It is, in my opinion, hard to find good customer service, but this company absolutely presented just that.

These guys were great. I got an amazing stand-on mower from them and it was simple and easy. I didnt feel any pressure and the owner seemed like a stand up guy. I just wish they werent so far away from me.

Great customer service will actually come and ask if you need help. They explain about each product that you are looking at. Couldnt ask for a better shop
