We contacted the south florida tech group as we just arrived at our new home in florida. They were able to respond quickly and get us on the shortest list possible and came out to our home on a Saturday. Paul the tech rep was extremely knowledge, asked pertinent questions, and was able to quickly ascertain our needs.
