Bought a 20+ year old home in Cape Royal and needed new windows. Talked to 3 companies and from the start salesman Steve Dauernheim was impressive with his knowledge, understanding and he had all the facts. Easy choice! Steve Good and his installers were neat, cleaned up after themselves and were very polite to have in the house. Process was somewhat slow with Covid but very very happy with our choice of Wrights Windows from sale to installation.

Steve Merim and Brad did a great quality work during the installation. Steve is very detail oriented and he never leaves my house until everything is right. I knew I was in good hand when they walked in. I recommend Wrights for all my neighbors and friends.

I am very happy with my new windows and sliding patio doors in the Fort Myers River District condo. Product and install workmanship wereeverything they promised and on schedule as Project Manager, Tim, kept me informed. It was an expensive project in an older building five floors above grade, but worth the money as I feel more secure in case of hurricane and have a much quieter living space.

Updated review: Have tried getting a hold of the office for a couple weeks to understand the status of our project and we can’t get an answer. With a project like this, it’s unprofessional not to provide an update, especially if you’re holding somebody’s deposit. It’s one thing to be backed up because of the current situation, it’s another thing to leave your customers in the dark. Not acceptable.Original review: Cody was patient and explained the product and the different options to us. We haven’t gone through the installation yet, but the sales experience was smooth. Excited to get our impact windows and doors!

For anyone wanting an upgrade to impact windows, I would whole heartily recommend at least getting a quote from Wrights Windows. As a retired general contractor, I have dealt with my far share of product and service vendors. I want to assure you that their sales staff is both knowledgeable and courteous. I met with John Kurija at a scheduled meeting at our home. He gave me all the time I required to understand their products and make window style decisions without ever becoming overly aggressive on the sales side. Of course that is why he is there. Impact windows are a substantial investment. Make sure you use a reputable company. My research tells me this is one. If you find someone much cheaper, beware. I had a saying while in business, chose wisely, because when you find out you chose wrong, its too late. I did end up with a different company. The decision was very tough and fell to minor issues, and preference. Do get a quote from Wrights.

Professional attitude and quality merchandise

We ordered windows 11/11/2020, paid half... 4 months passed.. still no windows, no date set for installation. After we contacted them, the response was it can take 6 months!!!! they never told that when we signed the contract. I am really disappointed. I will update how long it will take.No one ever contacted us regards installation - 4 months - no windows.5 months - no Windows and no installation day scheduled. It’s not promising... Does anybody else has the same problem with this company?Finally, 06/22/2021 after more then 7 months, installation was completed. It was not an easy process….

Steven D has been diligent at putting together a package price for new impact windows at my home, that will fit both budget and specific needs. Though not installed yet, so far the process getting to the order is positive.

We cannot say enough good things about Steve Good and his crew from Punta Gorda. They were on time, worked the whole time on replacing our four sliders and kitchen window slider. Answered all our questions and all were very polite. The building inspector came and looked over the work the crew was doing. He was quit impressed. When he came for the final inspection he was even more impressed at the way they had installed the sliders and cleaned up and made small repairs. Cody worked to get us a fair price, Tim kept us updated on our order/delivery status, Steve and his team arrived as scheduled, were kind and extremely courteous. They took time to cover everything, even the clothes hanging in the closet, did the install and left no mess what so ever. The windows and doors are high quality and all work great! Loving the extra light, yet increased privacy and security.

We have used Wrights Windows in the past and again recently with the same excellent pricing, quality and service. Kyle, the Project Manager, is extremely knowledgable and professional and is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend this business if you need impact windows.

I cannot say enough about the positive experience we had with Wrights. I live in a Condominium Association and Wrights was awarded the contract to install impact windows in all 27 units. This install was close to 300 windows!!! Not only did they complete this project a week ahead of schedule, when they were done, we had 26 very happy owners.(there is always the one) The installers were professional, kind, and polite. We had a couple of hiccups along the way as you would expect with any project of this size, but they were resolved right away. If youre looking for great windows, and professional installation, call Wrights windows and doors. I highly recommend this company!!

From the initial visit with Cody, for our estimate, through the final inspection, our satisfaction is 100%. Steve Good and his crew of 3 men arrived early on the installation day. They were all very polite and got to work immediately covering all our furniture with plastic. Tim stopped in to check on their progress and to see if we had any questions regarding the install. He explained the inspection process that we would have the following day and that he would be coming by again to do a final walk-through. The windows fit the openings with minimal space to fill with their adhesive/caulk. Impressive. They had our 8 windows removed & replaced in approximately 5 hours! They cleaned everything and we had the inspection done the next day. Excellent work. We made the Wright choice. Thank you.

At the height of a pandemic, windows were being installed in our condo complex. We were assured ppe (personal protective equipment) would be worn by Tim the project mngr. There are medical issues in this unit and in some others. Only when the district mngr showed, was ppe worn. We were lied to and deceived by Tim. He did not care about the health of his own crew or the people in the condo units. When a business lies to me and shows that it does not care about their client, I would never patronize nor should other.

On Time, good and safe work practices, good communication, and good cleanup.

Cody said electric cost would go down. Noise level would go down but its still the same as before. I am getting ants inside the windows so they dont seal great.. Beware
