I have tried calling this location two different times to have my prescriptions refilled and both times the associates were extremely rude, it’s no wonder their overall rating is so low. I left the hospital last night after a bad car accident which I have a fractured clavicle for and had surgery done on my leg. When I called to get the meds the hospital prescribed for me the lady acted like I was an addict trying to get a fill at the last minute and when I said I had just left Lee Memorial hospital she started accusing me saying there’s no Lee Memorial hospital in Punta Gorda. Thanks captain obvious I was airlifted to the hospital but I still live 3 miles away from the pharmacy in Punta Gorda and needed meds to not wake up in excruciating pain at night.Second experience trying to call in today to get my regular prescriptions for thyroid and birth control, and the associate “Annette” hangs up on me after saying that I don’t have any refills available…. As if it’s not possible for her to click a button a send a request to my doctors asking for refills. 🤯🤯Honestly you would think that pharmacy techs care about people’s health and ensuring that they have their necessary medications, but these people just seem like they hate their work and can’t bother to help in the slightest.

I had just come out of the hospital, doctor had written me a prescription I needed to be filled and taken that next morning. I went to the Walmart pharmacy to pick up script and was told they were out of it. Didn’t know when they might get it back in.When I asked if they could check with other pharmacies to see if they had it, they said, “no, that’s your problem”. The very least they could have done would have been that when they received the script from the doctor, maybe call me and tell me it wasn’t available there.I had to call another pharmacy, try to reach the doctor and get it sent to the new pharmacy. Not very caring.

The pharmacist at this location is the best! Rebecca is very knowledgeable and always makes sure the customers are taken care of.

The pharmacist nor the staff was not very helpful in getting a prescription filled when visiting from out of state. My home doctor was available and waiting for the call from the pharmacist to verify the script and answer any questions, but the pharmacist seemed irritated and unwilling to help out.

The pharmacy lines are no different then the grocery lines. One to two workers and a 30 minute wait to pay, then another 10 minute wait for the pharmacist to go over the medication. Even if it’s the same medication as every month.

You have a problem with your web site. You can not get into it to check onprescription.

I was in this store Tuesday, September 13th and was so impressed at how clean & organized it was (not my norm with the Walmart closer to me).On top of that I want to Thank Bette Nelson in the Pharmacy area for her exceptional help in a very friendly manner (Great Customer Service) !!!I ask her the STORE #0778 - it was in Punta Gorda, FL. If I owned a business I would be very pleased to have her on my team.
